I used to come here for pedicure before the change of owner. I called and appt was made, very simple and easy. when I arrived, I was greeted promptly, selection of polish was so-so, the polish bottles seemed old. Prices were compatible and there were different kinds of pedicure to choose from. One of the lady started my pedicure, she did a good job cleaning my cuticle, but when it came to massage, it felt like she was rubbing lotion on my skin, instead of massaging my legs and feet. Why I gave only 2 stars you might ask? I was ready to have toes painted and another customer came in, the person who was working on me proceeded to work on the new customer instead of finishing my pedicure,I told her I needed to go then she came back to finished my toes. This is not your average nail salon. Ambience is very spa like with comfortable recliners and soothing background music. I stumbled upon this place and is definitely my new go to spot. I appreciate the fact, I can have my mani-pedi done at the same time without feeling rushed. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure with a design. The people were very nice but I had some serious issues with this place. First, the tools they use do not come from a sanitized packet, the lady just pulled them out of a drawer in a little tray. Second, when she was applying my gel manicure the first clear coat was very uneven and bumpy. After 3 days of having my nails, they started chipping and after 5 days all of them had chipped. I had to go to another place and have them redone the next weekend. I wouldn't come here again even though the people were nice and the prices were reasonable read more

Had a great experience at Eden's Nail Spa! I was looking for a new salon as my favorite nail tech is moving and I was nervous as I am very specific about hygiene and such. First, the people working here are so nice! Often I feel when I walk into a salon they don't really greet you and make you feel as though you're a burden for showing up. At Eden's they are so sweet and even remembered my name from when I called ahead. They were all so sweet and welcomed me immediately. I love that they use liners in their pedicure tubs for hygienic reasons. And the best part is that they have a TON of gel colors neatly organized and with matching regular nail polish for your toes (!!!!). This is so important to me because I'm always trying to match my nails and toes but they make it so easy! Definitely recommend and this will be my new nail spot! read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. Very friendly and always call me by my first name. Hundreds of colors to choose from. Mai does my nails and she is very fast but also pays very close attention to detail. Nails are always perfect when I leave and my cuticles are so clean. Tracy does my pedicure and she is fantastic. Horrible place! I've been here a number of times, nothing really special but this will definitely be the last time. I just finished getting new floors installed in our apartment which only took 2 days to install but 2 weeks before and after to basically pack-up and move out and then then back in again and I was was really exhausted and looking for a little relaxation. I came in for a spa pedicure, sat in a chair, a man turned on the water and then the jets and then I started getting showered as the water began to shoot up into the chair where I was basically trapped until he turned it off. He kept saying sorry, sorry sorry and then proceeded to move me to another chair. I was a little hesitant to take another chance but by then I really needed some relaxation. So, even though I was soaked from the waist down I decided to give them another chance. Big Mistake!! It felt as though the tech was using a razor blade to clean under my toe nails so it was definitely not relaxing and I had to tell her numerous times to cut my nails shorter. Since she didn't understand a word of what I was saying someone else would translate to her each time but in the end they're not only still to long they're also uneven. I wasn't even given any kind of discount or additional service for all of my discomfort. (maybe I should be lucky they didn't charge extra for the shower I got ;) Now two days later the polish is starting to chip. Very disappointed!! I called today for an appointment for a fill (acrylic), after all the good reviews on Yelp. You see I live in Newark and work in Campbell but with my crazy hours it seemed like a good idea to find a nail salon close to work. Not to mention I have yet to find a reputable nail salon near my house in over 10 years, I was able to get in for an appointment within 15 min of my call! Now I know sometimes places tell you they can see you but run 10-20 min behind. Not here! I was greeted, my chair was pulled out for me and started right away. The salon is very comfy/cozy with soft music in the background and relaxing lighting. The attention to detail on my nails is incredible! I can't get over how beautiful they look. Everyone there is very sweet and acknowledged me when I arrived and when I left. Great assortment of OPI and Essie polish as well! I will be back in two weeks for an acrylic fill and pedi.
