I really like how they did the service together too, I mean I'm not a big fan of sitting for long periods of time. but they took their time and made sure it was perfection!! After reading good reviews I wanted to check this place out. The lady who did my pedicure had a short ponytail and looked like she was in a bad mood right when I got there. She was extremely rough with her brushes and burned me with the stone. After I handed her a 20$ and asked for change, she came back and handed me a 10$, tipping herself 10$ I guess? I asked her for another $5 and she went back to get it. I personally think it's quite disrespectful. Won't be back. read more

My third visit here today; last two visits were with new owners. Queenie did my manicure today. Problems with overzealous male co-owner (?) who used my every word as an opportunity to UPSELL--inquired about my getting gel on my nails, then wanted me to have a French manicure, then, pink/whites, on and on it went. He even had a new bottle of the color I selected ready to sell to me. I didn't care for the polish they use--a very chalky look and left with only a clear coat. I just finished what might be the BEST pedicure EVER. OMG if you haven't had the Eden Pedicure you're missing out. I work hard, my days are long and weeks are stressful. I couldn't be more relaxed as I write this. That pedicure was worth every penny. I repeat worth every penny. Regrets? Only one. I should've had the Eden Manicure to go with it lol. That said the classic manicure is amazing in and of itself. But today they made me feel spoiled. Something I very much needed. Love this place. I LOVE this place!! It's the ONLY nail salon I will go to and tell everyone about! It's clean, inviting, and the staff is wonderful! Every single worker is always happy and they all say hi every time I walk in. They also remember me, too, which is awesome! I love everything about this place and the color selection they have is GREAT! I haven't had any other services done here aside from manicures but all the clients are happy whenever what's being done for them is complete and I've seen repeat customers a lot! But the main reason I go here, as if all the others aren't reason enough, is Tony!! He's WONDERFUL!! Not only is he professional but he's funny and kind and he ALWAYS makes sure I am 100% happy, even though he knows I always am! Even though I do simple manicures, they're always pretty. He loves what he does and it shows in his work, gently making sure each nail is manicured as best as possible. I've never had anyone treat my feet so roughly ugggh. I called ahead to see if they could do a gel polish change and they said yes but the tech was so insistent I should get a full pedicure but I couldn't afford it. The woman who did this to me is slender with dyed-blond brown hair and wears black-framed glasses and a diamond heart pendant. She repeatedly sanded not only the gel polish off but the skin around my toes and got impatient with me when I kept flinching. The worst thing was when she was cutting my nails--suddenly I felt the clipper close on my toe and the pain was so great I yelped and drew back. She snapped at me and asked why I made such a loud noise when there wasn't anything wrong... well yeah... because my reaction to the pinch was to pull back before the blades cut me!!! She was using an old worn out file and talking angrily to the other nail tech in Vietnamese, rude!!!! When she brought out an old led lamp that had no base I should have left...it kept feeling too hot on my skin and falling off the footrest. This horrible experience was not worth the $20 charge. She had absolutely no sense of empathy and treated me like my feet were some sort of wooden objects. After I paid her I begged her to treat each client as if they were her own daughter, that clients are people with feelings and their feet are as sensitive as her own, if she did that to herself! The only reason why I'm giving a star is because she apologized and wouldn't accept the $5 tip I tried to give her. read more

This was just simply a terrible job and my nails have never looked this bad or chipped/peeled like this after leaving a nail salon The color was pretty. I definitely won't be returning. I'm hesitant to post about my favorite nail girl with the risk of loosing her for availability, but she's worth the wait. Ivy is hands down the best manicurist in town. Her hand eye coordination is to a tee. And this is coming from a girl that loves intricate details and is afraid to come off nit picky. I've found that if I see something that needs to be fixed she's already on it! What a great eye. Also, her gel is never too thick and she makes sure it doesn't get on my cuticles (mine are pretty deep and gravity always makes the gel slide to the edges which is annoying). Every time I bring in a picture of a nail design and she's been capable of duplicating it. Ivy you're the best and I hope you never leave this location!! read more

I live a 2-minute walk from this place and I've always overlooked it as a typical nail salon out of the hundreds in the area. However, I was in need of a manicure one day that didn't require me to drive out to the one I normally go to because of a time crunch. I decided to try this place out and boy did I hit a hidden gem! Ivy did my nails and they came out amazing as seen in the photo. What I love about this nail salon is that Ivy is an amazing artist and will paint anything you ask for. Ivy is wonderful! She is very detail oriented & works fast! My nails last at least 3 weeks & I only get them redone because of the regrowth usually. The paint doest chip or come off & I wash my hands constantly because I am a nanny of twins & also washing dishes & clothes at work all the time & my nails stay beautiful! I have tried this nail place a few times because it's very close to my house, unfortunately, I have to give up this place that I have gave a few chances for them to improve their service... I started with Ivy as she got some good reviews on Yelp, her skill was good which I'm pretty satisfied, so I came back again for the second time, but on the second time she scheduled me with a lady that was not as good as Ivy, and again for the 3rd time, I have to constantly remind her on some quality issue while she did my nail for me, the quality I'm looking for is just not there with this lady, I couldn't relax and have to constantly pay attention to her work. For my last appt, I made it clear that I want Ivy to do my nail instead of that lady, as usual I was satisfied with her work, but one thing I don't like about her is she seem to be more friendly and talk more with Caucasian guests, she is very cold when she do my nails. I have been doing nails for over 20 years, I enjoy going to a warm and pleasant nail place and I always become good friends with my nail ladies from different cities I have lived before, like Baltimore, Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai...etc., but I just don't feel the friendliness and being welcomed by Ivy. After parting with my regular nail salon Unique Nails in Campbell where I went for over 20 years, I wanted a place that was close to my office, good and not so costly. I went to a few places before finding Eden's. The owner is really a perfectionist which is awesome. I was so impressed with how clean the place was. While getting my nails done (regular manicure) I watched as they cleaned up after every little mess. They use great products and I was very very happy! I was so impressed I bought three gift certificates. Since then I've been back a few times and each time - the same thing....great service, clean, and they pay attention to the quality or their work. Nice employees. I got my nails done for the first time by them almost 2 weeks ago. 1 nail popped off completely, 1 loosened and the tip of another nail came off within 5-6 days. However the owner and nail tech were very nice and fixed the nails at no charge. I will return to Edens for my fill on my nails next week and hopefully continue to go here read more

First time went there and not going back. I know that other nailists seems to have great skills according to the review but I had some old lady worked on my pedicure today......she was very rough and it was so painful. Someone needs to teach her how to do it more gentle. I personally feel disgusted when someone use their finger nail to remove nail polish overdrawn on my cuticles ( please use a brush! ). Also she seems to have bad eyesight wearing glasses, so my pedicure looks really messed up...I see a small brush fur from the nail polish is on one nail and already covered with top coat -_- read more
