I ordered delivery from Egg Tuck and I love it! First off the way they package the sandwiches to minimize spillage is ingenious. I got the bacon and egg sandwich and it was so good, the soft scrambled eggs are so flavorful and creamy and the bacon is cooked perfectly. I also got the Biscoff latte, and I hope they don't get rid of it because it became my favorite! Definitely gonna stop by for the latte more, I wanna try the tots next. Today I had egg tuck. I've had them one time before and it was good so I thought I have them again. I tried the royal breakfast burrito this time because I was looking for a meat patty with scrambled eggs, they don't have this for any of the sandwiches by the way, they only serve fried egg with the sandwiches. The service was great. The lady was very helpful (I forgot to get her name). The restaurant itself is fairly new so it's very nice. The burrito was very good although I felt like it could have used some type of sauce of or salsa. Overall very good place and would have it again. Ok I love the sandwiches here and the coffees. I'm rather upset though that if I am paying extra for avocado, I would expect a good avocado and not a rotted one. Just because you're stuffing it between eggs and bread, it doesn't mean use the nasty ones. Learn to keep good product if you're going to charge so much. My avocado was brown and dark spotted all of the way through and because of that tasted rather gross and slightly ruined my appetite. Don't charge extra if you have no intentions of using fresh product. I mean, even at home we see an avocado like this and will toss it. Egg Tuck is a fast casual restaurant that focuses on egg sanwdwiches, egg burritos, and brunch menu items. They make your food when you order them so it'll take like 10-15 minutes to prepare your meal. I ordered bacon and cheese sandwich ($10.49), egg tater tots ($5.99) and iced chai churro latte ($6.00). With tax, it came out to be $24.78. I thought this was really expensive; entree, a side, and a drink for $25. In addition, we had to order our items on the tablet since there's no cashier. What's weird is that it's asking for tip. Like the business removed a staff so the customers can do it themselves, and then asks for tip. The workers should be paid better than minimum wage regardless of tip or not, since their menu prices are high and they eliminated cashier position. The food was very good. The egg is amazing here. For $10.49 sandwich, portion is a bit small. Tater tots for $5.99 was the best deal they had considering taste, portion size, and pricing. The iced chai churro latte was good, it was light and refreshing, and not very sweet in a good way. However, it's served in like a 12 oz cup and half of it was ice. For $6, hard to justify getting it next time. Inside is clean, modern, and very nice. Love everything about the inside. Didn't really talk to staffs here to know how friendly they are. Good if you are in a pinch of what to get for breakfast. Friendly staff if you talk to them (and don't only interact with the kiosk). Sandwiches are average and their coffee is below average. The sandwich was OK, in my opinion. As everyone else has stated, the eggs themselves, are amazingly fluffy! It is the one redeeming quality about this place. However, everything else about the sandwich lacked luster or craveability. The brioche bread was toasted, and butter helps but doesn't solve everything. They cut the bread in such a way as to create a pocket for the egg. However, it isn't helpful when eating it as a sandwich (not a taco). You are left with just a huge piece of bread. The reason this place gets only a 2.5/3 stars for me is because I ordered a coffee along with the meal. I don't expect the best coffee/latte to come from a breakfast place. But if I am paying $6 for a specialty latte, I am hoping it is tasty. I ordered the New Orleans Latte. I had one sip. It was so bad I had to take it back to get a refund. I'm normally not "that person", but I would have had to force the drink down, and for $6+ it wasn't worth it. The girl at the front was very kind, but it took awhile to flag her down. There's a new store in the neighborhood! I'm not a morning person, but I woke up early on a Saturday just to try Egg Tuck. Prior to this visit, I wasn't aware of the concept of an "egg sandwich." I ordered ham & cheese (without cheese) and sauces on the side for take out. The brioche buns are very buttery and the eggs were fluffy and flavorful (with a hint of chives). All the flavors mesh well together, especially if you add the sauces as you work through the sandwich! The drinks here are only available iced. The New Orleans Latte that I ordered was so-so. Coffee was weak and it was a little sweet. Orders are self-service and handled through tablet. There are tables and plenty of counter-style seating. Though interactions were limited, I felt friendly, positive vibes from the staff, so I think the service could be great. Next visit, I'll probably order the ordinary egg sandwich (with sauces on the side), since the highlight is the egg. This egg sando made me so happy! It's so delicious and spongey. In general, the sando is really hefty so you need 2 hands to eat it though I recommend a fork and knife at some point since it gets messy. I used the box in came with as a support to hold the sando. I got the bacon and cheese if I remember. The service was fine. It's a place where you order first and then wait for your food to be ready or can dine in. Overall, the space is pretty okay to sit down and enjoy if there are seats. I went in the morning and I was able to sit down. Other the sandwiches I don't think I'd get anything else on the menu. Ever since Mom's Touch closed and the Egg Tuck signs went up, I have been waiting for this store to open. As a long time Gardena resident, it's a joy to try out new restaurants. At the time of this review, the restaurant is still in soft opening with shortened hours. I stopped by Egg Tuck in the early afternoon in the lull between lunch and dinner. Despite it being after the lunch hour rush, the restaurant was still pretty busy with a steady stream of customers (keep in mind this could also be the effect of people curious about a new restaurant rather than a robust crowd of repeat customers). Upon entering, the staff was very friendly despite being busy. Ordering was done through self-help kiosks but the staff happily chimed they were there to answer any questions. This was first time to any Egg Tuck so I took a second to look over their offerings. I tried the fluffy egg tater tots, the royal west sandwich, and a matcha latte. While I waited, the staff offered me water. My order was ready in a few minutes and I was on my way home. The fluffy egg tots were so runny and light and complimented the tots very well. The texture and flavor reminded me of the runny eggs often found in shrimp scrambled eggs from Chinese restaurants. If you like those, you'll like this. If not, you may be in the wrong restaurant. I got the sauces on the side and decided I preferred the eggs as is. Though not large, the fluffy tots are still a shareable side or a meal in themselves. The matcha latte was decent, nothing special. If you don't want whole milk, all other alternative are an up charge (soy milk wasn't an option). The Royal West was very hearty and filling though most of the flavor came from the pickles and onions rather than the pork and beef patty (I was hoping to taste the meat more than the vegetables). The sandwich comes wedged inside a single, split, thick piece of bread that is cut 3/4 of the way through (as opposed to completely separate pieces of bread or traditional bun). This allowed the runny egg and other juices to remain somewhat trapped inside the bread rather than spilling out. Not a bad sandwich by any means though I found it lacking in flavor compared to the tots--perhaps I need to try the spicy version or a burrito next time. If you think breakfast is good any time of day (as I do) and love eggs, then you owe it to yourself to check out Egg Tuck. If you're not into eggs, don't torture yourself (there's a jersey mikes next door). ;) read more

The resto is located in a busy strip mall. You have to fight with Starbucks traffic to find a parking spot. Once you find your spot then the red is easy. When you enter the resto, you will see the menu board. However, walk up to the kiosk to order. The food items are better described on the tablet. The resto is open until 4pm so it's perfect for those who like to eat breakfast type foods at anytime of the day! We ordered: Cold brew Latte Tator tots Bacon and egg. It seemed like a quick service type of restaurant and it has a kiosk where you can input your own orders. We tried the Royal West, bacon and cheese, and some fries. The bacon and cheese was my favorite! The eggs were rich and creamy. I wish I had a litttle more bacon, but overall it was so good. Seemed odd that they refused to serve him when they were still open. Wife and I tried the royal sandwich, avocado egg, and their fluffy egg tator tots. We got the sauces on the side. Their Sriracha aioli is on the spicier side and it's actually really good if you mix it with their Mayo and put it on everything. Their eggs are fluffy and creamy and the sandwiches are a good size. The bread is sliced thick and toasted perfectly. They cut a pocket into the bread so everything doesn't fall out the back, which is a nice touch. Definitely recommend checking this place out. I appreciate that the eggs are real and the whites fully cooked with the runny yolk that makes a mess but it's worth it. The yellow bread for the sandwich is too thick for me. The homemade pickles in a breakfast sandwich was strange but so perfect. If they were typical jarred pickles it would not be good but these are halfway between typical and Korean because they have a kick. I'm going to try the burrito next time which inexplicably is less expensive but appears to have more ingredients and might be more filling.
