What a cool place! I had been to one other one located elsewhere in the valley, but never this one in particular. When my friend recommended we go check it out I was all in! You really can't miss the cheery bright yellow egg works sign on the building., and since it's in a shopping center there is plenty of parking so no need to freak out about having to walk 200 miles to get to the restaurant. Inside the restaurant is airy, cheery, and inviting. We were escorted to our table right away, and within seconds our waiter came up and asked us about drinks. We ordered Waters and a couple of beverages for breakfast and settled in. In a perfectly acceptable amount of time. You came back and asked if we need any more time on our menu items and we said no. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs, which came out absolutely perfect. The gravy was to die for! And it even came with a very delicious banana muffin and a bowl of cottage cheese. Breakfast was awesome, and I will definitely be coming here again. It works out awesome! When you find a good breakfast spot close by where you are visiting clients and of course seeing friends. Bottom line, egg works definitely works! If you're looking for a good low-key breakfast that won't break the bank, this place is it. Highly recommended and you definitely have to try it!!
I took a friend from Hawaii to Egg Works on E Sunset, just past S Eastern Blvd. This is one of my "go to" breakfast places in Vegas as they have an extensive menu and interesting décor. My friend marveled at the train running around the perimeter of the restaurant. She ordered the Veggie Benny with fruit and a plain waffle, while I tried the Stuffed French Toast with potatoes. A mixture of scrambled egg, cheese and your choice of meat (bacon for me) is stuffed into thick slices of bread, dipped in egg wash and fried. It's the potatoes that make me return to Egg Works. They're little pillows of goodness tossed in their signature "Habla Diablo" spice mix. My friend didn't want most of the Hollandaise sauce on her Benedict, so I spooned it onto my potatoes. That takes them over the top. Was this a harbinger of good things to come on Saturday? Even better, my friend picked up the tab. Try Egg Works, you can't go wrong. Rating: 4.25.
We come to Vegas often and our friends recommend Egg Works. OMG... what a gem! We were greeting and sat down. Our server came right over and was so sweet. "Take your time.... the menu is large "she exclaimed! Started with coffee and she brought the pot. I love that. We decided on a veggie skillet and the banana muffin French toast with a side of eggs. I am telling you... all incredible. Can't wait to return!
The French toast and chicken apple sandwich was amazing! Our server was phenomenal and you could tell everyone enjoyed working here which was really nice to see! Unfortunately the soup special (I think it was was very salty and we couldn't really eat it
Food is absolutely delicious! (We had biscuits & gravy and corned beef hash; zero complaints)! They also have mimosas for $7 Service is efficient & fast! Kid friendly inside tables with dog friendly patio tables! Ambiance is always busy, which is a great sign of fabulous food! We will go back
Went here again after a year, still continuing to be one of my favorite spots to go to for breakfast. The food was so good, and I finally got to try out the seasoning; it was amazing. The service was great; they are fast due to the amount of people that walk in, and the ambiance was great. I really like the train that goes around it looks cool.
This place was an experience and not one of those experiences I want to repeat. We were in town visiting, and a friend in the group said they had really good food. We drove a good distance to make sure we tried this place. It was a busy Saturday our group was split into two tables on the patio. When they brought our food, the person told our table they messed up one of the orders at our table and after waiting for 45 minutes they said no worries I will take the wrong order and started eating it. After a couple bites they figured out the wrong meal was supposed to be for the other table. Instead of apologizing for telling the separate tables they messed up the order they blamed us for eating the wrong meal after they said it was an error in the kitchen. The person who recommended this restaurant happened to be one of the people whose order they messed up. When it came to the checks after she had to waited twice for her meal the manager offered $4 off. After some back and forth the manager ended up comping her meal. Now there are 12 customers who won't return to this place in our future Vegas trips. It makes me sad because the food really is good.
This was a fun surprise in Vegas. We were looking for a relaxed place to have breakfast - away from the Strip, a place where we could easily drive and park - and we found this based on reviews. It was pretty popular on a Saturday morning, and we had to wait but only about 15 minutes. It definitely has a casual "breakfast place" ambiance, but it has more personality than say a chain like Denny's or IHOP. There was a model train running around the edge of the restaurant near the ceiling, and the servers were very friendly and seemed to have a fun personality to match. The food was excellent. I got the biscuit and gravy breakfast with scrambled eggs after being assured it was homemade and I was not disappointed -- and mind you, I'm almost always disappointed with biscuits and gravy west of the Mississippi. So that's quite a feat. The biscuits were light and fluffy and clearly homemade, and the gravy was homemade too. Not a TON of sausage in the gravy but that's just a quibble. I was so thrilled to have delicious biscuits and gravy. Husband had the eggs benedict and was very pleased. Daughter got an omelette with a homemade banana muffin on the side (instead of toast) and the muffin had just come out of the oven and was delicious. Not too sweet (in a good way). She was happy with the omelette too. The coffee and decaf were brought to the table in our own carafes, which was nice, and we got a drink with POG & champagne which was really delicious. We had a really happy family time here, very relaxing, with delicious food and warm hospitality. I'd come back here any time I'm in Vegas.
Let's have some breakfast! This seems like the perfect place to dine and enjoy a nice meal! This is a great place, small and quaint for any type of family or group meeting . This visit for us was just two of us and we were sat down right by the bar . The staff is absolutely amazing here. This type of place sparks up conversation because of the ambiance . What's not to love? They even have a train that runs over head as you talk about what comes to your mind and heart. It's absolutely amazing the menu is incredible. It's a little vintage style sheet that you order from. Just love all there is about this place. And we have not even ordered yet. As you are seated and do the order dance. You question, hmmm is that good or perhaps that . It's all looks too outstanding. You know what I have not had in a while, waffles. They dress up the waffles here with whipped cream and fruit. It's just darling. The man in the picture, definitely decided on the bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. It was all delicious and outstanding. Now after eating a meal and experiencing this establishment the employees are so positive and happy . They smile all the time too. You can tell they enjoy coming to work . Are you looking for genuine quality and lovely humans here's your chance . Now let's not let the food get cold.
Haven't been to this place in years! Happy I found the loco moco with the white gravy, that's how I order it anywhere else! My wife had the Santa Cruz burrito! Portions are huge, definitely recommend sharing , also the banana bread muffin is a must!!!! Service was also exceptional! The train going around the room is a cute touch as well!
Starring with service. Our servicer was Bee (Bianca). She is an above and beyond server. She answered questions about the food (which will be discussed next) She made sure all our questions were answered & that she understood what we wanted precisely. She made suggestions. The menu is extensive & every item sounds wonderful; so we had lots of questions. There is the full menu which is truly full. Then there is a value menu which includes separate senior menu. I ordered from the Fall Menu. The Drink menu offers variety. The food was as wonderful as it sounded. A unique thing they do is off half portions on some items. My husband had 1/2 an egg-taliono omelet. My opinion is it was the perfect size My husband's opinion is it tasted great. I got 1/2 order of biscuits & gravy. The thickness of gravy was perfect with wonderful flavor & just about the perfect amount of pepper. I also had the pumpkin spice pancakes with nuts & butterscotch chips. A flood of flavor & a small overload of sugar. It was delicious & my new favorite pancakes. Thank goodness. Quick word about decor & how friendly & willing to help everyone is. Our favorite part of the decor is the model train that runs around the walls of the restaurant near ceiling. It just pushes decor over the top. We (kinda model train aficionados) wondered what gauge the train is. Asked Bee who didn't know, she got her manager, who didn't know, but he got the general manager, didn't know. They were apologetic about not knowing. Kind to share that there is a train in every Egg Works restaurant. (After research we think it's a "G" gauge.) Egg Works hits every button. Suggest you give it a try.
Ordered Hawaiian island with bananas, traditional Benny, and new York steak and eggs. Great food and service. Place seems always busy but service is great and fast. Love the train in the ceiling. Place has tvs if you want to watch games or your team. They have gift cards from Costco and Groupons to save some money. They also offer free muffin for Yelp reviews.
This place is a classic old school diner and I loved it! When I got the coffee they left the pot on the table the entire time. Service was great with amazing people and it was very fast. For me, the menu was overwhelming and it had no pictures but the waitress suggested some crowd favorites. Portions are very generous given the price. The potatoes were my favorite with a bbq seasoning. I'd highly recommend!

Oh. My. Gosh. This place will rock your socks off! The value versus quality and portion was off the chain! I ordered the Chile relleno omelette which had a whole Chile stuffed with cheese, topped off with chopped cilantro and a big dollop of sour cream. You get a choice between toast or their banana muffins. I opted for sourdough toast. It also comes with their crispy habla Diablo seasoned potatoes- similar to using Lawry's salt by more of a paprika kick. My husband got their blackened prime rib Benny- a skillet of prime ribs pieces layered amongst eggs and tons gooey cheese. It comes with their signature potatoes. Yelp check in offers a free banana nut muffin. Our waitress was nice enough to bring my husband and I each a muffin. The muffin was sooooo good- dense, moist and absolutely melt in your mouth. This place is busy but the staff handled it with friendliness and patience. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in the area. read more

Really cute breakfast joint that sells what else? Eggs, eggs, and more eggs. Omelettes, scrambled eggs, benedict, Poached Eggs, you get the point. But we were the odd man out and ordered French toast and pancakes LOL. I ordered the corned beef hash with eggs over easy and didn't realize until I ordered it that the corned beef was from a can. Womp womp. My brother ordered their maple bacon French toast, which was just maple bacon cream with some regular French toast LOL. My friend ordered the pumpkin blueberry pancakes, and they were okay. This place does breakfast really well without anything fancy, but it wasn't over the top great. 5 stars for great service, and three stars for the food. So I'm going to average that and make it three stars. read more

Sooo egg-scited I finally got to check off Egg Works from my bookmark list! Amazing yelp reviews and now I know why! There are six Egg Works that have opened since 2005 and have set the standard for breakfast places in Las Vegas. But long before the first Egg Works, there was The Egg & I, which opened in 1988. This particular Egg Works location is conveniently located near the Las Vegas Airport. I stopped by on a Sunday for brunch during COVID. I called ahead to find out about the seating/table wait situation. Surprisingly, the guy on the phone said there was no wait - it was around 8:30am. Upon arrival, it was crowded but plenty of open tables. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce is amazing. Don't forget to check-in on Yelp to get your FREE banana nut muffin! I got mine to go and it was f'n warm, soft and delicious! The staff, especially Tess, were all super friendly and professional. You can pay via the tablet on the table or at the front check-out, similar to a Denny's. Parking is plentiful. There's also outdoor seating. If you're in Vegas and looking for an amazing breakfast / lunch spot, I highly recommend Egg Works. I definitely want to come back to try their other popular menu items like french toast, pancakes, omelettes and dessert items. read more

So glad we decided to drop in before our flight out of Vegas this morning! We were looking for a close yet filling breakfast! First of all, I think our food was out in like 5 minutes. We were all so surprised at how quickly it came out! So awesome!! I did use my check-in item, which was a free banana nut muffin! It did not disappoint! It was warm and so soft! It was absolutely delicious! My friend and I shared the country Benny and it was very, very good! My husband had the country fried steak scramble! Which he also enjoyed with a banana nut muffin, and a friend had the raisin French roast! Delish! Everything was so good! The service was amazing also and our waitress Amanda was so kind and sweet! She apologized for all the running around as they were short staffed, but honestly I would have never even noticed that, had she not said anything to me. They held it together like a well oiled ship! Awesome job! I was surprised at a few of the reviews others left because we were very pleased! Thank you for an awesome last meal in Vegas this year, we will definitely be back next year! read more

Nice little hole in tithe wall. It was busy around 11am. But the wait was relatively short. Waiter Evan was really nice and attentive. Only had to ask for a water refill once. Ordered the ham bacon and sausage skillet. Let me tell you.... Those potatoes were delicious! I just wanted to eat them alone. And the home made banana muffin was really good! You can call ahead and put your name on the waitlist! I love how big the portions are. Once I'm back in town I'm definitely coming back here. Very busy on a Sunday lunch time. Great service and when you check in on Yelp you get a free banana nut muffin which is sooooo good itself! read more

After reading so many great reviews about Egg Works the wifey and i decided to finally try this place. It did not disappoint, our waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was delicious and arrived to our table within 15 minutes which we thought was awesome. We will definitely be coming back . read more

Egg works has done it again!! Definitely a staple breakfast spot and they always do a great job in food and service. I usually go for the spinach benny with sausage patty and my bf got the potato skin breakfast special. We also got a side of cinnamon apple pancakes. We got a Groupon deal. Love this spot! read more

We ate the chili relleno omelet and it was very good. I didn't have to add no salt or pepper. The portions was big. We shared the meal and still had leftovers. Our waitress was quick, personable and kind. I also tried the banana bread, my initial thought was it didn't look like most banana bread but despite the look it tasted good. read more
PK was a fantastic server at the countertop where I sat. Immediate with the coffee. On the countertop I read that now they offer substitutes for eating healthy such as half portions, cooking spray, instead of oil, fresh fruit, egg whites, 9-grain toast. Pretty amazing! The Carrot Cake French toast was to die for. A must! Every time I come here the food is delish. Also the healthy egg whites, turkey bacon, fresh sweet fruit & toast hit the spot too. read more

Made a reservation at the door, was told one hour wait. Waited 1.5 hours on their system, they said they had two reservation systems going at once. (Makes no sense) mind you people are showing up, being seated, and leaving while we are still waiting. If you can't combine your reservation system, and properly seat people, you need to get a better system or people who actually know what the heck they are doing. Waiting this long and being told we have to wait longer is not taking care of your customers. This is disrespectful of my time while you don't care one bit about me or my place in line. It's a mess, it's rude, and I would suggest treating your customers better considering we waited the time you said and now it's way over. read more

Great place for locals to grab breakfast. They have patio seating thats pet friendly, i've even seen them offer dog treats to the pets. Portions here are quite big so if you're not too hungry you can possibly share one order between two people. Considering the portion sizes the prices here are relatively cheap. If you're looking for a breakfast joint that serves huge portions at a relatively low price then Eggworks is your place. If you're looking for a knock your socks off tasting breakfast and want to take pictures thats eyes pleasing to post on social media, look elsewhere. read more

If you have one breakfast in Vegas, make sure this is the place. Egg Works surpasses putstanding into the realm of kicking major ass. Five star food, service, and atmosphere - and then some. The staff clearly take pride in their craft - all of them. Rapid seating, ordering, & food delivery was our experience. We are Txas residents and state with authority the portions here are Texan sized. The garlic mashed potato omelette is a culinary masterpiece. Going to try & replicate it at home. Thank you Yelp for another place who stands behind their 4.5 Stars, overall rating! Egg Works is work, work it Egg Works, work it! This place is freakin' delicious && I highly recommend. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we paid our bill I felt very welcomed by the staff, who are genuinely nice! The food was quickly prepared, then quickly eaten, lol. My hubby ordered the waffles, with a couple eggs and bacon on the side. I appreciate how they brought this out as soon as it was made so that he was able to enjoy the waffles while they were still fresh and hot! Other places would let it sit under heat lamps and bring it out when all the food was done, but not this place- this place is actually thoughtful and considerate! My gf and I ordered the delicious loco moco. Dude, this dish is aaaaaaHmazing! The gravy that's smothered throughout the beef patty is so tasty and add that all up plus my over easy runny egg- boom, you have a heavenly sent dish! So good! This is a great place to have breakfast away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Although the place get busy and IS hustling and bustling. The food is good. I had the Loco Moco which is a Hawaiian dish of rice topped with a burger patty and fried egg and smothered in brown gravy. I've been to Egg Works before, but this was the first time ever coming for lunch. I actually was kind of surprised that they even had lunch items being that I only think of this place on the weekend and solely for breakfast, but their lunch was actually not too shabby. I came with some coworkers for quick meal during a break between a seminar. I started with a glass of their fresh squeezed OJ first (gotta get that vitamin C in). It was definitely fresh & tasty, I'd recommend it! For my main meal I had the Works Tostada Salad without the meat to make it vegetarian friendly. This salad was HUGE! I think I managed to eat about 3/4 before I gave up. The flavor was very good, I liked the red & green sauce to top it off. The only negative about this mammoth was that the shell gets soggy on the bottom from all the toppings and breaks through. Meh. Overall it was a tasty visit and I'd come here again for more lunch or breakfast goodies. read more

We serve Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch all day, 7 days a week from 6:00am until we stop seating at 3:00pm.
Does this one have the little train going around inside the restaurant?
We have a train that currently runs in 3 of our stores. Summerlin location (EggWorks) (Village Center Circle), Anthem location (EggWorks) (South Eastern) and Sahara location (Egg & I).
Open on xmas?
I hope not, the wonderful employees there deserve to spend Christmas with their family and loved ones.
