BOGO FREE (Mon-Fri) Scramble Me Softly Egg Sandwich is crazy!!! EggBred has hit Chino Hills with all sorts of brunch favorites from a variety of Egg Scramble Sandos to Breakfast Burritos. It hits all of your BRUNCHY cravings! There is a ton of variety that your picky family members will find something to eat on the menu. On weekends this spot get crowded but so happy for the large parking lot that I'll always have parking.

Eggbred is a new egg sando spot located in Chino Hills. I came here during a weakened and man was this place busy. Every seat was taken and there were people waiting for a seat. The inside is a little small but we were able to find a seat after we ordered. I ordered the scramble me softly but the overall flavor was plain. It was missing most of the ingredients such as the caramelized onions, and the smoked paprika. I did like the potatoes though! Now that was delicious but the mac and cheese needs a little bit more work. A cute spot to come and maybe next time I will try a different sando.

I didn't see them microwaving eggs in a bun, which I appreciated. They cook the eggs on a "stove/grill". Food tasted great. The kids breakfast slider was perfect for my kiddo. They have vegetarian meat options! Love this. If you get the orange juice, try mixing it with the blood red orange juice. Great combo. Ample parking. Good and quick service. Restroom available Cute little ambiance.

So tasteful! Came to check this new spot out and absolutely LOVED IT! Here's the run down. BLOOD OJ: SO YUM! No bitterness and just the right amount of sweet. I heard it's made in house and I absolutely will order this for my drink every visit. SCRAMBLE ME SOFTLY: Holy heck this was good. The bun was soft with a light crisp toast on the inside. The mix flavors of the fluffiest scrambled eggs, paprika, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and chives was a fun ride for my taste buds. Now this is what you call a breakfast sandwich. BEER BATTERED POTATOES: How can we not love potatoes. THESE ARE WEDGES and I LIVE for them. They are literally fried to perfection. I love that they have this so we can pair it with any sandwich or burrito of our choosing. Seasoned just right with salt and pepper. THE TRUFFLE CRUNCH BURGER: Is something I've never tasted before. The arugula makes a HUGE difference and I kept telling everyone that this burger is so "light" but fulfilling. The smoked jalapeno ketchup on the toasted Japanese milk bun is such a game changer. Def my favorite item thus far on this menu. OVERALL, I had a great experience. It was raining the day that I dropped in for a visit and it was packed. Although the cost of items is more on the higher side, it makes up for it in the quality and taste. Service of course was great and there is an option to self-order using the kiosk. Great place to grab a quality breaky sandwich or brunch burger/burrito!

Everything I've tried so far is soo good. Quite pricy, pretty much brunch prices but slightly cheaper. There is a quite a wait on weekends and some morning rushes. You can't really complain because their food comes out pretty hot and seemingly freshly made. I've now opted to order on the app before arriving to avoid long weekend waits. The Breakfast Poutine -chef's kiss, current hyperfixation. Everything marinates together well with the gravy and chimichurri that's topped with. Potatoes are at the bottom of the bowl and it also soaks up everything. Build A Benny (Ham)- I was expecting a typical circle English muffin underneath but it was much better and soo good! What I found underneath was more of a pan seared soft ciabatta bread instead. Hollandaise sauce was creamy and not too heavy. Chorizo Egg & Cheese -bun was so fluffy and moist with the perfect chew. Wished the chorizo patty was slightly thicker.

Came by to try EggBred in Chino Hills and it might be my new go-to breakfast spot. Everything came out fresh, hot, and made to order. You can tell they're intentional about quality and flavor. We ordered the Ribeye Asada Chopped Cheese Toastie and it was loaded -- super savory with melty cheddar jack and that bacon jam adding the perfect sweet-salty balance. The sourdough was nicely toasted and the beer battered potatoes on the side were crispy and well-seasoned. The Ribeye Cali Burrito was super filling in the best way. Soft scrambled eggs, creamy avocado, tender ribeye, crispy potatoes, and salsa verde tied everything together. Definitely something you come hungry for. Also tried the cheddar chive biscuits and gravy which were fluffy and comforting -- classic brunch vibes. For dessert, the mixed berry cheesecake waffles were such a fun finish. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and not overly sweet. Overall, great portions, flavorful food, and a solid brunch addition to Chino Hills. Would definitely come back to try more!!

if you're craving some eggy brunch and a very yellow sunny spot, definitely head over! They have chicken and burritos and egg very similar to a well-known establishment, but with more choices. The burger itself is so filling that if you are a light eater, the kids scramble is just enough. The burrito is massive too, so you got your two meals covered if your are not too hungry. You can order online too and overall service is very fast and sunny side up! For now it's BOGO Free only Mon-Fri. Outdoor seating too, so there's a big plus, since very few places here take advantage of the outdoor areas.

Looking for a brunch spot on a late Sunday afternoon and found this gem. It's a small sit down breakfast/brunch place that's nice and clean. Walking to the front counter, the lady was very pleasant and helpful with recommendations. I ordered the loaded burrito and girlfriend ordered the scramble me softly. Also ordered their blood orange drink. Took about 10/15 min to arrive at our table once we sat, and it HIT THE SPOT. The burrito tasted as good as it looked and was pleasantly filling. I could taste the steak, egg, and avocado. My girlfriend's sandwich was equally delicious. Bread was warm and soft and egg tasted great, even though it was little messy. The blood orange didn't taste bad either. Not too sweet in my opinion. It all costed about 40 dollars, so do with that as you will, but I'm coming back soon.

Sometimes it feels like I've been a fan of poutine all my life. Ever since my days with Avonlea I've had a healthy obsession with all things Canada. And pretty early on Canadaphile me latched onto poutine as being a go-to dish. It's one of those menu offerings that I give sizable consideration to if it's on a menu, especially if it's traditional poutine--fries, brown gravy, and full cheese curds. Eggbred's poutine is not traditional poutine. It lacks the cheese curds that squeak; it has country gravy instead of brown gravy; and adds popcorn chicken, a poached egg, chimichurri, and chives. But damn if it isn't an awesome breakfast meal. Every bite is amazing, like having a breakfast themed shindig in your mouth. I especially like the choice of beer-battered breakfast potatoes over fries. I'm not a huge fry lover yo begin with and the only thing better than breakfast potatoes would've been tater tots. Perhaps beer-battered tater tots? I also liked the egg, but eggs are always nice for breakfast. I could've even see two eggs for this morning bad boy as being the thing to put it over the top. The service was awesome too. Quick, professional, and offering commentary on a few of the menu items should you require it--this is what every restaurant staff should strive for. The ambience is the only downside. It's kind of a small space, which isn't their fault. And I could see times where seats are available. As you know, I like it when the occupancy rides at that 80% full line. That way the food joint does good business but still affords me the chance to read a chapter or three in a book without feeling like I'm taking up space for someone else who wants a table. Without that comfortability , I feel somewhat rushed to get through eating so I don't screw up the turnover rate. And that doesn't make for the best dining experience. But as it is, I'll take kickass breakfast poutine and sometimes not being able to dine in over no poutine at all. After all, a poutine in the hand is worth two of them twenty miles further out. I shall return.

Went Sunday morning for a quick breakfast. I got the bacon, egg and cheese and really enjoyed it! The food was ordered on a tablet and the service was quick. Only down side is that it is very small so there aren't a lot of seats but they do provided some seating outside too. Will come back in the future.

I was so egg-cited to be here for the grand opening celebration. They gave out free breakfast meal for the first 100 guests. Orange Juice - $5.59 Beer Battered Potatoes - $3.89 - spiral cut, beer battered, fried crispy, dusted w/ our house seasoning. Scramble me Softly Sandwich- $8.99 -soft scrambled eggs, chives, caramelized onions, sharp cheddar, smoked paprika spread, toasted Japanese milk bun. The meal was delicious. The sandwich was very creamy and delicious. Ambiance is nice with few tables inside. Staff were friendly. Service was great. This is a perfect spot for brunch.

Came here on Saturday morning for their grand opening (11/15/2025). A nice little breakfast and brunch place serving up delicious food including Breakfast Sandwiches, Burgers, Breakfast Burritos, Sweets, and Beverages. The place is very bright, nice, and clean. The decors are pleasant and they have a few tables for dining in. The staffs were friendly and the service was quick. I got the following items: - Scramble Me Softly Sandwich - Beer Battered Potatoes - Cup of Orange Juice The Scramble Me Softly Sandwich was good. The egg was soft and tasty. The Beer Battered Potatoes was also good. Goes well with ketchup. And the Orange Juice was so refreshing. A perfect breakfast beverage. Overall, I had a very pleasant visit. Will come back and try their burgers and burritos.

Service was good and breakfast sandwiches were good. The potatoes are more like French fries (I expected more of a breakfast potato and this was probably my own expectation). The orange juice was not fresh (it tasted like it was made from a concentrate). If you're thinking of a gourmet breakfast sandwich...it's more of a fast food type of sandwich. read more

First time at this location was craving a bacon egg and cheese so I ordered a scramble me softly. The eggs were delicious. I also wanted to try the ribeye chopped cheese but was disappointed due to the presentation of the food. It looked sad with not a lot of cheese on there. The beer battered potatoes were also delicious. Service was kind of meh. Would return here just for the eggs. 8/10 read more

First time and ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and it was pretty good. My only complaint is the green salsa tastes like cilantro blended with fresh cut grass because they don't cook the tomatillos. I would give this place 5 stars, however, after dumping salsa that tastes like earth on my burrito, it kinda killed it. I will also take blame for not tasting the salsa prior to saturating my burrito. read more

EggBred is a must for any foodie. The breakfast sandwiches are incredible perfectly cooked eggs, high-quality ingredients, and soft buttery bread that makes every bite amazing. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The EGGBRED CHEESEBURGER is a 10/10! The Chino location was very clean and has great outdoor seating, which made the experience even better. The service was also excellent , friendly, welcoming, and the food came out in less than 10 mins.One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. Definitely worth the stop. read more

Eggbred is one of my new favorite spots for breakfast! I've been twice in the past few weeks and could eat here daily based on the variety of their menu. Service is always top notch & 10 Stars! Everyone has been really friendly & extremely helpful when trying to choose from the menu. On our first visit we got a few sandwiches to try. We got the Cheeseburger Chopped Cheese Toastie, the California Chopped Chicken Toastie (both mentioned as Limited Time), the Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich & Beer Battered potatoes. Everything we got was insanely good flavor wise! My husband and I split all the sandwiches so we could try a little of each and they didn't disappoint. I actually couldn't stop thinking of the Cali Chopped Chicken Toastie & Cheeseburger Toastie until we went back again they were so good! These need to be permanent staples on their menu!! On our 2nd visit I got the California Chopped Chicken Toastie again and didn't want to share it, my husband got the Scramble Me Softly & some Beer Battered Potatoes and I also got a side of their queso to dip the potatoes in. The queso is delish as well! My husband was in heaven eating his sandwich and mentioned it was now his favorite. Our 2nd visit was another 10 star visit! read more

Came here Tuesday with my husband and it was super good! The lady who took our order walked us through the menu, gave suggestions, and was all around super helpful. Clean bathrooms, clean interior, few tables outside where we sat was nice! The food was SO AMAZING!! My husbands vegetarian and he and I both devoured our burritos!!! We like to try every new restaurant that comes to Chino Hills. Was looking forward to Eggbred, but it was not so good. We ordered 1 egg sandwich and 2 of the bacon and egg. The egg sandwich was for me and I think its either false advertising or it was made wrong, or a combo of both. I think its a combo, the sandwich was not made right and this was likely why it was so bad. The bread was not toasted at all, which made the bread very dense. I personally don't like un-toasted bread at all. But you pair that with the little amount of egg in the sandwich and it was supposed to have caramelized onions to add flavor, I think the scoop was so small I only tasted it in one bite. For a $9 egg sandwich, there was nothing "craft" about it. Maybe its just untrained staff taking shortcuts because this was nothing like on their website. This was not a "craft breakfast sandwich". Either way we will not be returning or suggesting it to our friends in Chino Hills. read more

Breakfast date with my wife. We spotted this new place in Chino Hills and we were excited to give it a try. My wife ordered a fancy egg sandwich and I ordered the chicken fried chicken breakfast sandwich. So good! Creamy delicious eggs, freshly prepared sandwiches and salsas. Chino Hills needed a place like this! The owner of the franchise came and spoke with us for a bit. They wete busy, and had a lot of folks preparing the food. 1 star for the girls working in front for customer service, very nice. I ordered a ribeye california, there was no avocado that I paid for, a long with anything else that was supposed to come. Just eggs, meat and soggy potatoes. Buns should be toasted more and eggs should be creamier. Idk if its just social media that got me again but I spent $75 there. Was expecting really creamy eggs and maybe a little fuller. Everything was soggy, from the sandwich to the burrito and just falling apart. Might be because some young kids working back there, not used to cooking or not trained properly. And everything just lacking of flavor and needs a lot of hot sauce; even the salsa they provided needed heat. Hopefully they get better and I can change my review. Ambiance is nice read more

I have been dying to try this place! Ordered takeout, super easy! Got the Breakfast Poutine an OH MY, delicious!! The beer battered potatoes with that sauce = so so so good! Also ordered the Ribeye Asada Benny. I was super excited about this none, but the meat was tough and the flavoring wasn't my favorite paired with the rest of the Benedict. My husband liked it though. Can't wait to try a breakfast sandwich! Food was ready by the time my husband picked it up and was still hot by the time he got home. Yay! It would be nice to have some coffee options. The only one online was cold brew, but no modifications available. read more

I had an egg-cellent morning attending the Egg Bred Chino Hills Grand Opening in Chino Hills, California. So egg-cited to be first in line at 4:05 am, Saturday, November 15, 2025. It was wonderful to meet and chat with the lovely owners Sam and Cindy. I had the complimentary scramble me softly sandwich, side of beer battered potatoes and cup of orange juice. The eggs were soft and fluffy. The potatoes were crispy. It was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Chino Hills area. read more

I tried Egg Bred in Chino Hills for the first time, and it definitely won't be my last visit. These days, it can be hard to find both delicious food and exceptional customer service, but Egg Bred delivers on both. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a young man behind the counter who took his time explaining the menu options while also training a new employee. His professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. We ordered the Scramble Me Softly breakfast sandwich, beer-battered potatoes, and coffee--and everything was absolutely delicious. First time trying this place. Overpriced food. The beer battered potatoes are no where near beer batter. Just frozen potatoes dumped in a fryer. The sandwich had no taste aside from the ketchup and hot sauce i added. The employees were polite and friendly. They need to add different cheese options and salt and pepper packets. read more

This review is long overdue. I have been here several times since it opened, and visited the Brea location before this location opened. I am a big fan of the food. It is very good and very filling. Besides delicious breakfast sandwiches, they also have really good breakfast burritos. I have not tried any of their lunch items yet, but I will. Today I came with my daughter and they had a buy one Scramble Me Softly sandwich and get a second free. That is a deep discount and the staff paid the price. The location was busier than I have ever seen it. Food was running behind and some guests were upset. I ordered with the app and showed up early, so I had no issues. The location is new but it has been clean each time I visit. So what's the issue??? There are two, if you order at the register they are not particularly fast to get you your order. The food here is amazing! When even McDonald's burgers are now $10, this place is a true gem for the price, definitely worth the value of what you pay. Mon - Fri they have BOGO for the Scramble Me Softly sandwich and boy is it delicious! They have breakfast sandwiches, burgers, non breakfast sandwiches, plates.
