I am bummed I have to leave a negative review. I'm not a huge egg person but I was in the mood and remembered I had bookmarked it. The pictures depict this luscious soft egg scramble overfilling a bun. That's not what I got. The ordering process was fine; you pay and wait for your order. There was only one other couple in there, otherwise, it was pretty quiet inside. However there were literally over probably 10 people working in the visible kitchen. All of them working. I noticed countless good sized takeaway orders being picked up while we waited. I only ordered the Scramble Me Softly and it took upwards of 15 minutes to get my sandwich. It seemed they fully prioritized take out orders over in person orders. Having worked in food for years, it would be pretty easy to just make an extra sandwich along side similar orders. When I finally did get the sandwich, it was quite sad compared to the pictured product. The eggs were not luscious and fluffy. They were basic scrambled eggs with some grilled onions and a sweet bun. There was actually too much bun for the small amount of egg in the sandwich. I didn't even end up finishing the sandwich, and that's with my boyfriend trying it as well. Admittedly, other products I saw them make did look appealing. However, I am too underwhelmed to give this place a 2nd chance. read more

We had a pretty good experience here! Upon walking in we noticed it was clean and busy! Good sign! The first person we talked to at the counter was not all that helpful, but another person came up and answered my questions. I ordered the eggbred cheeseburger with egg yolk cooked through. My husband ordered the Benny burrito. My daughter got popcorn chicken kids meal. We ordered fries to share. Everything was really good! Only issue was that the yolk popped and wasn't cooked through. I'm pregnant and only eating fully cooked eggs but luckily I was okay. We will probably go back! There's plenty of other items I wanted to try as well. read more

Everything was good except for the avocado. Maybe other people like their avocado really really ripe, but it tasted so old. Like rotten in some bites. I love super fresh and ripe not overripe. Mashed avocado makes it more mushy and oxidizes quicker. Maybe they could add a little lemon to keep it fresher? Not worth the money. I had seen this place on Yelp before and stopped in on a Sunday morning after driving around trying to figure out what to eat. The service was great, plenty of seating inside and out and the food is delicious. The only downside is the burgers do not come with fries and they were not offered to us so we had no idea. I had to go back in line to order them but they are totally worth it. It's a bit on the pricey side but I will be going back to try another eggs benedict option. read more

The decorations were very cute and made for a good environment . the theme is very cute and on brand since they have so many egg sandwiches. There was plenty of seating. It was a pretty small interior. There was a restroom available. plenty of parking in the shopping center. They have a large menu of food items . My friend said that it was one of the best egg sandwiches he's had. I was also impressed by the amount of condiments they had in a rack available for customers - maple syrup, sriracha, ketchup, a bunch of other hot sauces, honey, etc. Overall, I think this establishment has lots of good attributes . I stopped in to order takeout and sample a couple items during a Saturday morning around 9:30am. It was fairly busy but the line moved quickly at this very casual eatery. There's about 8 tables of 2 to 4 to dine in. My family tried the fried chicken sandwich and the "Benny on the rocks" (essentially an egg Benedict over a bed of ham, arugula and their fried potatoes. You order at the counter for both takeout or dine in. They give you a vibrating pager to alert you when your food is ready. It took about 10 minutes or so. We enjoyed both dishes but the top contender was definitely the fried chicken sandwich. It had a nice crispy fried batter and the chicken breast meat was not dry nor over cooked. The Benny had a nice runny yolk which we broke to let it run all over the top of the potatoes, ham, and arugula. Solid and filling choice. We got the Ben Franklin breakfast sandwich which has black forest ham, an over medium egg, truffle-dressed arugula, and extra hollandaise sauce on the side. Absolute chef's kiss. Not only do they have breakfast sandwiches but also burritos too! We got the Ribeye California burrito. It ain't breakfast without the sides so I tried their version of Poutine for the first time. My shift started later than it usually does, so I decided to go look for breakfast in the local area. I found EggBred by random when I parked, so I decided to take my chances here. When you first enter, the whole store is egg-themed! The walls are covered in cute breakfast characters while everything is yellow and white. I chose to order the breakfast poutine to-go, but the whole menu looked good from first glance with a range from breakfast sandwiches, burritos, benedicts, and other breakfast/brunch items.
