I was so excited to try this place out as the pictures on here looked so good and I'm a big fan of breakfast burritos. As it turns out, I was very much disappointed. I got the black forest ham burritos to try and I thought it was just so mediocre. For a restaurant naming itself after eggs, there was absolutely nothing special about how the eggs were cooked; They weren't soft or particularly flavorful. The filling was mostly very mushy hashbrown or potatoes. To be fair, the edges were nicely crisped up, but to me the mushiness mouthful completely overpowered the crispiness of the potato. There were few thin pathetic slices of ham at the bottom of the burrito that I could barely taste. The overall flavor of the burrito was salty, but in a one-note, bland way. The salsa didn't really help much as it tasted like generic bottled salsa. Overall, it was super boring, underwhelming, and totally not worth the expensive price tag. The only redeeming quality of the restaurant was that it was very clean and well organized. The staff was spotty, as one girl was super friendly but another seemed so bored and didn't have any energy to her. Food also took a while to make. I've been here 4 times. I like the way they make their eggs which is why I keep coming back. However, everything I have tried is a little too salty. Next time I would ask for the potato's to be left out of the burrito. They could be lending to the level of salt. The service has always been good. The overall vibe and ambiance is good as well as the concept. There are more thing on the menu I would like to try. My rating is a 3.5. Try for yourself and let me know what you think. read more

I m SO glad they have one here in HB so I won't have to drive to La Habra to get one. This location is kind of hidden, it's right next to PizzaGuy in the Smart&Final parking lot. It's easy to miss if you are driving west bound on Adams Ave, but even when you are driving Eastbound, you might still miss it if you drive too fast. They don't really have a lot of seating area in the lobby, probably only have like about 6 tables. I order their bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I just love how soft their buns is. It's a little pricey for a breakfast sandwich, I definitely won't be eating this everyday but once in awhile I will get one. read more

I came earlier today around 12:30 pm, experience from the young female with glasses at the cash register needs to be addressed: not welcoming, rude, snarky remarks. Ok first the good. The food tasted amazing. But it probably would've tasted better if it wasn't cold. An HOUR WAIT for a to-go order. Absolutely insane. Because of the wait, the food was cold/soggy. The condensation of having the bag sit for that time compromised the integrity of the already horribly designed bag causing the bag to break while walking out the door. A few employees witnessed this and offered no assistance. Might return later after the initial learning curve is over. read more

NEW Favorite breakfast spot! Always quick to making orders and always delicious! The eggs are incredible! The fluffy scramble with chives is out of this world delicious. The perfect fried egg with a runny yolk on the bacon breakfast sandwich is perfect each time. The sauces that come with the sandwiches are just as delicious! The bacon breakfast sandwich comes with ketchup but its a jalapeno ketchup with a slight kick making it unique. I call in for take out most of the time and its ready within 5 mins of calling. They also text you when your order is ready. It is a little pricey than most places but you are getting quality food and its so much better than fast food. Also, what inst expensive anymore?? I personally would rather pay a little more for a filling and delicious option than a mediocre breakfast from a fast food chain. read more

I got the breakfast burrito with eggs and potatoes These napkins are just one half of half a burrito oil that I squeezed out from them, I would rather drink oil than have an oily meal. EggBred is around the corner from my house. After driving by for years, I finally decided to pop in. Boy, am I glad I did. I'm a breakfast burrito girl, and decided to play it safe with the Plain Jane with no add ins--it's meatless and while I don't think I've ever ordered one without, I thought I'd try it anyway. Of course, they have everything from bacon to avocado as an add-in option. Anyways, this burrito was an experience. The eggs were creamy, the tortilla was super soft and tasted homemade, the potatoes were delish, and the paprika gave it just the right amount of kick. Oh, and I ordered the green salsa, which was divine. I texted my husband from my seat and told him we're definitely coming back. There's so many yummy things on the menu, I can't wait to explore. The girl working behind the counter was super sweet and very helpful. No frills, you order at the counter and get a buzzer letting you know your food is ready, but the place is super clean, priced fair, easy in and out, and I'll definitely be back. read more

Ordered Uber eats so can't speak on the ambiance or location. The food was absolutely delicious!! The soft egg sandwich (10/10) was the best out of the three items we ordered. I wish I didn't have to give them any stars. I haven't made my final decision yet lol. I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken burrito and biscuits & gravy but they were subpar at best. The burrito was DRYYYYYYYYY omg it was not great. The biscuits didn't come with nearly enough gravy so they too, were dry. I could also tell my food had been sitting out for a while before my number was up, so that didn't help. Honestly, maybe because it was the breakfast brunch rush that resulted in not-so-great food, so I'm willing to give it another shot since it has so many great reviews, but if the next attempt is like today's, I'll be saying bye to EggBred. read more

The food is tasty-- milk buns and tortillas are soft and fresh. The beer-battered potatoes, a nice touch. I loved the over-medium egg on the sandwich. The staff is still working on their timing. My brother ordered two burritos before I ordered my sandwich, but didn't get his food until 15 minutes after I did. BEWARE: their bigger bag with the handles are razor sharp. I used to get real potatoes with my breakfast but now you get greasy curly fries. Plus it's SUPER loud in there. There's no such thing as a relaxing breakfast experience. Stopped by for a quick bite to eat after a good workout, decided to share a bacon, egg and cheese with added avocado. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and my only regret was that I shared it, I could've absolutely eaten a whole one on my own. The quality of the bacon was insanely good, I'm not sure what kind of bacon it is but you can just tell it's superior quality. The bread was fresh and tasty as well. We also had a side of the potatoes, which were also very delicious. The restaurant itself is very casual and consists of just a few tables and hardback chairs, we opted to take our sandwich to go and eat it on the beach for a more scenic view. The food was served quickly and hot. The eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend for brekkie on go and if you can enjoy it on the beautiful sands of Huntington Beach even better. We tried the blood orange juice and found it way too sweet. We asked the nice young lady at the register if they added sugar and she said they did actually. For this reason, I don't recommend the juice, I prefer my juice naturally sweetened. read more
