This WAS our favorite place to go. Today, not even 1/2 hr after we left I got sick!!! I was a bit concerned because the breakfast I ordered just didn't taste that great but I ate half of it anyway and took the rest home ( now in the garbage). Also, for whatever it's worth.. I LOVE this place! I wanted to try it for a long time and finally got to go on a Saturday with my best friends. The wait was long, but well worth it. The earlier you get there the better. I ordered the ham & cheese omelette with a Nutella and red velvet pancake on the side. There was cheese in every bite of my omelette which is rare to find these days! The pancake was one of the BEST pancakes I ever had in my entire life! I ate all of it! Not only is the food AMAZING, but the cost is even better. We enjoy coming here for Sunday brunch. Once you get on their list you can keep track of your place in line via text link. Go have a coffee before breakfast! They have indoor seating and outdoor in a covered wind-tunnel. Def not my fave to sit outside when its windy cuz everything blows around. Service is fast and the food is tasty. Savory is tasty and sweet is just right, not too sweet. I have not tried any of the espresso bar coffees or alcoholic drinks so I cant comment about that. I do notice trash can build up under tables and when its busy they do rush you out. I must be getting older cuz its noisy (no comparison to hash kitchen tho!) and sometimes difficult to hear your party. Overall, we enjoy this location. read more

First of all let's start with the food. Great options, especially for gluten free friends, fresh ingredients, always comes out hot, and huge portions! I always need a to-go box. Ambiance is great. Fun music playing, bright open space, and relatively comfortable seating. As for the service? Always top tier ESPECIALLY AUDREY!!! She has a such a bubbly energy and goes above and beyond to enhance the dining experience. From offering coffee before mine was empty, to the multiple trips to the kitchen to check on gluten free status WITH ZERO ATTITUDE GIVEN, I can say hands down she's the best server we've had in a long while. I've been to Eggstasy several times: with a large group, small ground etc. and every time was a good experience. My latest visit I was alone and looking for a good Corned Beef Hash (CBH). Given that my last experience with a terrible CBH in Maryland, I was looking for Eggstasy to come though again. Service was great, coffee was good and so was the CBH, made in house with over-easy eggs and a side of hash browns. Excellent. Food was good, especially the crepe. The omlet was good enough but was over cooked. Generally i would rate 4.5, except that there were flys EVERYWHERE. My husband wanted to leave because they wouldnt stop landing on his hair. There was 3 in his hair at once at one point. They landed on our chocolate bacon, and on the salt and pepper shakers :( the staff seemed unbothered by them, which makes me think its normal? Food was good but not great. But worse was the customer service. From the very rude and inconvenienced greeter (she couldn't even crack a smirk let alone a smile) to the lack of attention from the waitress....no water or coffee refills and had to wait for bill for over 15 minutes after plates were taken away. I know they are busy but perhaps a bit of attention to customers or bring in more staff- could have cusotmers move through their breakfast a bit faster and satisfied. As my sons said, food was 6 or 7 out of 10 but atmosphere and service 1 maybe 2. Not worth any lengthy drive (25 minutes for us) not even for the play on names menu. Disappointed. We looked for a new breakfast spot after dropping our kiddo off at school. My wife suggested Eggstacy so off we went. We were seated immediately and our server was very prompt and personable. The reason for the 1 star was the flies and the pricing. While we were trying to figure out what to eat from all of the tempting menu items, my wife was shooing flies away from both of us. I, on the other hand, was more focused more on the pricing that was several dollars more per entree than I had expected. After the sticker shock, I was aware of the half dozen flies just around me. With no assistance from the surrounding staff, our overwhelming situation was very frustrating. Overall we liked the decor & vibe ! Our service was so so & multiple server were wearing clear face shields ( which we do not like ) covidy !! My cappuccino was great along with my Benedict. It was as if I was served two quarter loafs of bread, but it didn't have that much flavor and I could only manage one quarter of a single piece before giving up on it. A side of bacon was three pieces, which was pretty tasty and the fresh squeezed orange juice was very good, but watching their spiffy automated orange squeezer was really entertaining. The place practiced social distancing well, and they were very well staffed with super friendly and funny waitresses. The problem was that while their menu is extensive it's a bit high falutin' for my taste, with leeks and mushrooms all over the dishes. It was more of a place which my parents from Santa Fe would enjoy while I am more of a Waffle House kind of guy. So it may be a bit more refined than my tastes were geared to. Our server was friendly and helpful. She had an excellent memory as she had to deal with six of us wanting individual receipts. Met a customer here for lunch and the food was outstanding. They have amazing chicken noodle soup which to my surprise was included with my turkey/Brie panini. The panini was delicious and our server was very attentive. The ac wasn't working very well it appeared as it was very warm inside as I am in there eating soup. LOL. They offer both lunch and breakfast. The dish that I decided to go with was the Breakfast Panini. I was intrigued with the avocado, egg, and cheese. The only complaint that I have was that the bacon was tossed in with the egg into little bits. I wasn't a huge fan of the bacon because it added a lot of chewiness and took away from the soft egg and avocado.
