Chocolate Chip Muffin.

Einstein Bros Bagels is a chain with locations across the U.S. Their bagels are made fresh daily and include a selection of classic, signature, & gourmet flavors. I stopped in here to pick up something for my hairdresser and decided to get a bagel for myself. The place was clean and the staff had a good groove going, which allowed them to complete orders quickly and efficiently. Orders are placed at the beginning of the counter, you pay at the end of the counter, and they will call you when its ready. There is also an area for pre-paid pick-up orders. Daniel took my order and was genuinely nice, as was Charlie the cashier. I requested a chocolate muffin for my hairdresser and a cheddar jalapeño bagel for myself. They also serve breakfast sandwiches, various shmears for the bagels, cookies, pastries, juice, and coffee beverages. Since I was saving my bagel for later, I toasted it when I got home. Pre-toast it was chewy and tasted better when toasted because the cheese and jalapeño were warm. It wasn't a NY bagel but, in terms of chains, it is one of the better ones. My hairdresser enjoyed her muffin. *Free 90 min parking in lot.

Orange Juice - Small

Love the birthday freebie deal because you get an egg sandwich with a purchase. The maple house bagel sandwich is very rich! I could only eat a bit at a time because it's really stacked with ingredients. The maple bagel smells and tastes yummy! I also really like the sweet cream cheese-like spread used in the sandwich. The orange juice tasted good too, it was a nice way to top off the sandwich.

We got bagels delivered to our classroom here at work and they were so delicious. My favorite was the cheddar bagel as well as the sesame seed one we got it with cream cheese and it was heavenly. It has just the right amount of chewiness and they were a little bit doughy...they are very filling. I would love to get one of their salmon bagel sandwiches next time and one of their iced coffees to go to give it a try. This was a delivery by DoorDash so I did not get a chance to actually go inside the store and check out the ambience, but that's on my bucket list at some point.

Really kind and amazing service. They're so friendly here the food was really good too. I had to one with the salmon and cream cheese. Pay your sandwich . there have New York style bagel sandwiches here which I love to get every once in a while . the bagels and the cream cheese are so good here they're so good. Nice outside patio to sit and enjoy your sandwich. absolutely amazing experience highly recommend coming here for New York style bagel sandwiches.

Extra cream cheese

Not impressed with there extra cream cheese. Poor rush management. I would recommend buying and assembling yourself.

This is a terrible Bagel. First it seemed Day Old. Secondly the cream cheese was melted and barely there. I Would Not Reco this Spot.

Cream Cheese Shmears

I ordered the breakfast turkey sausage and bakers dozen with shmears for pick up, and I arrived to find my order ready to go. The sandwich was warm and tasty, the bagels were fresh and warm and the shmears yummy as per usual (got the onion and chives and Veggie cream cheese shmears) . I parked in the back-lot, which had an attendant who provided a time stamped ticket (I believe it said free parking 90min). The back door was only for exit, so I had to walk around to the front. The pick-up station was to the right of the entrance with everything perfectly labeled and ready to go. Customer service was a bit lacking, and It seemed a bit slow to take new orders. I wanted to order another item in store but decided not to as the ordering process was taking long with other customers. Others: There's small patio seating, well maintained with nice plants. The indoor place was clean. There's a single restroom towards the backdoor exit which needs a code to use.

Nova Lox Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwich Iced Americano

Stopped by on a Sunday morning and it wasn't too busy, which was nice. They also offer free parking with validation, which is super convenient. We ordered the Nova Lox and the bacon, avocado, tomato egg white sandwich with an iced Americano. Everything was delicious!

I wanted to bring some bagels to work and found Einstein Bagels nearby... sweet! This was my second visit at an Einstein. My first visit was at the Ontario International Airport. Upon entry, I was next in line... another sweet... I don't have to wait in line too long. Ambiance is nice... good size bagel shop. I love how they have their bagels displayed right up front at the counter where the customers can see them. They have the baker's dozen that comes with 13 bagels with 2 spreads of your choice. And that's what I got. Please note this package does not include any of their premium bagels which cost an additional $0.80 per premium bagel. Choose wisely LOL! I stuck with the non-preimums. I may try their premium bagels next time. They have one staff to assist with getting the bagels and one staff to collect payment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Btw, the spreads are right up front next to cashier for you to grab after payment or before as long as they are paid for eventually LOL. I got plain cream cheese and onion & chives... good spreads. They do have other flavors, too. Bagels were very fresh and soft. Love their sesame, cinnamon sugar signature, and french toast signature bagels. You can't go wrong with any of their bagels. They also have specialty bagels. I'll have to try one of them someday. Happy Bagel'ing! FYI They are located next door to Peet's Coffee. There's a good size outside courtyard with tables and chairs for customers to chill at with their bagels and coffee. They also have parking in the back with 90 minutes validation I think. I just parked on the street.

Country gravy and egg bagel sandwich
Sherryl J.

Placed a pick up order on Postmates for the country gravy and egg bagel sandwich. The restaurant was clean amd the staff was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. They handed the sandwich to me,looked me in the eye and wished me a good day. Very pleasant experience before 7 am. The sandwich didn't look like the picture, but it was tasty.

This sandwich is not at all what I imagined it to be. For $9 they should be appalled to give this to a customer. It was flavorless and the bacon was burnt. Quality at Einstein has dropped dramatically, this use to be one of my favorite sandwiches and now I don't think I would ever order it again.

When we received our food, we asked about the beverages - the waiter mentioned those are picked up at the counter. The barista was kind enough to remake the espresso shot for my friend since it had been sitting out for over 10+ minutes :) The food is tasty! We sat outside (perfect weather - overcast) and we shared an order of the avocado toast and the French toast plate. Good coffee, great portions with aligned price points. The inside is quite large, but it felt like something was missing... warmth/ decoration. Aside from that, Definitely recommend stopping by - I'm surprised I hadn't popped in sooner!

However, the Original ribeye melt was to freaking die for soooo good, excellent! This place is a little on the pricey side, but everything is going up fast currently so there's that. But I must say, you owe yourself, treat yourself to something nice every now and then. The service was nice, the atmosphere was superb, and the food was excellent. I hear the drinks are great as well, not really a drinker so I would not know, I normally get a water and unsweetened ice tea everywhere I go. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we had to wait about 20 minutes because our table was not ready. We had specifically requested a booth and mentioned that we did not want to be seated at the Chef's Table, yet we were seated there anyway. There were four of us, and the space was extremely cramped. We were constantly bumping into each other's feet because there was so little room. We asked if it would be possible to move to another table, but we were told the restaurant was fully booked for the evening. On top of that, being seated directly next to the kitchen meant dealing with nonstop noise throughout our meal, which made it difficult to enjoy the experience. What was especially confusing was the concept of the "Chef's Table." If it's intended to provide a unique dining experience, we certainly didn't receive one. The chef never came out or interacted with guests, so it felt like we were simply seated in an uncomfortable location next to a busy kitchen. To make matters worse, my father ordered his steak well done, but it arrived medium rare. The steak had to be sent back and recooked, which further delayed our meal. Overall, this was the most disappointing experience we've had here. As longtime customers, we never expected the service and accommodations to fall so far below the standard we've come to expect. What was most frustrating was that no effort was made to address our concerns or offer any accommodation after multiple issues throughout the evening. We have always enjoyed dining here, which is why this experience was particularly upsetting. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience.

Our previous experiences were great, however this time was extremely disappointing. For the price (~$16 per sandwich on Toast), you would expect more substance but this was how it was looking. One measly slice of ham and cheese, and the butter barely tasted present. I'm bummed that such a great recipe has been reduced to this poor excuse of a jamon buerre. Had I known this was what I was going to receive, then I would've spent the money on groceries to make SEVERAL mediocre ham sandwiches instead. The two stars come from the attitude of the server, Karla. She was extremely friendly and that was the only highlight of today's visit.

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. The woman taking our order did not seem to know what Celiac disease or gluten even was, and became visibly annoyed when I asked basic questions about food preparation and cross contamination. When I asked about the prep station and whether gloves or utensils could be changed, she refused to ask the cooks. From what I was told, nearly everything shares the same grill. The only item that might potentially be safe would be eggs cooked in a separate pan, but without changing gloves or utensils, even that would not actually be safe for someone with Celiac disease. I ended up not eating at all. I actually left my party and waited in the car because I wanted to cry. It was embarrassing and honestly heartbreaking to feel like asking questions to protect my health was treated like an inconvenience. I completely understand not every restaurant can accommodate Celiac, but kindness, honesty, and basic understanding go a long way. I hope the staff can receive better education about food allergies and cross contamination in the future.
