First off this review strictly deals with the way this establishment treats customers and customer orders. I've been here many times during the COVID era, so I can confidentially say they rarely enforce the number of people allowed inside the store at one time. I've seen upwards of 20 people inside the store when the limit is 5. This is public health problem and not up for debate My second problem is how this store deals with orders. They give overwhelming priority to mobile and door dash orders over walk in customers. This morning I was there and waited in line to order with 4 other people inside the store for them to do only mobile orders. I'd wagered it's about 7 mobile orders done for every 1 walk in order. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes after I placed my order for 1 bagel. In fact they did so many mobile orders before customers they ran out of plain bagels at 9 am, which me and the other person ordered. While I waited I counted 14 bagels being made at once instead for a mobile orders instead of walk in customers orders. 7 of those orders had plain bagels. Lastly mobile orders are just picked up without any verification. This may obviously lead to theft, as anyone could just walk in take an order and walk out. These walk in customers routinely cut the entire line, and contribute to the total number of people in the store. I hope these issues can be resolved read more

I have been going here for years and today I experienced the rudest customer service ever. No sign posted outdoor for 5 people in the store only. I am the family of 6 and the moment we stepped in the girl started to yell. I told her I'll just have my kids pick quickly what they wanted and will step outside so the husband can pay but the yelling continues. Do you have to be that rude? Had to give a 1 star by default, should be a 0 star. Showed up at 12:21 pm (sorry the light on my Fitbit was weak and you can't see the actual time, but it says 12:21) only to find all the doors were locked. I thought maybe it was just this location that was not open, but the signs on the door stated otherwise. I got closer to peep in the window to see if anyone was in there and there were girls working inside. At this point, 2 other patrons walked up to open the door only the find it was locked. We knocked on the glass door just to see if they were closed early, but neither of workers bothered to look back or acknowledge that anyone was knocking. (They literally we're standing right in front of the door, stacking the cream cheese in the front fridge area, so there was no way they couldn't have heard us knocking) We ended up leaving because they obviously were not planning on serving anyone. They lost my business and the other patrons as well, whom were annoyed at the lack of service. I love this Einsteins location. The staff are so friendly and they always have my favorite French Toast bagel lol. I love their coffee much more than Starbucks too (which is next door). They close early (3pm) which is the only thing that sucks. There's a Jamba Juice next door and I just love having my bagel and coffee and then getting a smoothie for the road :) They have ample parking and are close to all kinds of stores. I came in today and was very hungry and I come in here every once in a while and they usually have OK service, but when I came in today the lady working at the front seemed very dismissive of me and didn't have the nicest attitude. At the time i didn't think much of it but when I wanted to order they were out of croissants so I instead went with the chorizo pepper jack and egg sandwich, they were also out of plain bagels so I was forced to substitute for another one which wasn't that big of a deal at the time. This will be my third time buying bagels from here and every time it was fast and efficient. The workers are good. I always get the Baker's Dozen with 2 Shmears. The bagels are warm and good. My company loves them. Look for coupons in the mail! Pretty worth it! The employees park right in from so there's no parking for customers. They don't unlock the front door, only the side with no sign stating this. I watched three people try and open it while I was standing there waiting for the girl in the back room to get off her dang cell phone to take the orders of the three people waiting in line. My wife and I have been visiting this location for several years now. The service has dropped dramatically, including orders not completed properly forcing us to return to the counter for correcting. I belong to the rewards program, but frequently was not asked for my phone number, so I didn't receive the points for the purchase. I arrived before 11am into the store and waited in what you would think would be the place you order with cash registers, as 3 workers just stood there not instructing me where to order. After I finally get told I order down the other end it is now 11:03am and the deal I specifically came for the dozen bagles for $8 ended at 11am. The woman tells me I cannot order the deal because its after 11am and yet I was in the store waiting to order before the 11am time slot. This place is a great spot to stop by grab breakfast on the go! I live down the street from this place so it's very convenient. I usually grab the Applewood Bacon & Cheddar breakfast egg sandwich and add another egg so it can fill me up. I ask for the green salsa which is AMAZING. The first time I came here there was a homeless guy inside the place filling up his coffee cup, adding creamer, and sugar. Then he was on his way. The employees didn't say anything or do anything. Everyone just kept doing their own thing. Im not sure if this is a normal thing and they cater to the homeless or they just don't care. I haven't had any problem with the service the workers have usually been nice. The quality of the food is good and it's reasonably priced. I love the food Einstein Bagels makes but the staff at this store need to give more attention to the online orders. I usually go online and make an order to pick up quickly and go to work. For the last two times, I have requested two bagels of Santa Fe EW sand but customized to two eggs instate of one white egg and another ham & Swiss Egg and also customize it to one egg instate of the standard.
