I always order the burrito bowl or Chicken Tostadas salad or Pollo Bowl and always the Homemade Tortillas Soup. It's filling and tastes good. I order for delivery because it's a few towns away from where I live and the only one. There for I order from there twice the month. The process very reasonable and my food arrives still warm. I have no problems with the food so the service is good. I haven't been to the building to tell you about the outside or inside but they have been located there for while.

Very upset, our order is wrong every time we come here and it's sad. They are making a bad name for the other El Pollo Loco's. Get the order right and if you don't understand don't say yes. Just say no and get someone who speaks the language of English in our country! It's been a while since I went back and thought I'd try it again and still very dissatisfied!!! What a shame for ruining the other restaurants under this chain. What's worse is when you call they don't answer I have to press 2 to leave a message and there are a ton from other customers. I would not recommend this place at all. Order is wrong or double charge on you order because the cashier messed up. Smh Burnt chicken and I asked no chips on the salad

It was an ideal place to take a group because 1) it was fast casual 2) everyone can put in their individual orders without the awk who's-going-to-put-their-card-in issue 3) there were 2 restaurants (Chimmelier + Oh G Burger) in 1 so more options! What I got: 8 pc sweet gochujang wings (sauce was called YANG'YUM') and a side of tots with a cup for water **the wings were from Chimmelier and the tots were from Oh G Burger We were able to combine two tables together to fit our group of 5 and the cashier brought our food over in quick succession. The tots were my fav even tho the wings were supposed to be the star of the show. I liked how they gave me PLENTY of disposable gloves because the sauce is v sticky. Gochujang is a savory, sweet Korean chili paste, but I would say it was more sweet than spicy. I enjoyed my meal but maybe would wanna try a dry rub because putting on gloves every time can be a chore. I went for a yelp elite perk once and grabbed their chicken sando which was tasty.

But i wanted to try the wings as well! I got the 8-pc wing combo with fries and it was very tasty! The wings were big and crispy with a kick! I was only to manage to eat three pieces so I took the rest home! The fries was good but should have tried the other flavors! Overall, the food is flavorful, the place is small but cozy and with really good service! Will try other items next time!

I'm so glad we did! We ordered the Original, Spicy Original, Honey Garlic, Gangnam Style, potstickers, and the Rose Ddeok-bokki. The Honey Garlic wings were hands down my favorite--they were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and had just the right balance of sweet and savory. The Original and Spicy Original were also really good, and the Gangnam Style didn't disappoint either. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the Rose Ddeok-bokki. It just wasn't for me. The only downside is the price. An 8-piece order of wings is about $18.00 before tip, which is definitely on the expensive side. That said, the quality of the food makes it worth treating yourself every now and then. The restaurant itself is really cute, with a few outdoor tables and a small bar ledge inside if you want to dine in. The customer service has always been friendly whenever I've visited. Just keep in mind that the food is made fresh, so it usually takes about 20-30 minutes. Don't go in super hungry unless you're okay with waiting, or better yet, place your order ahead of time and take it to go. Overall, this is a great spot if you're craving delicious Korean fried chicken. I'll definitely be back, especially for those Honey Garlic wings!

After trying my first Dave's in Pinole, this was my 2nd and had the same experience: consistent. This one is in El Cerrito Plaza Shopping Center by the BART station. I ordered Dave's # 2: Two sliders with fries and comes with pickles ($17.49). I chose the medium with heat options of No Spice, Little Mild, Mild, Medium, Hot, Extra Hot and Reaper. I also got a side of Kale Slaw ($4.59) and added a large Crispy Fried Pickles ($7.99). Mind you, this was a snack, so the sliders were the perfect size. One for me and one for the wifey and we shared the rest. The chicken is crispy on the outside but was simultaneously moist and tender inside. The heat level is basically how many (or how little) they sprinkled on the spice powder. The side of Kale Slaw provided a nice buffer to cut out the saltiness as it's a nice balance of crispy, fresh veggies with a sweet and tangy flavor. I also loved the side of pickles that came with the # 2. They're just plain pickles, and they were definitely better than the Crispy Fried Pickles (skip in my opinion). These were overly seasoned and salty to my liking. I ended up removing the breading just to get to the pickles inside. I also found the price to be too steep to justify the price and quantity that came with it. Overall, it's a solid sandwich that makes chicken right. Better than KFC, but not Popeye's and Jollibee.

A true hidden gem right at the bottom of Solano Ave in Albany!…read more I'm embarrassed to admit that Picnic has been around for about 5 years in the east bay and I've just tried it for the first time this week. But I'm so glad I was finally introduced to it. The staff greet you promptly when you enter and you can even watch them work effortlessly together in the open prep-station behind the counter. They have a gorgeous display of deli items, wines, cheeses, cold sides, and even some cute candles & house made croutons. They've got everything you would need for an elevated picnic or even a barbecue with the family. They have an intriguing selection of house made sausages-- the Chicken Tikka Masala sausage caught my eye and I can't wait to try it. They also sell whole smoked quail that are seasoned heavily yet each bite has just the right amount of smokiness, spices, and salt. Their hot food items and sandwiches are perfect for a quick lunch during your break from work or on your way home. There are also a few counter seats if you want to enjoy your meal there. So far I've tried the smoked quail, the Muffaletta sandwich, and their green lentil soup with chicken + veg. The sandwich was filled to the brim and each bite was a flavor bomb. The lentil soup was very comforting & paired well with the smoked quail. I'm looking forward to trying everything they have to offer.

(Although I have never liked arugula) This store is adorable and just the kind of independent neighborhood place that should be frequented and appreciated.
