Customer service was great the gentleman taking my order was friendly and patient while I decided what I wanted to order. I ended up ordering 3 orders of The Rancho fries. The portion size was great. The price was reasonable $ 12.99. they have a salsa bar with different types of salsa and lemon wedges. It is self serve which I like. There is seating area inside about 4 to 5 tables. This location is close to the 210 freeway exit Carnellian.

Great place for taco Tuesday at $1.25 ea for carnitas, carne asada, chicken and potato tacos Service is always friendly and fast the salsas are also really good although my fav is the hottest one Their taquitos are something else double the size and the guacamole is fresh

These are two 3 footers with chicken-asada on one and Al pastor - carnitas on the other. Very delicious strongly recommend it for gathers.

Looking for a healthy burrito to feed a party of 20 or less this is the spot. We got good compliments from our Bible group big shout out to El Ranchero for their prompt service and generosity on the food

I really enjoyed the food here. I stopped by randomly based on Yelp results for "chips and salsas" I had a craving.. The Salsa bar is obviously loved here and I see why now. All the sauces and salsa were very good. They give chips with every order it seemed. I always judge Mexican food based on the beans and rice and both were so good here. Rice had a real homemade texture and flavor. I'll be going here again. No drive through so pick up or dine in only. While the parking looked small and difficult to manage it was quite easy and I appreciated its simplicity.

I used to drive by this place all the time.. always wanted to try it but never did. My dog goes to the vet near by and I decide to finally give this place a try. Okay, let's be honest, I was a little skeptical to come because the first photo was literally a bad experience for a customer. However, being a chef as a profession, those things happens. Metal wires from a fried basket or a scrub. Yes I know it is not okay, but I does happen... But besides that, I am so glad I finally gave this place a try. I'm currently salivating just thinking about the potato taco as I write this review. They have a wide range of salsa, I'm so glad they are stingy and only give you one per order... they give you as much sauce container you need and it's amazing. My favorite is the tomato liquid one with scallions! Really good! And the salsa verde. Wet burrito: you should try it! Carne asada is in chunks and not the super small minced up pieces. Potatoes tacos: yummy!!!! My favorite!! Horchata: really delicious! Had piece of cinnamon floating around! I can't wait until I get to try more!

Came in a little after happy hour on Thursday night and this place was popping!! Super busy, super packed, super loud. Didnt help that there was a group of ghetto, ovnoxiously loud people behind us, but they left eventually. Our waiter was Jose. Super cool guy. We were seated quickly. Able to order our food fast. And I was surprised with how quick the food and drinks came out. Had plenty of time to eat, enjoy and pay before our movie started. For food we just ordered appetizers and tacos, including the following: 1. Chicken tinga taquitos- they were good. We'll seasoned. About 3 taquitos. Loved all the toppings on it. Good amiuny of meat in each taquito. 2. Aquachiles verdes- this one was deceptionally spicy. The heat definitely creeps up on you. Cucumbers provide a brief reprieve but it was spicy still though. Good amount of shrimp in it. The small tostadas served as a nice vessel. 3. Chicarron taco- 1 taco per order. It was really loaded. Definitely required the 2 taco tortillas to prevent it from ripping. Good flavors. Wish there was some crunch to the chicharrone, but there wasent. They have plenty of drinks to choose from ad well. We ordered: 1. El jefe- this was a good drink. Very smooth. Yea you can taste the alcohol but it was very pleasant 2. La mesera- this one was good also. I thought it was going to be spicy because of the black pepper. But it was very refreshing. Cucumbers made it nice and light. 3. Lindo Amanecer- a sweeter drink. It was sweet and refreshing. In general everything tasted good. The drinks were amazing. Definitely a good vibe minus noisy patrons. Love the music playing in the background. Great customer service!!

We kicked things off with the Guacamole, and this was no ordinary starter. Creamy avocado blended with fresh lime and cilantro, crowned with crunchy roasted pumpkin seeds for texture and depth. We added the chicharrones, which arrived light, airy, and perfectly crisp--ideal for scooping and savoring every bite. For my main, I went all in with the Mole Sampler, a true celebration of Oaxacan culinary artistry. Served with shredded chicken, rice, and warm tortillas (perfect for dipping), the sampler let me explore three distinct and beautifully crafted moles: Mole Negro Deep, complex, and slightly bitter-sweet, this is the king of moles for a reason. Smoky, earthy, and rich, with layers of dried chiles, spices, nuts, seeds, and just a whisper of chocolate. Bold, mysterious, and unforgettable. Mole Coloradito Warmer and more approachable, with a gentle sweetness and mild spice. Brighter than mole negro and wonderfully balanced--comforting without being heavy and incredibly smooth. Mole Almendrado Silky, nutty, and luxurious. Almonds take center stage here, adding body and elegance. Subtly sweet and less spicy, this mole felt refined and indulgent. Robin opted for the Cochinita Pibil, Yucatán-style slow-cooked pork loin in achiote sauce, served with habanero red onions. The pork was fall-apart tender, richly flavored, and swimming in savory drippings at the bottom of the bowl--pure comfort with a bold, citrusy kick. We closed out on a high note with the Plátanos Fritos--fried plantains drizzled with condensed milk. Crispy, sweet, and utterly addictive. A simple dessert done exceptionally well. The service was friendly and attentive from start to finish, with staff happy to answer questions and offer recommendations without ever feeling rushed. The restaurant itself was clean, bright, and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. From the depth of the moles to the tenderness of the pork and that sweet final bite of plantains, Sabor A Oaxaca delivered a memorable meal that celebrates regional Mexican cuisine with care and authenticity. We're already looking forward to a return visit.
