This show was amazing! The mad hatter was absolutely brilliant. He also orchestrated my proposal with my fiancé and I'm still in tears. The performers were extremely talented! Please go!

A group of friends went to see Cirque Alice. It was an amazing show for all ages. It was captivating and fun. I was impressed with the size of the theatre.. I'd suggest this show for families looking for a bit of excitement. The acrobatics and aerial display kept you on the edge of your seat.

2 of 2 Yelp review pages. I knew I did a review on this brand! It was on 3/21/24. Looks like there is more than one Yelp page?!?! Anyways... Quality/Quantity - I was (am) a Caesar customer like since forever. This was actually one of the first brands that I joined the loyalty member program. And till this day, I am still a member. But I have not been very active for years. Well locally, I frequent GSR; see other reviews. Today we came for the Biggest Little Latin Festival; see other reviews. It was just okay; I wanted and expected more. And of course, NO happy hour at Brew Brothers on a Friday; another let down... Might explain why they did not have many customers today, even with an event happening. Ambiance - Still a nice casino. I really appreciate and like that you connected the 3 casinos without us having to go outside. Nice to have this event indoors as it is weather proof. Not sure if this helped or hurt your event...? Oh, your advertising could have done a better job explaining exactly where the event was being held. 815 rooms. The casino can use some updating. Too many businesses/restaurants were closed, so limited dining. More of a weekend night life scene...? Service - Self service today. Price - N/A. Well, my wife did support the vendors at the event. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And since 2020, Caesars Entertainment, with your 5 brands. Eldorado, congrats on your success since 1973. Caesars, congrats on your success since 1966. 1995 - Renovated and added the Silver Legacy bridge access. I see that Caesars Entertainment Reno brought you in 2020. Or was it the other way around...?

July was a rough month for me. My mom's health started declining rapidly and unexpectedly. That was the beginning of the month, my birthday is towards the end of the month. My nephew volunteered to take care of my mom so I could celebrate by birthday. since I was going to a Reno Aces game, I decided to staycation downtown. All the Caesars hotels had great options but I decided on the Petite King Spa Suite at El Dorado. Check in was so easy. I was able to do it early, for a small fee, and at a kiosk (after receiving an email telling me how to do it). Check out is also easy, with kiosk and key return. I loved the room! Spacious, great temperature, nice private view, and just plain comfortable! SO relaxing! In fact, I plan to return in December for an overnight staycation! Location is key. We walked to Greater Nevada Field, and then back. We were able to get some drinks from Brew Brothers, and bring to the room.

I should have listened to the reviews! We arrived at 2pm hoping to check in early. They could accommodate us, but there would be a $28 charge for early check in. Really? When we got to our room the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and there was a big paint warn off mark on the head board. I went to get our room changed. That night the electricity went out so their whole internet, tv system did not work the following day until late in the afternoon. The casino was dead and so dark. I've never been to a place that looked like it was going out of business! Every time you looked they were working on escalators, so you had to take the stairs. Next time I'll just go back to the Peppermill or Atlantis. Caesar Corp should be ashamed!

We stayed here on our long road trip.  We are Caesars rewards members, and the room was comped!  The room was spacious and comfortable.  There was a Keurig machine with K-cups, and they left us two bottles of water.  There was a fridge in the room.  The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

I visit the Row about 3 to 4 times a year. I'm a Diamond Plus player, which gets me comp rooms and valet. This year, I switched to staying here, rather than Silver Legacy, as I prefer both the rooms and valet here. All and all, it's a nice property. Nothing much negative to say. There's a good selection of machines to play and the eating options are also good. On this particular visit, the internet was terrible, kept dropping. I did notice that they've changed up their toiletries to some better products that smell wonderful. I do have a special shout out to the Valet Services. These guys are always so pleasant and helpful, particularly Jordon. I look forward to seeing him during my visits, as he's fun to chat with, and provides great service. Also, I'd like to start a petition to bring back Peggie the Pigeon! She was the mascot at Valet - the smartest pigeon you ever met. She kept everyone in check ;) I hope management reads this and reconsiders giving her the boot. Just a side not, why does Caesar's not do something about Circus Circus? For instance, it's called The Row, which includes Circus Circus, however, I think a majority of people who visit The Row, never set foot in Circus Circus (unless they've brought their kids). The casino area isn't somewhere I'd want to spend anytime. It's dank and depressing. They need to "amputate" this sickly property and replace it with something new and exciting. What a waste.

They just keep deleting their page and creating new ones in order to not have low reviews. If you want to find dirty used bloody needles and pills in your room stay here. If you want to follow up or care from management and staff stay here.

This place is so cool and not cool at the same time…read more.. Here's the bad stuff... 1. Super construction going on and the parking lots are a mess, you don't know to go right or left and I got lost finding entrances even after 3 days.really dirty too. 2. The dirt doesn't stop there. Our first room we were given was so smokey I mean burning eyes smokey. There was a box fan sitting outside the room so I think they tried to air it out but it was like someone burned a cigar in there and just closed the door. 3. After going thru a room swap we were given another room. Fine but there was a dirty rag left in the bathroom counter with hairs all over it. Not a huge deal but still, come on right? 4. The late check out. Went to the front desk night before to make sure late check out was ok since we were at an event that morning. No problem they said you got until 4 with an additional fee. Great right? Nope since our room was a room that was attached to a suite they needed us out before that. Just come on again! 5. The service is just rude everywhere. I mean everyone you encounter! The Rim restaurant guy host in a suit..., I'm convinced was high as a kite. Don't believe me, go there and talk to him, holy! The security desk, rude and unhelpful. Anyone you call on the phone from the room, rude. I'm not expecting Disney customer service, but come on man! Someone teach these guys some customer service skills. So the good.... The resort is really cool. Bowling video games, nice casino, everything to spend a fun weekend. We may even come back just to do the pool and stuff to do there. To wrap it up... Lower your expectations. Your not going to get the cleanest room. Most certainly you will be treated rudely. It's a place that could be so epic but falls short due to just taking short cuts in the customer service, organization and just plain care about your whole experience factor. P.S. you will receive at least 5 text messages telling you about how great their spa is.

The room was okay--nothing special, but no major complaints. The Starbucks is always packed, which seems to be the norm here. Today, I visited the Second Street Marketplace downstairs. The young employee who assisted me had very poor customer service. He didn't acknowledge me, didn't offer a bag for the items I purchased, didn't say thank you, and seemed more interested in chatting with his coworkers than helping customers. Based on what I observed, I wasn't the only customer having issues with him. We also requested housekeeping service for our room. We were informed there would be a charge, which was fine with us. However, after the service, the room looked exactly the same. The bed was made, but that was about it. Now, let's talk about the restaurant downstairs. I ordered a steak, but they brought me chicken instead. I clearly told the waitress I wanted steak. When I pointed out the mistake, another older employee insisted that what I was served was steak. I'm pretty sure I know the difference between chicken and steak. Fortunately, Teddy stepped in, listened to my concern, apologized, and had my order corrected. That is what great customer service looks like. Even our waitress suggested that I just eat the chicken, but guests should never be told to accept something they didn't order. The casino and the room itself were good, and I enjoyed those aspects of my stay. However, many of the staff members could benefit from additional customer service training. To corporate, management, the CEO, owner, or whoever is responsible: please invest in better customer service training. Your guests deserve a better experience. #CustomerService #Management #Hospitality #GuestExperience

In the morning, we waited over 30 minutes while valet staff searched for another guest's lost key. Later that same evening, we ended up experiencing the exact same thing ourselves. The valet staff lost our key and it took over 20 minutes for them to locate it. They did not think to hire more staff for the busy Memorial Day weekend and the basketball/volleyball/adult softball tournaments that were going on in the area. The night before we had to leave our car halfway in the street because valet was so backed up. The guest service manager told us to leave it half away in the street. The next day the same manager blamed the desk agent for losing our key when they did the same thing in the morning when she wasn't there. Unfortunately, this caused us to be late to a magic show we were attending at Grand Sierra Resort. I understand mistakes can happen, but seeing the same issue happen multiple times in one day shows a serious lack of organization and professionalism. Valet should make the experience smoother, not create unnecessary stress and delays.

I've been here at least 20 times and every single time they widdle down your money and you will leave with nothing you came in with. Slots are horrible, Keno never hits, not sure about video poker but I'd be willing to bet (with a much better chance at winning than if I were to bet anything here) that the poker is garbage too. Standard service, not anything to write home about. This is clearly a hang out spot for people that are already poor and Baldinis makes good and sure they stay that way. You know how you walk in a casino and hear or see lots of people hitting jackpots? Not this place. Just people chain smoking to calm their anxiety of getting robbed once again by the infamous Baldinis. Terrible casino. They will try and hook you with promotions but they are only to get you to show up and feel like you have a chance at winning something but you will indeed win nothing so save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Of all the Casinos in Reno/Sparks the places that hit the hardest have proven time and again to be Sierra Sid's (right down the street on McCarran) and Peppermill. I've given this place too many chances to redeem themselves but I always walk out of here irritated. They don't even give you small wins on any of the machines to break you in at even or slightly above. Every machine is the same thing: win slightly less than you're betting to chase a dragon that does not exist. Food is notably priced but again that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. As a Casino this place is more than deserving of a full Zero Stars.

But overall it's very convenient because you have full access to the Row. The Midway is still as fun as it was when I enjoyed going back in the 90s. Circus Circus has always been my favorite Hotel/Casino to navigate whenever I'm in Reno.

After our stay, my overall opinion on the casino really didn't change…read more As far as actually navigating the casino, it didn't improve from my initial experience. The elevators are still tucked away and very hidden and every single pair of escalators we found had one side broken so you had to just wander around until you found an elevator or a working escalator. There were also random 1 way escalators scattered about which was off The actual elevators in the main lobby were a nightmare. No matter if there were a lot of people or nobody, they would take forever to come down (and I believe one was broken). There was a time in particular there were 20-30 people all waiting around for the elevator. I asked an employee where the stairs were (since I was on the second floor). It took two employees to even figure out if there were stairs, and then I had to wait around for security (who never came) in order to go up them. The room, while decently clean and modern, was missing hand soap, and the AC rattled extremely loud when the compressor would turn on. I finally figured out I could jam a pillow in between the bed and AC to keep it quiet. Throughout the stay, the front desk people were very unhelpful, either not knowing anything, or just saying "yeah I can't help, go ask the bell hop". The only saving grace was the midway, which while expensive, was a nice little break for people like us with little kids.
