A disappointing experience. A few things to mention, 1. They installed two Clean-outs within 14 feets; was told by other providers that the first one was unnecessary. 2. Look at the Clean Out they installed --- looks terribly and well above the ground 3. usually late for a few days; as a result, see the dead grass around the clean out 4. They told there's 5-year guaranty and clean the pipes in case of congestion --- but they never send me any guaranty documents. read more

My project was to replace a water heater and replace a sump pump. They used a Bradford White Ultra Low NOx water heater and Zoeller sump pump. I was fortunate that I had Kevin and Jose doing the work. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I asked how long will it take to replace my water heater. Jose, without hesitation, said it'll take a little over an hour; we'll be done by 430pm. I was so impressed because he was spot-on was done and cleaned up by 430pm exactly. We used Elite Rooter services for our clogged toilet. Technician David came over to perform the job. David was very professional,  explained his plan of action and the cost of each task. When snake didn't clear the clog, he recommended to remove the toilet bowl. After removing the toiled bowl he found plastic caps obstructing the path. The sink in my laundry room was clogged and I needed to find a reliable reasonably priced plumber to clear it for me. I was anxious to hire someone after reading several reviews about plumbers overcharging their clients. I called Elite Rooter who had a $79 special to unclog a drain. The plumber came out was very nice and patiently ran the snake through the drain several times and it wouldn't clear. He looked at the other drains in the house and found the clog was only affected by the kitchen sink. He put the snake down the laundry room sink another time and it cleared. He charged me the discount rate and I am very happy with the service. Very professional man who told me the discount price several times and stuck to it. The one star is for the technician, not the company. I don't want to mention his name to get him trouble. I still think the company is great. The technician come to my place for a stuck toilet. He try the snake first say didn't work. Than he suggests hydrogen but the lowest he can go is 1800. So I pay him 250 for come in and not fix the problem. I told him is too expensive. Then next day I call a company come I. Did a hydrogen and didn't work than they did the snack and work. So. Snake work!!!!!! Guess how much this company charge . 400( hydrogen and snake ). Come on 1800 vs 400 !!!!!!!! In the mean time this technician keep text me and let me know I will get trouble with the city and receive big fine if not fix it And text me if I still want their service..... right now I am even questioning that he can do it with snake but didn't want to. Over this past weekend, our shower drain was clogged to the point where I'd be in standing water and took 15-20 minutes to drain completely after shutting the water off. I conducted a search and Elite Rooter was towards the top with a drain cleaning special. I called this morning and spoke with Liz (I think that was the name) and she said that they'd be able to come out today between 11a and 1p. Perfect! Greg called me about 10 minutes later to inquire if he'd be able to come over earlier to take care of this. Obviously, I obliged. When Greg arrived, he took a look at the drain and figured it was just a clog in the trap. He took care of the clog quickly (hair clump in the trap) and cleaned up his work area. I called for an estimate. They came right over. They snaked my drain. Luis said they were not able to clear the pipes. Ok fair enough. Then he said he was gonna call his supervisor for a second opinion or another solution to the problem. Ok so far so good. They scheduled for later the same day at 3pm. 3pm came, they called and rescheduled for the next day at 12 PM. Sure thing sounds good, 12 pm came close, they rescheduled for 3pm. Ok fine, 3pm came. No call. No show. It is now the next day. Still nothing. So unprofessional. Will never use this company again. This is what happens when you pay for cheap labor.
