    So much food!

I can't believe I haven't been inside to eat, but I've had their take out. Tonight that changed when I went to a dinner party in the back. Eliza's is so delicious and the people who work there are straight up there to make your meal wonderful and memorable. There were 24 of us so a lot of mouths to feed. Food kept coming from the moment we all sat down. Tea was poured and refilled. Water poured and pitchers on the table to refill. We started with crab Rangoon and drums of heaven chicken. Then on to Peking duck taco things. The server found out I don't eat meat so brought me a giant platter of fried rice and another platter of chow mein. Then there was honey walnut shrimp, green beans with tofu, chicken with vegetables and shrimp, and then there was beef. I definitely would go again and bring a group. I'd also have take out again. Very reasonably priced. Five stars for food and service.

This place will never disappoint you. Order any from the menu, you will not be disappointed. The servers are always amazing and very helpful. Clean and very good vibe inside. Come and check them out. 5 STARS.

I have reviewed this neighborhood restaurant before as we order take out once a month. Today we decided to eat in... For apps we had the Haukaw and Siomai Combination. Followed by the Crab Rangoon. Both were tasty, freshly steamed and met our expectation. Next we had Mandarin Eggplant. This is our all time fave. It tastes even better when you eat at the restaurant! We ordered Eliza's Spicy Chicken. The were decorative Veggie that were crisply sautéed along the sides. Very good and one of our faves. Lastly, we had some Mushroom Chow Fun...delish! All the dishes were so much better as dine-in! But take out is not bad despite the time in the container. A neighborhood must!

My husband and I go here just for the hot and sour soup. We always get to go because the inside has kind of a weird vibe, hence the 4 stars.

This most recent time my girlfriend was craving ramen but I wasn't so I got creative. I love their black pepper chicken, so I got that and asked for a side of rice. On top of that we got the ribeye skewers and their new snow crab hand roll. The sauce for the black pepper chicken was really really tasty. That sauce over the rice, was so comforting. The ribeye wasn't super tender but tasty. The snow crab hand roll came with so much snow crab, I felt like it's one of the few hand rolls I've had that was filling. If you come for happy hour, they have good deals on ramen. I think like $13ish, which is a great deal. It ends promptly at 5:30, so plan to get there well before 5:30 if you are looking to take advantage. Something to think about it, Theres no sign up list for waiting for tables, and everyone who's waiting just lines up outside and down the block (no waiting inside). While the ramen (especially their Niku ramen) is still a solid choice. Piecing together meal with some appetizers and a side of rice might be my go-to way of ordering here now. Taniku really does do a lot of things well and the food is always tasty.

We started off with the Mekyabetsu (Brussels sprouts), Ba-Ra (pork belly), and Kobe (beef). The Brussels sprouts were my fav starter, and the sauce paired so well with it. The Ba-Ra was pretty good, but nothing amazing, and same for the Kobe, which I found to be a bit bland. We also split the Hokkaido Miso ramen. The broth had a great flavor, and the pork chashu was possibly the best I've ever had(!) as it was soooo tender and flavorful, and not very fatty. I did think the cauliflower left room to be desired, and kinda took away from the ramen overall. We finished our meal off with the matcha Panna cotta - this was a great dessert and wasn't too sweet ;) This place definitely seems to be pretty good at a lot of dishes, but not amazing at any single one. The vibe is great, service was great, and prices are a biiiiti steep but not unreasonable.

Menu is relatively the same as Dumpling Home featuring my faves like the numb and spicy XLB and the sheng jian bao. Both very delicious! The remainder of the dishes we got were also good. I will say the green beans left me wanting a bit more from it. But overall, my party had a nice, fulfilling meal. Dumpling Home will always be my favorite (still prefer it a TINY bit), but because there is less of a crowd, service was amazing! I definitely wouldn't mind coming back considering there the difference in wait time to Dumpling Home.

They have packed in as many tables as they could in here. Yet it didn't feel crowded or like we would bump someone if we breathed. The food. That's what it's all about right? This place delivers. Every thing was as good as the last. They have a pretty extensive menu I wanted to try it all. Sadly I had to settle for Hot and Sour Soup, Wonton soup, Pork Xiao Long Bao 8 Pcs, Chicken Xiao Long Bao 8 Pcs, (8Pcs) Pork Dumpling with Sesame Sauce and Red Chili Oil (6Pcs), Numb & spicy pork Bao, Green Onion Pancake, (Sweet) Red Bean Paste Pockets. We had it family style. The 3 of us shared it all. There was plenty to go around. None of us left hungry. I can't even pick a favorite. Maybe the numb and spicy which wasn't that spicy. It was just so good and flavorful. The soup dumplings were amazing. So much perfect flavor. They held together until the bite. So good. The hot and sour soup was plenty tasty. Not the best I've ever had but certainly among the best. The only thing I will say is that one of my companions can't have seaweed. The wonton soup was amazing but full of seaweed. It wasn't listed on the menu and we have never had seaweed in any other wonton soup so didn't know to ask if it could be left out. That was sad. All she could do was have a tiny spoon of the broth to taste it. The green onion pancake was very good. The red bean paste pockets use the same dough but filled with sweet red bean paste. They were a perfect way to end the meal. Next time I'm in the city I will visit again. Loved it all. It was worth taking the time to visit and eat there.
