Service was good up until I found out the added the tip and tipped him on top of the added tip not knowing that it was added and the waiter didn't say anything. But as soon as I realized and called the manager responded quickly and refunded me the $30 extra I gave. Food was mid we order like $125 in food today. Fried calamari was definitely not fresh. You can tell it was frozen because it was super chewy . Other stuff was okay. Considering the fact they add gratuity the service was not great and they didn't check on our table often, our server rushed us. Wouldn't say it's worth the money. Although it's a cute aesthetic it wasn't worth it. Drove 2 hours to come to the location and it could've been a lot better. Came here during a weekday for brunch and got the Asian Orange Ginger Salad and a butterscotch latte. The salad was not too gingery which I prefer but the butterscotch latte is a must get! I'm not one to leave reviews but First thing the aesthetic is nice, secondly both servers did not wear deodorant so every time they came to the table I felt like throwing up and I would lose more of my appetite. I was starving so I stayed, half of the menu is unavailable so there's no point in coming. The waffle and French toast comes with ice cream but the restaurant doesn't carry ice cream so how does that even make sense. The drinks are good and strong which is the only good quality. The monte cristo sandwich was ice cold like the pulled it out of the freeze and the calamari is so flavorless. This cafe was not ready at all to open I do not recommend this at all!!!! read more

I really enjoyed the food and drinks at Enchant. I had the cherry vodka cocktail and it was delicious! Also had a glass of Opaque Darkness red wine which was really good as well. We had the quesadilla, the fried chicken, kimchi pasta, and carbonara pasta. All dishes were excellent with my favorite being the chicken. super disappointed at the service at this place which is a bummer since I've been wanting to try it for quite a while now. We walked in on a night that was really mellow and as we sat at the bar we were not greeted at all despite both girls working seeing us. After waiting a bit we asked the girl if we could sit on the couch instead and order drinks to which she said was fine. We waited exactly 20 minutes on that couch and were not approached or greeted in the slightest.. We saw a party of 3 who came in way after us get served/and got their drink orders dropped off which was enough for us. I am someone who also works in the service industry and have worked as a server/bartender myself so I truly try to have as much patience as possible especially if workers are slammed but this feels as if we were just straight up ignored. We ended up walking out and both workers just stared at us as we walked out instead of coming up to us to try to make it right and get us served which if so, I wouldve been happy to come back and give it another chance. i am never coming here again. i walked in and there's 2 parties of 2 sat in a small section to the right. the waiter was going to seat us in between those parties. i asked if we could sit on the left section of the restuarant that had like 20 empty tables! he said they were reservation only...? i go on yelp and i see that i could literally reserve a table at the moment so what he was saying doesn't even make sense. what a weird rule. it was pretty clear the workers were gossiping in korean about their lives at the bar. i don't have a problem with y'all conversating but if i'm trying to get your attention for more than 3 minutes and you aren't checking in on us, it's super unprofessional, annoying, and bad customer service. i wanted to order something else but after it took them so long to get to us, i decided to just pay the bill and leave. i ran out of water and never got asked if i wanted a refill until i asked for the bill. if i'm paying almost $30 for a pasta... i expect better customer service. read more

If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would. They sat us 25 minutes later than our reservation(had to go up and ask about 3 separate times). It took 15 minutes for a server to come to my table (because I got up and asked if we had a server. It took 45 minutes for two of the three of our meals to arrive. After an hour, and asking 4 separate people (again, having to get up and ask for that and our check), the third persons food never came despite all 4 servers saying it was coming, and then they said they'd give us a to go box. This is probably the worst service I've had at any establishment ever in all my years on this earth. Avoid this place if you want actual service and to eat. read more

First off, it's kind of a challenge to spot when driving, so in case you need help looking for it, it is located inside the hotel and there is free underground parking. The ambience of the restaurant is beautiful, nice seating and decorations. We ordered the breakfast deluxe plate, bulgogi quesadilla, turkey panini, fries and the croffle. Everything was great except the fries which were cold like as if it had been sitting and the croffle was really hard, like as if it was overdone; I ordered them for my kids but They were difficult to cut I took a bite but it was really tough to chew. I asked the server if there was any way we could get another one because this one was too hard, she said that's how they are. I explained to her it's not supposed to be that hard to chew through, she was nice enough to offer if we would like the French toast instead because it was softer I told her yes please we'll try that. Here's the thing we waited 30 min for our food and I completely understand when you're busy and backed up in the kitchen but to fix an order that was messed up should've been a priority, not to make the customer wait another 30 min or longer. Especially if it's a simple French toast with nothing on it. I've worked in dining establishments before and it's important to get that there's a difference between having a nice server and having great customer service. The girls were nice and i understand being busy as a server with multiple tables, but it's amazing when they can find time to check on you and see if you need anything. That is not the case here, they only came to bring food/drink and if we raised our hands; My partner did accidentally spill a drink when trying to collect all the plates on the table and we do appreciate someone that did come over right away to help wipe the spill. The drinks are good too; I got the beauty and the beast, if you like gin and floral drinks this one is good choice, they made it nice and strong to make that 18$ worth it. read more

Only a cute interior, food is overpriced. Ordered a starter, salad, and pasta. Starter dish was a spicy pork lettuce wrap, meat seemed to be cooked ages ago and just heated up. It was visibly dry. Salad was okay but the added shrimp was an extra $7 but only got 6 mini shrimps so you do the math. Taste is mediocre at best. Overall it's a cafe for instagram photos, definitely not for food. read more
