My friends and I were looking for a cute brunch spot to go to and stumbled upon this gem in Ktown, and I loved how we were able to be seated as soon as we arrived, even though the yelp waitlist was available for us to look at get an estimate on how long we may have to wait. The decorum, the ambiance, and the vibes were immaculate! Sooo cute for photos and videos. I indulged and got a strawbery cocktail with tequila and not only was it tasty, it was putting in WERK! And I was honestly surprised that the food was really really tasty because I tend to have experiences where fancy looking restaurants don't always have the best food quality or options, but Enchant is not like the rest... there were so many different options for food, we done had a feast by ordering the bulgogi quesadilla, cheeseburger, bacon garlic cream pasta, and the tacos trio. I came to eat with my friends at the Enchant Garden Bar. Cute pink place to take pictures. To drink I order the Rose Garden. It had a pink cream top that taste like strawberry. Garnish with an edible powder shaped like a flower. It was basically a strawberry matcha drink. I'm not one that likes sweet drinks so it was perfect for me. Not too sweet and earthy. What I had to eat was the K-Tacos Trio. Three different tacos flavors. Shrimp, spicy pork, and beef bulgogi. The meat and shrimp was seasoned well and the tortilla was soft. Pretty cute little restaurant but their service got hectic at lunch. They kept forgetting my chicken panini and when I finally got it, the chicken was over cooked and tough. The fries that came with it were cold and hard. It wasn't worth asking for a new one as my food came last to the table and everyone else had theirs. Hazelnut latte was too sweet and left that kind of unpleasant sugary aftertaste from cheap syrup. Their kimchi pasta is pretty good, but the bread that comes with it was also hard. I wouldn't go back here unless I was specifically in this one area of Koreatown. read more

I went here for the first time on my birthday yesterday and it was an amazing experience! I made a reservation through Yelp for 10 people and it exceeded my expectations. They sat us in the beautiful, private back room and they offered my party a complimentary bottle of champagne, a smoked salmon platter, and a slice of cheesecake! Just for my birthday!! The waitress, Anna, was so sweet and she made all the refreshing cocktails. The food was super delicious. I had Kim's Kimchi Pasta and I scarfed it all up. Lovely little place in the lobby of a hotel. Decor is superb. Very photo friendly. The food was very good. We got nonalcoholic drinks and they were very fresh tasting. I'd love to come here sometime I'm not the designated driver because I assume their cocktails are just as delicious. My only complaint was the volume and type of music. I brought my daughters here for, what I thought would be, a sweet girls night out. The volume and obnoxious DJ music is not conversation friendly, dare friendly, and forget about it for anyone with sound sensitivity or autism. It's a sensory nightmare. 5 TVs all with different DJ parties showing, and blaring music so loud my daughters and I couldn't hear each other. I don't understand why the electronica music against such a delicate and beautifully decorated interior. It certainly wasn't what I was expecting after seeing the decor. This place is a instagram trap. Came here with a reservation Sunday. Place was fully booked. We were promptly seated and our order was taken within 5 minutes. So far so good. But that was the end of the quality experience. We ordered a blue beach and a cocktail. The blue beach (given it's a soda mixed drink) foamed so much it caused a mess on the table. We had zero napkins and tried to flag a server (there were only 3 working) down for about 10 minutes before giving up and just getting up to grab our own. We ordered the spicy pork lettuce cups and the korean fried chicken to split. We got our lettuce cups about 15-20 minutes in. Not bad, just fine, nothing special about it. As my friend and I talk, I notice the general vibe of the restaurant. Many tables were either being ignored or missing items. The table next to us (who was there before we sat down) got one dish (the avocado toast) and seemed to be waiting on other items. From the time I started noticing them, they tried to flag the server to ask about the other dishes (they were told they were on the way) but never came out. The family eventually left 15-20 minutes later, just paying for the avocado toast and left. A while later, a couple came and sat at the table behind that one and waited for I'd say a good 10-15 minutes before their orders were taken (and they looked ready to order: they weren't looking at the menus, they kept trying to eye the waiters). I saw food being brought out to tables but items either going back (as the order was wrong/for another table) or people asking about other items. I noticed a pattern with the dishes being brought out: Fries, avocado toast, panini sandwiches, and seafood spaghetti. I didn't see any other dishes being brought out and weirdly those are also items I am not seeing in any of the review photos or mentioned in reviews except for if the restaurant or a soft opening review posted them. The table behind us had arrived at the same time, received their seafood pasta a little after we had received the cups, and I overheard them ask how much longer for the Donkatsu. At this point, mind you, my friend and I have been chatting this whole time. We've been done with our drinks and appetizer for a good 30-60 minutes now but are wanting to 1) order more drinks and 2) now feeling distracted enough in our conversation to realize we're missing our main dish. We are trying to flag down a server to order more drinks and ask about our order. The table behind us is also trying to flag down a waiter and we smile at each other in acknowledgement about how difficult it is to get their attention. I have never been at a restaurant where the servers actively look the other way. Like they were trying everything they could do not meet our gaze. My friend and I were now realizing we had sat there 1 whole hour without getting our second dish, had noticed the above behavior and patterns mentioned, and realized we're in Ktown, there are sooooo many other places around us with good KFC if that's what we want. So I end up just getting up and going to the bar to ask for a receipt for the items we received and mentioned we never got our fried chicken. The table behind us also gets up to ask for to-go boxes for the pasta and a check for just the pasta and drinks, no donkatsu. We end up leaving and going to Goltong Chicken where we were promptly seated and served within 10 minutes to delicious KFC. The servers are obviously extremely overwhelmed but instead of being honest with patrons (like "hey, fried dishes will take longer than expected") or saying they are out of items like previous reviews have mentioned, they are instead letting multiple tables walk out without their full order (without even an apology mind you). TLDR: Good drinks and instagrammable vibes but lot of tables (including our own) walked out because full orders weren't received and horrible service. There are plenty of other Ktown spots for brunch that have good food and service. read more

Horrible service and DO NOT rely on this place to keep your reservation. We had already been here previously about a month ago and it was really cute but the service was lacking we had to wave down the server multiple times to be able to take our order, get drinks, get the check. We were willing to look past that and still tipped and decided we were going to return. My girlfriend reserved a spot for a party of 16 for her birthday two weeks ago and called to confirm the morning of and was told everything was good. We planned our outfits, driving accomidations and entire day around eating dinner here. we were then called just hours before the dinner to be told someone had already rented the entire resteraunt out a month ago and the reservation was cancelled. The manager said host took down our reservation but didnt "check with her first." They didnt offer to book us another reservation or anythng to compensate for the inconvenience. Now it is Friday night, to late to book anywhere else and we have people who traveled 2+ hours to show up to this dinner. upsetting. read more

My brother and his fiancé invited me to check this place out. one of the worst spot to go. we were greeted by a waitress with horrible BO (should have left then and there). They did not have some of the items on the menu, kitchen was unprepared. I ordered french toast and my sister in law ordered waffle, which both specify that they come with seasonal fruit and ice cream. There was no ice cream(there was a Ralph's across the street). The calamari we ordered wasn't seasoned, bland. My brother ordered The Monte Cristo which was basic and unappetizing, sad excuse for a sandwich. Took forever to bring out the food. The mudslide i ordered was the only good thing because it had a good amount of alcohol. When the bill came I had to argue with the waitress to give us a discount on the food since no ice cream was served. She was arguing it was a sub-charge if I wanted the ice cream the kitchen didn't have, when it is clearly stated on the menu it comes with ice cream. If i wanted to be gaslighted, would have just gone to my ex. The decor was lovely but doesn't make up for the bad service. read more
