Enchant is in the Garden Suite Inn, right by the Wiltern. We were meeting at 6:30 and I called the restaurant to ask about parking. The lady who answered the phone told me that they were charging $20 for parking because of an event at the Wiltern. This caused a bit of stress. Thankfully, when I got there, the attendant let me in and I parked for free because I told him I was eating at the restaurant. The atmosphere was pretty and calm. We ordered: the Seafood Ciopinno Pasta, the Castle Tteokbokki, La La Galbi Set, and the Grilled Squid. Everything was tasty, but the Galbi was a little too sweet for my taste. My favorite was the Castle Tteokbokki! It had a lot of depth in terms of flavor and texture. We were celebrating a birthday and the only dessert that they had was cheesecake. It was a very nice restaurant in the lobby of a hotel. We didn't know where to park but we found out that there was free underground parking. It's the driveway on the left of the restaurant. Beautiful Ambience! This place is too cute like walking in to a very small fairytale. I love how nice the restaurant is decorated. As soon as we walked in, server greeted us and sat us at a table. He was ready to take our orders and patient with our indecisiveness. We also went at a slow time, brunch/lunch on a weekday when the hotel this is located in was not busy at all. The cocktails and mocktails look good but we had lattes instead. I definitely recommended the Butterscotch Latte if you like sweet lattes that taste good. Read the description on menu before ordering, the Bulgogi Quesadilla is described as marinated in soy sauce and on the sweeter side which is not your typical style meat in a quesadilla. This is a Korean/Asian Fusion restaurant after all. It comes with a side of salsa and some spicy-ish sauce that definitely balances it all out. The Bone in Beef was just so good. Nothing sweet about this. Just hearty, tender and an overall well balanced. It is so tasty, that I plan to come back and enjoy it again. I did end the meal with a selection from their "Sweets" and I probably should have gotten the cheesecake over the waffle with fruits. The "crowaffle" was a bit too hard...and not much flavor. Parking is metered on the streets of L.A. and there's hotel parking in back but it was closed during our visit. Also, expect your typical L.A. scene. Outside the hotel is seedy. Other than that, I'd definitely come back and enjoy the facade of this beautiful restaurant/lounge. I've been here several times on different days and times, but tonight was the first time I felt genuinely disappointed. We were asked to move seats because another party had supposedly reserved our table--even though we hadn't been there more than 1.5 hours. The moment we finished eating, the check was brought over immediately, and they came back again to rush us into signing it. On top of that, they automatically added an 18% tip for a table of two. When I asked about it, the server simply said it was "standard," which felt off. What made it more frustrating was that when we first walked in, we asked to sit by the window and were told those seats weren't available--yet when they needed our table, suddenly the window seats were open. I honestly doubt they take reservations at all, and the service tonight felt careless and rushed. I've enjoyed this place before, but after this experience, I won't be returning. read more

Makes no sense. Come here if you don't mind not eating with your whole party, love non existence service, over priced food and long wait times. I originally gave them 2 stars but they gave me a 10% discount on the Kimchee pasta. So I'll give them a 3 for admitting fault. Also, gratuity is automatically added regardless of party size, maybe they already know their service sucks.
