Portion sizes were inconsistent, for example two orders of short ribs blackened out at one time and one was very literally 1/2 the size of the other. The service started out pretty good and slowed as our group ordered more. Me had to ask every time for plates to be removed. Restaurant and restrooms are clean. I think he may have been the floor manager, but whatever his role was, his hospitality was outstanding. He brought over four pieces of premium bluefin tuna with fresh real wasabi and took the time to explain where the tuna came from and what made it unique.
