Amazing food, customer service and ambiance! Food looked good, tasted good and portion size was enough too. Coffee was good quality too.
Beautiful interior, very on theme with the name. The menu itself was a little overwhelming mostly because everything sounded so good, especially their latte's! We settled on the Pan Fried Eggs, Pistachio Soufflé, Yuzu Lemon Soda, and Pandan Latte. The soda was light and refreshing, as opposed to the Pandan Latte was a bit on the heavier side but still really good if you like something sweet! The Pistachio Soufflé was very sweet, but the texture was so fluffy. The Pan Fried Eggs was a great savory dish to balance out all of the sweets. I'd definitely recommend and would come back to try more from their menu!
Escape 360 was such a great cafe! We walked in and immediately got a table even though we were a big party. We can order ourselves at the table which was convenient. We went all out, we got the strawberry shortcake soufflé, crème brûlée latte, basque cheesecake, tiramisu latte, mango coconut latte, pistachio latte and regular mocha. The soufflé was a bit eggy in taste but very soft. Overall they don't have a lot of vegetarian options. The coffee though was out of this world. The crème brûlée latte was the highlight of the day. Sooooo delish! The formula latte was a close second. The pistachio latte taste very artificial but the regular mocha and mango coconut were decent. Overall, I think this place is great for coffee! The food can be meh. The service was super fast. The ambience is clean, fresh and inviting.
Came here on a Sunday at noon and joined the waitlist. It said 50 people were before me but no wait time. I walked around the shopping area and got a call about 20 minutes later saying our table was ready! We got seated upstairs in a beautiful area and scanned the QR code to order and pay. We had to get our own water downstairs. The soufflé pancakes were delicious! They weren't the jiggly type but still very soft and sweet. The shrimp noodles were good and somewhat spicy. Overall the food was pretty good but it was not mind blowing. I think going once was enough for the experience
We came back around noon on a Sunday since I had such a great first visit. Still packed but managed to snag seating indoors this time. The interior was so crowded that we got a different vibe this time. The space feels more like a coffee shop than a true brunch spot. Decor is nice, but seating is tight and most tables are small, so not the most comfortable if you're actually trying to eat a full meal. Service is where things fell off for me this time. I noticed there's an added 10% gratuity built into the menu, even though it's a QR code order-and-pay setup with minimal service. You seat yourself, order on your phone, they run the food out, and that's about it. No water unless you ask, and even then it's basic. The forced gratuity didn't sit right given the level of service. Food was a mixed bag. The strawberry tiramisu was way too sweet -- more like a cream cake loaded with jam than an actual tiramisu. The croissant turkey ham, egg, and cheese sandwich was messy but really good. The shrimp creamy gochujang pasta was just okay -- super spicy and pretty heavy. Pro tip: don't double tip since gratuity is already included. Also, if you're planning to eat a full meal, be prepared to wait for a proper table -- most seating is better suited for coffee and light bites.
I had a great experience! The food was delicious and fresh, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Very yummy! I saw Escape360 on social media and wanted to try it - did not disappoint! It was super busy when I arrived, but they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Everything tasted great, and service was also super friendly. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Texas!
Super cute cafe! Be warned that weekends are BUSY! We stopped in and the cafe was super cute and inviting. We got on the list and had about a 30 minute wait. We were seated and ordered from the QR code on the table. The Basque Cheesecake came out first and was amazing! Great favor and texture! Next were the Mango Soufflé Pancakes which were delicious all by themselves but also had a great sticky rice and ice cream which put them over the top. We finished with a Matcha Affogato. It was very well prepared and tasty with good quality Matcha. Great experience overall and we would definitely come back!
Escape 360 is the perfect place to visit if you are looking for a comfortable spot to have coffee, brunch, or lunch, either solo or with a friend. The interior, with its modern organic decor, is warm and inviting and makes you want to slow down, relax, and enjoy a nice meal. The staff are just as welcoming as the environment. Each time I visit, I am warmly greeted by a staff member who assists me in finding the right seating arrangement for my group. If anyone has questions, the staff promptly answers and offers menu suggestions. Orders can be placed directly from the table using a QR code, and once items are ready, they are delivered directly to the table. On to the drinks: every drink I have ordered has been elegantly served in a well-chosen glass. A few of my favorites are the strawberry matcha latte, mango matcha, blue passion, yuzu lemon soda, and the ube milk tea. The strawberry matcha is gentle and slightly tart, blending into creaminess rather than bitterness. The matcha has a mild earthiness that keeps it from tasting like a milkshake. My only complaint is that, served as is, it is still a bit too sweet. I usually opt for the less-sweet version, which I find more balanced. The mango matcha is like the sweeter, less tart cousin of the strawberry matcha. It is bright and layered, with the mango coming through first as a juicy, tropical sweetness, followed by the slightly bitter depth of matcha. The finish is clean, with the matcha lingering longer than the fruit. It tastes balanced rather than dessert-like. The blue passion is a crisp, fizzy drink that works especially well in the summer. The yuzu lemon soda is equally refreshing, with the yuzu adding a level of complexity not found in a standard lemonade. The ube milk tea is smooth, creamy, and subtly nutty. The ube brings a gentle, vanilla-like sweetness with an earthy undertone, while the tea adds depth without a strong, tannin-heavy bite. It is comforting and rich, making it an ideal drink after a good meal. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to try many of their savory dishes, aside from the Southern-style roti curry, which I found a bit watery and underwhelming. The desserts, however, were very good. My husband loves soufflés and especially enjoyed the Biscoff and crème soufflé. It is rich and indulgent, with the sweetness of Biscoff and crème layered between soft, pillowy soufflés. I chose different cakes on different visits, and each had its own flair. They are served on plates and wrapped in plastic for easy separation. The Dubai chocolate cake is my favorite of the bunch. It is dense, dark, and unapologetically rich. The chocolate flavor is mild--not overly deep or bitter, but more bittersweet. The crumb is moist with a luxurious mouthfeel, which made me want to savor it slowly. The carrot cake and red velvet cake are also solid choices; both are moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Overall, my experience with Escape 360 has been a positive one. I look forward to returning and trying some of their new and seasonal drinks.
Loved my experience at escape360 on busy Super Bowl Sunday. We were told there was a wait but it was under ten min-score! Minus one star because they seated 3 people for brunch at a small coffee table. We were moving around our plates to make room and hunched over while eating. I loved the pancakes so delicious! The chai and pistachio latte did not disappoint. My friends ordered the chicken curry- so delicious! Will def be returning with my husband.
FOOD I ordered the Mango Souffle - I wasn't super wow'd by it, but it was a nice meal and a good sweet treat. It wasn't too sweet which I liked and had a nice fluff to it. I loved the presentation. The Malay Curry was a great dish, it came with fresh roti, an egg, and grilled chicken (filling)! I also got an iced salted matcha. Again, it wasn't incredible, but the presentation did it again for me. I wish it tasted slightly more "matcha-y". Overall, the food was good but not exceptional. I mainly came for the ambience of this cafe. :) AMBIENCE/SERVICE As you can tell from the photos, this place is BEAUTIFUL! From the bathroom to the coffee bar, the aesthetics are perfection (that's mainly why I was drawn here)! It was full even on a Monday afternoon but we only waited about 5-10 minutes. The servers were all friendly and it was nice to order on our own time through the QR code. I'd recommend this place for the vibes & hope I can try other dishes next time!
Great drinks and service, and the ambiance is unbeatable! We stopped in to just grab a drink and go but were offered a table very generously, however there are self- order kiosks and you can order directly to your table through a QR code if you'd like. We got the iced strawberry mocha latte and the Nutella s'mores latte, and both were absolutely amazing. Prices are a little steep here, it's usually 7-8 per drink depending on what you get, but as a little reward or treat, it's a really lovely spot to feel like you've entered a different world.
Such a great atmosphere truly lovely small but same time enough space that it doesn't feel crowded. It was our first time and the service was very professional. Many areas to sit and choose from. The dessert was light and fluffy interesting dessert. Overall we enjoyed our visit and will come back and try their drinks. I so enjoyed my time with the hubs.
Wow! This is such a unique and stunning coffee shop! Immediately when we walked in I was blown away by the interior design and aesthetic of the place. We were greeted and seated immediately. You order through a QR code and pay through your phone which ended up being a plus simply because once we were done we could just leave, there was no waiting on a check! They have soooo many choices for coffee and matcha it was hard to choose. I went with the pistachio matcha and I can honestly say it was one of the BEST matchas I've ever had. Same goes for the latte. We were so impressed we almost ordered another round to go but decided we would just make a trip back. There's a disclaimer when ordering the soufflé that it takes between 20-40 min. Ours took right around 25. I don't think I'm a big soufflé person, but I can acknowledge they were very yummy! Not to mention the presentations of all food and drink alone were stunning. I will say it's pricey, the matcha alone was over $10, but at least you know you're getting quality in return for what you spend! read more
What a beautiful place! We went here to study in the afternoon on a weekday and it was not too busy. They also have 1 conference room you can rent out if it is avaliable. You order with a QR code and they can deliver your food/drinks to your table. Food and drinks were delicious! Warning, it is a little pricier if you want to treat yourself out but did not disappoint ! Service was amazing too. read more

The lattes are served in cute and flavorful cups that make the experience feel elevated. The space is efficient and inviting, with lots of seating and a streamlined digital ordering system--scan, pay, and relax. There's even an enclosed room perfect for group gatherings or meetings, and plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Prices are on the higher side--expect to pay $9+ for a beverage--but the quality and vibe justify the splurge. My only disappointment: limited plant-based food options. This is a very cute cafe to hang out with friends. Staff will come to your table to take orders and bring food. I ordered the Blue Lagoon drink and one of their specialty cakes. The drinks are visually well crafted and did not disappoint. The visuals speak for themselves. There is a nice outdoor patio area with Turf and some degree of shade for those warning to be more outdoors. Unfortunately, the day we went, there was some sort of an issue with the pipes or plumbing system in which the entire cafe reeked of a putrid scent the moment you walked in. This did have a huge impact on the senses and how we interpreted our tasting experiences. The staff apologize and it is entirely not their fault either. read more
This cafe is very aesthetic and very popular on the weekends. They have kiosks for you to order to go but otherwise you may have to wait to be seated. There is outdoor seating available too! You order on your phone with the qr code once Seated. Our drinks and food came out pretty quickly despite how busy they seemed. The pandan latte was reminiscent of a Vietnamese dessert, bánh da lợn, if you know. I did everything regular since it was my first time trying and I think it's a bit too sweet. Would've done 50% next time. Good balance of the pandan, coconut and coffee flavor though. Their pasta was surprisingly really good! Everything was seasoned well and flavorful. No notes there. Tried a sip of their ube coffee as well and it was good. Not as sweet as the pandan. Its pretty loud here so don't recommend as a study spot on weekends read more
Walking in, I was amazed by how pretty the decorations were. They had greenery coming down from the ceiling with lights and different table settings around wooden small walls separating them. We were seated quickly and were able to order off a QR code on the table. The water was also self-serve. My friend and I ordered the shrimp creamy gochujang pasta (spicy) and the thai siam mango souffle. The shrimp creamy gochujang pasta was sooo flavorful, creamy, and spicy in a rich way. The noodles and shrimp were cooked to perfection and so well-seasoned. It was spicy in a complex way rather than just being spicy from chili. I loved the spice level and the sauce was fire too. The sauce was savory and rich. I liked that we got 6 shrimp which was a nice surprise! I think the portion size was perfect too. 10/10 The mango souffle came with sticky rice and ice cream. The flavors melted together so well. We ordered both items at the same time but I like that they brought out the mango souffle after we finished eating the entree so that it was fresh. The pancakes and sticky rice were so warm. The pancakes were soft and the mango added the perfect sweetness. The ice cream's coldness paired so well with the warmth of the sticky rice too. 10/10 read more
This is such a great cafe & brunch spot! We were visiting Dallas for a few days and saw this on a list of recommended halal options. I wish we lived here so we could return right away. When we stepped inside we were blown away by the beautiful, woodsy decor. However it was pretty crowded for a weekday morning so we opted to sit outside. The QR code-based ordering is pretty straightforward, and thankfully the Wi-Fi is free. Within 20 minutes we received everything we ordered. The "Es Thai 360 Southern Style Hot (Siam Beans)" (bit of a wordy name) is like two orders in one: a complex & satisfying Thai coffee drink to start the meal, and just-sweet-enough sticky rice to finish. The Thai Coconut Curry was very nostalgic, as someone from Southeast Asia. But my highlight is probably the Shrimp Creamy Gochujang Pasta. The spicy & savory flavors are perfectly balanced with the creamy, cheesy sauce. The other items were also great - there's too many for me to go over. On paper, the prices are higher than average. However, given how everything from the food to the ambiance is (well) above average, it's worth it for dining in. I know such ambitious, innovative restaurants don't always last very long, but the owners seem experienced, so I wish Escape 360 all the best. read more
Very pricey for drinks and dessert. However, the drinks come with a nice holder and looked so pretty. No wonder this place is popping all over social media ever since they opened! I got the strawberry matcha through the kiosk since it seemed like there was a wait to grab a table. Escape 360 is worth the drive from anywhere. The pesto shrimp pasta is unbeatable! Rich, flavorful, and easily the best I've had. Pair it with the strawberry matcha latte and you've got perfection. I'll admit, I haven't explored much of the menu because I'm completely hooked on this combo. It is a bit expensive for me, but every bite reminds me why it's worth it. One note: they do add an automatic 8% service charge, so just keep that in mind. read more
Our fist time in McKinney and we wanted to find a place where we can take out our of town friends since we live in the Dallas area, and let's just say we were very impressed by the service quality, presentation, and mostly the taste of the food and drinks. We all ordered something different. I happen to love, pistachio, and Matcha. I ordered the pistachio Matcha iced. It was the best I have ever had. are other friend. Ordered the pistachio latte. Also iced someone else. Ordered the coconut latte. I believe again. Amazing presentation. Amazing. Taste. As far as food is concerned. We ordered some orders of avocado toast which comes with scrambled eggs on top, so make sure if you do not like eggs to ask for it without eggs. We ordered two pasta dishes. One was spicy and the other was not , both with shrimp again. Delicious. The outside is very nice but super breezy. But not bad a 20 min wait on a Saturday at 12pm. read more

They caught my eye on Instagram for their soufflé pancakes, but I chose a savory version instead of a sweet. I also paired it with a citrus flavored latte. My friends were visiting and came across this cafe on social media. I'm so glad we were able to try it because this is my favorite cafe for matcha! The entrees were all delicious. The soufflé was amazing!! Definitely matcha overdose but it was so fluffy and yummy. Service was great, self order but the staff comes around to check up on you. The cafe itself is so cute I love all the different types of seating area with benches, lounge chairs, bar stools, and tables. Will be back! read more
Came here for some post-dinner drinks! I got the Lychee Sparkling Drink and my friend got the Ube Milk Tea. My drink was really good, but it had an interesting texture (it tasted kind of fuzzy). Service was good, your scan a QR code and order directly from there. Ambience is nice, I really enjoyed sitting outdoors on their patio. This place gets super busy on the weekend, so they don't allow laptops of any kind Friday-Sunday. So if you're looking for a cafe to study at on the weekend, maybe try somewhere else. read more

This is a place to bring a crush for a first date type of place... or if you want big brownie points from a girl. But they are smart, by providing low chairs as to encourage ppl not to sit too long and encourage faster customer turnover Dubai choc cake - not impressive, just regular choc cake with pistachio and some crispy toppings Coconut cake - this one is More fluffy and airy with young coconut shavings. Found this amazing cafe because it's on my way to H-E-B (McKinney). They have a huge variety of foods all-day (but not 24/7). Including breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was hard to decide which drink and food to get because many looked so good! I decided to order ube latte (iced) and ube coconut souffle. I was looking at the menu on their website and noticed that they only start serving souffles at 10 AM. Glad I checked! After getting seated at the cafe (looked busy on the Friday late morning I went), I was instructed to see the menu via the QR code on the table and order & pay from my phone. I liked the concept of not having to wait for the waiter to come get my orders, but I found it quite a hassle having to enter all my credit card info on my phone to place the order. Maybe provide an alternative to use a button to notify the waiter when we are ready to order. I enjoyed both ube latte and ube coconut souffle. They looked so pretty. The latte was rich and flavorful. The souffle was fresh and fluffy, and they went well with the ube sauce and coconut. The prices though were on the higher end, however it's good quality for the price so it's reasonable. Their guest wifi was working. No passcode required. Their bathroom was clean and pretty. I had a great time studying at this cafe while having a good brunch. I'd want to revisit this place and try their lunch and dinner! I think this is a good place for family/friends gatherings and dates. It looks elegant and nicely decorated inside. They also have a small conference room across from my table. read more

This is such a cute place and we came for brunch which was quite busy. There is a bit of a wait time especially during busy hours. The ambiance was super cute and aesthetic. You use the QR code to order which is convenient but can be challenging if there are any modifications or questions on any of the items. We tried two different fruit drinks and the matcha affogato. Each drink was very beautiful and tasty. The matcha affogato was like an incredible matcha dessert. Each of the dishes were very tasty and presented very well. Overall a great experience! read more
great ambiance, relaxing even with hustle bustle of activity noise, nice lounge foreign music sounds, comfortable seating and beautiful interiors. Service is friendly and prompt, there when needed. drinks are top notch from the matcha latte with foamy saltiness to the iced chai latte with soy - one of the better ones closer to how it's meant to be made with strong, smooth flavors (this is NOT the syrupy watered down sugary one Starbucks has sold us on). the pasta? was skeptical at first but then the taste hit me with the gochajung and i woke up - spicy and so good, thought it was a wine sauce of sorts. the pesto had a big lime slice and i thought it was for decoration- turned out to be essential to the dish; kept it tasting creamy and lively instead of drifting into boredom. the chicken grill definitely nothing to rave about but the pasta and the sauces are definitely the stars in these dishes! the ratio of pasta to protein was perfection and it he sauces generous in portion so every bite was protein pasta and sauce. get the appeal of this place now and it is well founded. highly recommend! read more

Escape 360 is a modern, trendy cafe with a large variety of teas and coffees. Everything is very photo-worthy and carefully curated, from the outdoor patio space with woven seats to the bags of artisan coffee beans and tea available for sale. They also have pastries food available, but we didn't opt to order here. Everything is on the pricier side. You order through a kiosk at the front or a QR code available on every table, and your order is brought to you. It's a nice place to sit and chat with friends or multitask while nursing a latte if it's not too crowded. The tables are all quite near each other and it starts to get loud when the seats are all full. They also have an outdoor, open patio area that offers a nice alternative when the indoor seating is crowded. The drinks are mostly upwards of 9+ dollars, and not all of them are worth the price. Make sure to consider the flavoring and effort put into the drink when ordering. If a syrup is the likely flavoring, there's a chance it will be overly sweet. You might be paying more for the presentation and the novelty than the drink itself. That said, the Asian-inspired drinks and variety are nice. Our group ordered a variety: - lemongrass tea, which was very strong and not too sweet; - dalgona coffee, which was made of regular coffee with a dalgona candy garnish. nothing particularly distinctive or standout. this one may have been included on the menu for the hype; - pandan coconut latte, which was very fragrant. There was a good amount to the drink, with pandan pudding, coffee, and coconut coming through until the very last sip. This one was worth it! - biscoff latte, where the biscoff was not very strong and quite underwhelming. We've since been back and have tried a few more drinks: - black sesame latte, hot, not a very strong coffee flavor, but came with a small, buttery cookie on the side which was a nice addition. - matcha lemonade, decent matcha/lemonade ratio and sweetness. - ube latte, standard ube flavoring with milk. not a very strong coffee flavor either. Despite not hitting all the marks (execution and price), this is a nice place that is still worth a visit at least once. Just consider your drink order carefully for maximum enjoyment :) read more

Went to escape 360 for lunch with a girlfriend. She had been there for breakfast and loved it, but never lunch. I couldn't resist taking her up on the offer to go there, even though it was out of my way based upon what I saw online. It's in an assuming strip mall and is beautifully decorated inside. It's sitdown service, which I wasn't expecting for a coffee shop. You have to order it through the app at your table and they bring it to you. I just learned that my new stylist is just across the street, so I will be visiting again very soon. read more

I travel to Thailand quite often and the best thing is their cafe culture. This place gives off Thailand vibes even though it's huge inside and a bit noisy unlike cafes in Thailand. Coffee was good but prices are way too high. I love a good presentation! read more

Love this place. It is a cute and they have delicious fluffy pancakes and drinks. The mango pancakes are unique with a side of sticky rice and mango. The tiramisu is another hit. I can skip the creme brûlée pancakes I cause I'd rather have the tiramisu or mango. Their savory dishes are hit or miss but the spicy Thai shrimp noodles are yummy. The non-spicy shrimp noodles is a missed for me. It has a good kick with Tom yum flavor. The drinks are a little too sweet but I can add more water and create more drink with it. Yes it's pricey but so worth it for the coffee, vibes and food. I appreciate when coffee shops can answer questions about the source of their beans, if it's a wash/natural and notes. The soufflés are popular, we saw several tables order them. However, we were in the mood for something savory! The spinach and eggs was delicious! The spinach is crisp and serves as a crust with 3 eggs on top, and comes with a delicious roti. My friend got the spinach and mushroom crepes with eggs with pesto sauce! Went for lunch today and the cafe was very busy. You order through a QR code on the table, or there is a stand where you can order food to go. We ordered Korean shrimp and the mango soufflé dessert. This place is cute even if you just go for coffee or boba drinks. I would recommend visiting after the lunch rush so it's not so busy. read more

I accidentally ordered the hot pistachio matcha latte, but it was actually really good. Very creamy and nutty! The gochujang pasta and mango soufflé was delicious as well. Ordering was super simple, you just scan a QR code and it's linked to your table so the service was pretty seamless! The inside is also super cute and chill. read more

It was our first time in McKinney and I wanted some coffee before driving back down to Dallas. I heard about this place via Facebook and man, did it hit above my expectations! The store was crowded with several people drinking and eating soufflé pancake. It seems to be a narrow and long shop with an outdoor patio. Very nice decoration and a private room for a group. We waited a while to get a seating and our server helped us to our table. We had our drinks first since the soufflé was going to take some time. The drinks were very stylish to look and were great to taste. But the star, our soufflé, was worth the wait! It taste almost the same as the ones I had in Japan, but less sweet! Overall, I would love to come back again if their location wasn't too far from me! read more
This place is so cute on the inside. The servers are very kind. The mango soufflé was interesting and had sticky rice. I would get it again. The drinks are weird in a good way. Seems pretty customizable if you don't like overly sweet drinks. read more
Grabbed a quick bite here yesterday late morning and the place was pretty full. Relaxed vibes and pretty decor make this an ideal hangout spot. I let the check in person know it was my first time there, but I wasn't given any intro to their service model. Service is little odd because I had to keep walking up to front to order since their app was glitching for payment. Every time you order there's a service charge (8%) on top of tax and tip. My egg and cheese croissant was average but I think this place is known for their desserts and drinks, so I'll have to try those. I wish management will train their service staff to help people order when their app/wifi are struggling. read more
