Kids Mac n cheese: my other daughter liked this. Comes with a beverage. Crispy Brussels sprouts: 5/5 this was very tasty and crispy. Double smash burgers: 4/5 the patty could have used more flavor. Great service and solid options for an American lunch. There are a host of burgers and sandwiches as well as salads and appetizers available. I went with a classic burger but swapped my fries for a salad. I was expecting a smaller side salad, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that my salad contained green beans, broccolini, and fresh herbs, along with a delightful vinaigrette dressing. I happily came away with a full box of leftovers. This location is great - it's in Santa Clara square with a host of parking options as well as spacious outdoor seating. It consisted of: American Swiss, red onions, butter lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, special sauce, and buttery brioche bun. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. All burgers are served carrot-fed angus beef. I ordered Honey-Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries as my side and it was perfection. Crispy all around with every bite yet soft on the inside. Yum! *Cowboy; my SO ordered this burger medium-well. It consisted of: shoestring onion rings, bacon, cheddar, and beer barbecue sauce. Per my SO, "the ratio on the bbq sauce to burger was spot on." I have to agree! It wasn't overwhelmingly dressed with the sauce but just enough to complement the burger. This burger was also delicious. Side order of regular fries and no complaints there. *Watermelon Hibiscus Spicy Agua Fresca; this drink was refreshing! I tasted more watermelon notes than hibiscus. 4.5 stars! The most important part of my review to know: the happy hour is worth it and you can't miss out on the mac 'n cheese balls! This was my first visit to Eureka and I'll definitely be back for more. My initial visit left a really great impression, from the stellar service to the tasty food (added with an extra bonus for having a happy hour and TV screens for game days). I ordered the Eureka Burger and had some mac n cheese balls and their spinach and artichoke dip to share. The burger was a classic and I really don't have anything bad to say about it - it was a perfect medium rare! You could also upgrade your regular fries to truffle fries which I would highly recommend. The mac n cheese balls were aaaamazing! I'm still thinking about them to this day. They were perfectly battered and fried and the sauce it comes with is so good too. The spinach and artichoke dip, although tasty, is definitely skippable but if it's a dish you really enjoy I'd recommend getting it nonetheless! You would be hard-pressed to find a more upper-crust burger restaurant in the South Bay than Eureka!. Do I want to have exclusively Santa Carota carrot-fed beef in my burgers? Who knows, but here that's exactly what you're getting. Being the wannabe gourmand that I am, of course I had to try out the most decadent-sounding burger on their already fancy menu so I went with the 28 Day Dry-Aged Bone Marrow burger. The bone marrow shiitake butter sounded incredible, but unfortunately I found that the delicate flavor was almost entirely drowned out by the other toppings, the strongest of which was the horseradish mustard aioli. Additionally, while the burger was cooked medium-rare to perfection, I found it to be a little lacking in tenderness and it tasted more well-done than it actually was. Just based on the burger alone, my experience was probably a 3/5, but what absolutely saved the meal for me was the Mac N' Cheese Balls. These things are just perfection. Amazingly cheesy with just a hint of spice from the Fresno chiles, the Mac N' Cheese itself was complimented perfectly by a wonderfully thin and crunchy outer coating of batter. I've had a number of other Mac N' Cheese balls where the batter was too thick and left little room for the Mac N' Cheese inside. These had none of those issues, and came with an amazing housemade ranch. Truly a five star appetizer or side. read more

Finally got to stop by this location. I think Eureka is a great addition to the shopping center and SC community. I got the wings with the Orange glaze and BBQ dry rub and they're really good! The orange glaze was definitely the winner! It's kind of like an orange chicken sauce with a tad bit more sweetness to it. The truffle fries here are the best I've had. Thus, this is an ideal spot to drink or eat before heading over there to dance. PARKING is street parking or in the lot behind the street that is free. My first visit to Eureka w/ the family. We had reservations for 11am when the restaurant opened on Easter. We were the first ones there and the staff took great care of our party of 8. I tried the aged bone marrow burger and it was bomb! Cooked perfectly w/ the extra crispy fries I requested. The truffle fries, Brussels sprouts, and artichoke dip were great starters as well as the tequila on ice that ordered. The restaurant is hip, upscale modern decor w/ classic American food. Decent beer options (there could be more local ones). There is only one vegetarian burger on the menu- there could be definitely more. Veggie beet burger- it's crispy & delicious. No complaints. Sweet potato fries are my favorite, they are outstanding. Honey glazed Brussels sprouts is quite great too. Truffle mushroom that is listed on the menu isn't available anymore, atleast the last couple visits. Modern, sit-down restaurant known for serving burgers and brews. My coworkers and I came in as a large group for lunch and I was so glad they were able to accommodate us. I called the restaurant beforehand to make a reservation since their website's reservation system stated they weren't able to take parties larger than 6 guests. The staff member over the phone easily made that happen and I got an automated text confirming it. Upon arrival, our table was ready and our server was already setting out waters. After our orders were taken, it did take close to 40 minutes for all our food to arrive, but it was during lunch on a weekday and they nearly had a full house. I ordered the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich which was mildly spicy and nicely seasoned. It had a slight tang to it but also had that hearty, deep fried batter which paired great with the coleslaw and sour pickles inside it. It also comes on a brioche bun which is the best buttery vehicle for a chicken sandwich like this! I also upgraded my side to their famed mac & cheese balls, but I I'd personally prefer the fries next time. These have a light, crispy crust that makes them so satisfying to bite. It's made with pimiento cheese which gives it a slight peppery taste. This $3 upgraded side comes with three balls. From their drink menu, I tried the Pink Lady hard cider, which was super refreshing and an easy choice for all my cider fans out there. They also have a nice small bar with a selection of beers on tap and "hoppy" hour from 3pm-5pm Monday through Friday. read more

One of my favorite places for happy hour! I love to sit by the bars for a glass of whiskey. The appetizers are mediocre but everything goes well with alcohol. My favorite is the broccolini and the ahi poke stack-- although I always replace the black rice with lettuce. The burgers are okay, but I love how you can customize the burgers. My favorite is the bison burger since the meat is super rich and thick. There's always a lot of people at the bar, and I love how all the bartenders are all super nice! I arrived Sunday around noon, there was no wait and it wasn't too busy. When I lived in the area, I used to visit this location a lot! It's located in the Santa Clara marketplace with lots of other restaurants. During happy hour (3-6PM on weekdays), it tends to get pretty busy and it can be difficult to find parking. It appears to be a popular place for people to visit with their coworkers. I like Eureka because their food is great and tends to be consistent. Some of my favorite things to order here are the Napa chicken sandwich and the American burger. Their burgers always hit, they're juicy and delicious. I also love ordering their mac n' cheese balls, which contain Fresno chiles. They're not that spicy and they're some of my favorite mac n' cheese balls! From my experience, the servers have been friendly, so that's always a plus. Today, I ordered the bison burger which contains a Fresno chile, mozzarella, bacon-jalapeno jam, and caramelized onions. I love spicy food so this is one of my go-to items! The patty was tender and the different components work well together to produce a sweet-spicy taste! Depending on how many seeds the chile has, it can get pretty hot. I don't mind at all, but some people might (so it's something to keep in mind). My partner and I also ordered the "Hooked on Chocolate" which is a soft chocolatey cake topped with bourbon whipped cream and comes with chocolate sauce on the side. I've never ordered it at this location, but I've ordered it at their other locations so I was surprised that the bourbon whipped cream at this location tasted too much like alcohol. I had just ordered this exact cake from a different Eureka location about a week ago and the bourbon in the whipped cream was not that noticeable. At this location, it's VERY noticeable. I'm not sure if the different locations prepare the whipped cream differently or if they accidentally dumped way too much bourbon in the whipped cream I had today. Either way, it was not a big deal. I just scooped the whipped cream off to the side and enjoyed the rest of the cake. Next time I order it at this location, I'd probably ask them to omit the whipped cream. Overall, we still enjoyed the other meals we ordered and had a pleasant experience here. read more

Solid burger and bar spot, I finally found the chance to make it here despite living 10 mins away from either this or the Cupertino location for years Lavender tea to start things out, it's not sweet like I expected and a unique flavor for tea but does well to resemble the kick you'd get from a cocktail, not my usual drink I'd get, usually preferring something sweeter but it was still a good drink that I enjoyed. Got the cowboy burger and truffle fries, the truffle fries have a perfect balance of seasoning and umami flavor... and then there's the cheese dip for a good truffle cheese blend and the cherry on top (save any extra if you're getting a burger for the fries that come with it!) Cowboy burger just has a good balance of a juicy patty, a lot of but not too oily bacon to go with it, great barbecue sauce, buttered brioche bread, and onion rings and cheddar all going together to make a great artisan burger. All in all I wish I had come earlier, but definitely look forward to the next time I come here for burgers (and maybe I'll have room for dessert)! read more

We had prior reservations; and there were plenty of open tables inside but we were seated outside without even being asked if it was okay. It was a very cold night and we were told that the heaters ONLY at our table were broken! When we were ready to order, some of us had a few questions about the menu but our server, Ashley, was rude and seemed very uninterested and would respond with only one word answers. After bringing our food, she never returned to check if we needed anything. Ashley only returned to give us our check--she dropped it on the table, mumbled something we couldn't even hear, and left very quickly! She never even came back to collect the bill, so we had to go inside only to find her just looking around and talking to a coworker. On top of that, our gratuity was not included on the bill but we were charged 2 days later WITHOUT the knowledge of how much it would even be!!!! While we were walking out, we heard Ashley talking rudely about our table to her coworker, which we don't understand why she would even say that because my family and I caused no disturbances at all!
