Came back with a large group for a Friday night dinner. We got seating on the patio which was nice as one of my friends brought her dog. I ordered the ahi tuna salad and it was quite delicious. Good sized portion and the tuna was fresh. Our waters were kept full with good service. I will add that parking here on a Friday night is such a pain. Definitely give yourself time to find a spot. There was a lot of open tables inside and outside but most of them were dirty. The host took forever to seat us even though there were clean tables available. Cocktail: The Headhunter King - $15 - This drink is fun because of the glass and the garnish, but it tastes good too. It'll give you a nice little buzz depending on your tolerance. The dehydrated garnishes were also delicious. Don't let them go to waste. Russian River Brewing Company - $7.50 Starter: Ahi Poke Stack - $18 - We should have read the description better. We wouldn't order this again. The rice isn't giving it the crunch factor it needs. Burgers: Fresno Fig - $17 - This burger is absolutely delicious. I 100% recommend it. Found this place on Yelp and it was nearby where we were staying and open late for a weekday. Located in a nice plaza area with a bunch of shops and other restaurants. Definitely plan to visit during the day. The ambiance is nice and had a chill vibe almost like you're in a different state which was nice to get away at the beginning of the week. I've always passed by the location in Cupertino Square and told myself I'd try it one day. While strolling around Santa Clara, I noticed that they just opened a Eureka about a month ago! It was the perfect time for me to finally try it. I ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich and my fiancé ordered the "Eureka! American". The spicy fried chicken sandwich looked dry at first, but the first bite told me otherwise. It was so juicy and the perfect amount of spice! Soooo good. As for my fiancé's "Eureka! American" burger, it has all the fixings of a regular burger such as cheese, grilled onion, butter lettuce, tomatoes, house pickles, and special sauce; however, it tasted phenomenal! It was sooo juicy and satisfying as well. My fiancé wants to go back already. Both of our items came with signature fries and they were the fried perfectly. Just the right amount of crisp and golden. I'll be back to try the 28 day dry-aged bone marrow burger! PS: this location has "hoppy hour" Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm! They also have $6 bloody Mary's and mimosas all weekend long! Parking can be a pain, a lot of cars cuz there's a lot of different restaurants and shops. Came in, not super loud. The decor was cute. We didn't want to wait for seating and saw that there was two open spots at the bar so we decided to sit there. They also have 4 seats outside for the bar area along with plenty of outdoor seating. Our bartender/waitress was Malia. She was super friendly and helpful. She was cheery and talked a couple of times. Loved how the bar had hooks to hand your bags/purses along with outlets if you need a charge. To drink i ordered this cider that was tasty. My Shia and ordered two different beers. The time we went was if you order that certain beer you would get the cup as a souvenir. Score! For food: Appetizer- ordered the wings. Half orange Chile glaze(super tasty really liked it) and smoked dry rub(this one was kinda spicy but i enjoyed it) *glad that Malia recommended these flavors cuz they hit the spot. We ordered: - bone marrow burger - bison burger - ahi salad - salmon Caesar salad - truffle cheese fries - Brussel sprouts - bourbon barrel cake (dessert) Overall, the food were all great and service was great. I really liked the ahi salad, it tasted like an ahi poke bowl. We liked the outside area, there were glass panels to keep the wind speed down but allowed for a 180 degree view. The menu has been abbreviated from the other Eureka we had been to in Mtn. View which was fine. It had something to do about COVID. The drink menu was not abbreviated at all and I liked that the numerous beer selections were categorized by type. I typically have to wade through all of the IPA's to find the lone Pilsner or blonde. We got the American cheeseburger and the Cowboy burger. Both were cooked correctly and were delicious and not greasy. The fries were better than most and the ketchup was different like it had a dash of cinnamon, it was good. We are NEVER disappointed by the food here (and we go a few times a month). I admire the fact that they don't have an endless menu, but everything on the menu is fantastic. They use a unique beef, so the burgers are great, but the chicken sandwiches leave nothing to be desired. When they do add to the menu we know it will be just as good as everything else. Latest point of fact is the Braised Short Rib. It is so tender and the sauce is phenomenal. Drinks are also a success every time - no cheap house rot-gut house alcohol here - everything is made with top notch brands so flavors and unique Eureka mixes are fantastic. I was immediately greeted with warm smiles as soon as I walked in. They also have an outdoor patio. They have a pretty good selection of food items and drinks to choose from. The food was so delicious! What we ordered: mac n cheese balls, jalapeño egg burger with sweet potato fries, and spicy fried chicken sandwich. I was blown away at how good the fried chicken sandwich was! Very crispy chicken and seasoned well. Highly recommend! My burger was cooked to my liking of medium. We were in the area attending a theater performance & saw this place on yelp and decided to give it a try because of the great reviews. Upon entering, the restaurant itself is beautiful, very well, decorated upscale, and refreshing. I loved the bar area and open windows to the outside seating. It's a very nice touch. The succulents hanging from the outside area were gorgeous. Like I said the decor and the ambience was top-notch. We were seated at a hightop table in the outside seating area. Our tables and chairs were crazy wobbly. The thing is there is uneven brick on the bottom, so we did understand but it was like a lot of movement.We were able to adjust our chairs so it wasn't uncomfortable. However, the table was so wobbly it was spilling our drinks left and right , literally every time we moved...our server who was named Malia(I will continue on her service in a minute) stated she would bring some cardboard for the table. However, she was long gone. our server, Malia was nice, but I do feel her service was a little different to us. We ordered our drinks and when Hubby ordered his she stated " I'll start you off with 2 ounces " we kind of looked at each other because he just ordered a double neat so we really weren't understanding what she meant it kind of felt like she was insinuating that maybe we seemed like we had already had too much to drink which wasn't the case at all because we hadn't drank at all or insinuating that we would be a problem if served that? I really wished I could've enjoyed it with the pickles but because I have an allergy to cucumbers they were very lightly pickled in house and I could not have them, but the Hubby said they were pretty good.. the truffle french fries were not really truffle more like garlic Parmesan. I mean they were still good just not what we were expecting.... Or paid for. As soon as we got the food we needed more ketchup . We waited about a good five minutes before My Hubby had to get up and track someone down, the thing is where I was sitting I could see the back end where they were prepping the food and I could see our server back there, chilling talking, and it really annoyed me that she never came back for the wobbly table. We had to track her down for condiments and we felt very rushed out, also, we were never checked on in between see if we'd like more drinks until the very end basically We didn't see her again until about the time to ask for a box for leftovers. I came here on my birthday on November 22nd 2022 and I'm glad I chose this place. Their menu is much different then any other place I've been too, they have different types of burgers that I've never seen before so I'd say this place is very unique. I had the cowboy burger with mac and cheese balls and a soda (when you order a burger, always pair it with soda). And dang, that was not only different for me but super good.
