Tried one of their bowls - the ingredients was pretty much already decided. I just probably added some sauces. Kind of got what I ordered. Decent quick good - definitely healthier than other places around.

Worst evergreens ever who don't even know how to prepare a basic to go order. Don't ever order from their app for take away. Attached a photo of the order I placed - a custom version of the sombrero. They forgot to add the avocado, tortilla chip, Beechers cheese and so many other key ingredients. Height of incompetence. Would recommend ordering in store instead of take away because they clearly don't give a damn about take away orders and can cheat you. Never coming back here.

Was basically trucking around Seattle in a Lime scooter when just after spotting a troll underneath the bridge I spotted this place. I was a little concerned about the value to price point but the salad itself was loaded with quality ingredients (e.g., cheese, nuts) that justified the price. Staff was super friendly too!

Solid food, long-ish lines--nice thing for a work lunch but won't blow you away. This is an Evergreens like all the others. The food is fresh, which I greatly appreciate. They also have fresh-brewed iced tea now, and it's unsweetened, which is perfect. I do like that they offer seasonal salads to give me some ideas for flavor profile.

Is this place like the Subway of Salads where ingredients are in separate bins and then built into one concoction? Yes it is, but for insta-salads it's pretty tasty. The ingredients are fresh! So much so, that I saved half a regular salad and it was still crunchy and flavorful the next day. I like their unique menu items like pickled green beans and marinated mushrooms plus the freedom to switch out ingredients at no charge. I'd gladly try it again.

Raw Meat on the Cobb Your Enthusiasm

I ordered the Cobb Your Enthusiasm the other day and it came with about half of the amount of salad as a regular one. My boyfriend and I both ordered salads (his was fine) but it looked like mine was made with no regard for quality or safety. The salad came with g Bacon but they put RAW PORK on my salad and actually sent that to me. I was so disgusted. This location is wild.

OMG, these were some of the best sandwiches we've had. I had the mean sandwich and my partner had the steak tartare. Their homemade mustard on the mean made the sandwich. The sandwiches are substantial on their own but the bag of fried potatoes make this a filling meal. First time here and we'll definitely be back. Thanks!

There's actually a hidden backyard seating area that's dog friendly. Owner was super friendly and went around asking about everyone's experiences. The Mean: Corned beef was not the most tender (I'm still partial to Dingfelder's), but it's well seasoned. Mint with mustard is a combination I never would have guessed would work, but the sharpness complemented each other nicely. Red cabbage had a nice tang and the soft bun for the contrast of texture. The Steak Tartare Club: Steak tartare surprisingly mild, almost feels more like a BLT with a background of slight beefy squishy texture (but in a good way!). The yuzu kosho was not too spicy and the rye bread toasted to a crisp added a good bit of crunch and almost nutty flavor. Will be back for the Hama Hama Oyster Po'Boy.

I would recommend getting a reservation, as the dining room is very small and intimate. Inside the dining room are a few small tables and a bar that can seat 4-5 people. The Beastro is an open-kitchen layout, and you can see the cooks work on each dish before it comes out. The menu is well-composed, with thoughtful appetizers that get you excited for the main courses. For main courses, my group got the London royale and porterhouse steaks. The London royale was delicious, it's served rare atop a delicious sauce with crisped baguette slices. The meat really melts in your mouth. The porterhouse was also very good, and they were able to cook both the filet & strip to perfection. If you're able to get a reservation the Beastro is a great place to celebrate a special occasion or go on a date night. The vibe is super intimate so the setting won't be loud or distracting.

The sandwiches are just so good...yes, I have confidence the rest of the menu is as well, but I can't help myself. Big, flavorful, packed sandwiches. I want one just thinking about them. A small, cutesy establishment with plenty of pink decor, it is a quintessential neighborhood spot where both the food and customer service shine bright. The ordering process starts with a LCD screen in which folks can place their orders without the needles of consulting with anyone. Once an order is placed, find a seat, grab your own utensils, and serve your own drinks. The pink cups are a nice touch, as is the floral decor, the clean bathrooms, and the casual atmosphere. Seating is limited and there are also outdoor seating options as well. My group and I ordered chicken wings, pad see you, garlic noodles, green curry with purple multi grain rice, gyoza, a basil pork belly, and a bamee moo toon. I would have ordered sandwiches since that's part of their specialty but we needed dishes that were shareable and feastworthy. The green curry was rich and fragrant, which paired perfectly with the multigrain rice. There was an addictive quality about the garlic noodles, and the pork belly was as succulent as it was flavorful. The pad see you was excellent as expected, and the ba mee toon was the favorite of the table. Everything was roughly $90 before tip, and service was excellent the whole time. I appreciate the fact that they served everything on local dishware and the natural lighting from the windows made the food look incredible. Since there wasn't any dish was executed poorly, I was more than satisfied with my experience along with my dining mates. Seeing as I'm in Seattle every year, this will be another place that I will add to my existing rotation. Highly recommended.
