My garage door stopped working all of a sudden and upon inspection I noticed the spring was completely broken. Thinking it was going to be a very costly repair, I called several garage door companies and received quotes that were all over the place. I called Express Garage and spoke to a nice lady and said that the technician could come over within the hour to give me an estimate. After checking the reviews as well as the contractor license info online, I scheduled the inspection and the tech came over within the promised time. His name was Daniel and he gave me a very competitive quote and he seemed very knowledgeable and honest so I just decided to move forward with him. Within an hour he replaced the springs and made sure the door was working fine. He looked over the system and made some great recommendations as well. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMAPANY IF YOU , YOU WILL GET BURNED!! I ordered a garage door for a new house on August 8 2022. I was told by Daniel the door would take till September 26 th to get as this was a special order door. I accepted this and paid $1000.00 as a good faith deposit I was given a electronic generated invoice . As the house was not ready until December I let them know and they said no problem they had the door and everything was fine. I called for an appointment for installation I was first told the driver was on his way supposed to come at 9 am then moved to 5 pm same day , (after calling numerous times ) . I told them to come the next day as it was too late at 9 am in the morning . I get a call from Daniel at 9 am when I am waiting for the installer that the door was shipped in wrong color . I was completely taken back. He then told me it would be another 40 days to get another door in the correct color and would give me $1000 off. I asked for him to send me a copy of the shipping of the original order to prove that the door had actually been ordered, as well as a confirmation e mail of the new delivery date of the second week in January 2023 as well as the revised price. I received nothing. After calling numerous times Daniel txt me me pictures of another door . He said he could get it sooner. When I questioned that this was not the correct door I never heard anything back from him. I tried many times and left numerous messages as well as txt's for him to tell me what's going on with my door. I have yet to hear a word back from him . I found out he never cashed my initial deposit so I put a stop payment on this and I have placed the order with a reputable company, and the cost of the door is less than Daniel's price even with the discount. Daniel is liar and will say anything to try keep you happy and swing you around. I would not ever do business with this company its a joke company with Daniel the owner being the head clown! .
