I always feel like I can get work done and focus here because of how open and spacious it is. Love the view and natural light that radiates inside as well. So many tables and seating options inside and out. Bathrooms are always clean with many stalls available. Service is friendly. Great place to get caffeinated and study or catch up with friends.

Ambience is great for studying or getting some work done.

A little later, another customer came in to pick up an online order, and one of the baristas immediately started making her drinks. By that point, I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes. I eventually flagged down one of the baristas in the back, who kindly apologized for the delay and quickly prepared my order. I appreciate how friendly and helpful the barista was, but the overall pickup process was frustrating and made it seem like my online order had been overlooked. I hope the store can provide additional training to ensure online pickup orders are handled more consistently and that customers are acknowledged and kept informed while they wait.

When I went in, there was a graduation cake I wanted, but I was told they couldn't sell it because they were out of cake boxes. A huge shoutout to Erin, Ankit, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond to make it happen. The cake was still $79.99, but when you have no other options and people genuinely care to help, it is completely worth it. They wrote a graduation congratulatory message on the cake, secured it carefully with tape, found a large box to safely transport it, and even helped carry it out to my car. Most importantly, the cake was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you so much to Erin, Ankit, and the entire team for taking the extra time and effort to make this happen.
