How can you go wrong with authentic NY pizza with slices as big as your face?! The answer is YOU CAN"T lol. The customer service here is great, the staff is very friendly from the second you walk in. I also love how they seem to remember their regulars. I don't know how they do this, but it is amazing and such a nice touch! Now about the food... they make some delicious pizza here! I love their white pizza and order it often, once the chef advised me to try it with some grilled onions... and he basically changed my life! So now this is my new go-to, definitely give this combo a try. I have had various combinations of their custom pizza toppings and have yet to be disappointed. They also make salads, pastas and other Italian dishes so the fun never stops lol. Now, the most important thing... those garlic knots. These little garlicky bites of heaven and so good! Horrible Service I never had delivery my order I was waiting for 2 hours and I'm still waiting for it I mean it just ridiculous!!!!!!

I have come to learn that this place changed management and staff about a month ago. Two weeks ago, I went to pick up my food and as they were handing it to me, a manager came out from the back. He asked me if I had been there before. I told him yes. He asked me if I had ever reviewed them online. I told him yes, that I literally had just done so, since I saw their sign advertising a free order of zeppole if you reviewed them on Yelp. He informed me that he was aware of the negative reputation and was doing their best to change that. He said they had a new slate of employees, both in management and in food preparation, and that he would appreciate an updated review if I felt things had changed. I told him that if the food is as good as the new chef proclaimed to me that it would be, then I would change my review. I went home and ate my food. It was obviously prepared with much more care than is the norm for this place. It actually contained more than a few slivers of meat, for one -- something that almost never happened previously. I told myself that when I order the same thing in the future, if it comes out with the same quality and abundance of meat again, I would consider them to have changed and I will update my review accordingly. Today, I ordered that same thing again. This time, it was even better than before. It was massive and jam-packed with meat and vegetables. I keep my word: I update my review accordingly. Maybe they have changed. I always get one item, the exact same way, and I've gotten it for the few years they've been around. I do not know about any other food item's quality. Very good pizza with great prices! The fantasy fries are the best French fries I have had in South Florida!

We've tried several things at Fantasy pizza (pick up orders only so far). The pizza is delicious, but the fried appetizers (calamari and mozzarella sticks) suffered a bit from the 5 min ride home, so these might be an in restaurant only treat for us from now on. I came with my friend tonight. We had a little bit of wait when we got there since it was a rush. But, we were greeted by a wonderful server who was trying her best to serve us quickly. We got a large cheese pizza and ate it all. We were pretty hungry and it was good but it could improve since it was a bit oily and there was dried grease under the pizza. If I could give zero stars I would . Worst experience ever go somewhere else . We even had our pizza thrown to the ground because the delivery guy couldn't find our house. I had ordered a pizza to be delivered at a certain time on Valentine's Day since they have such a service, they called to deliver it an hour early and I said no since I was out of the house. This is my second time visiting this establishment in a week. I am a native New Yorker who has been disappointed by pizza establishments in South Florida, however, I think I may have stumbled across an establishment that has satisfied my New York style pizza cravings. The garlic rolls are awesome as well! They are light, airy, and topped with parmesan cheese and parsley. The wings are fried nicely, not too big and not too small. The sweet chili sauce is amazing! We live very close to this place but had put off trying the food because of average online reviews. Ordered pizza from here yesterday (Sunday, late afternoon).
