We came to visit for the first time. Very clean and welcoming. The menu had a lot of options including breakfast. The cost of items were in sync with most of its hamburger competitor. The team member that took our order was very pleasant and kind. We ordered a bacon hamburger and grill cheese. The hamburger was fresh and hot off the grill. The fries were crispy enough and lightly salted. I enjoyed the grill cheese sandwich. They grilled cheese on top of the bread to make it crusty. That was really good. It gave it another level to a grill cheese. We will be back

Incredibly fresh ingredients! The avocado was out of this world, was mashed that morning and was thick and creamy. Over easy egg was cooked to perfection as well. The burger patties could've been thicker, and the fries were under salted. Service was swift and restaurant was clean.

    3 ONION RINGS

1.) waited for a very long time before the order was brought. 2.) got home and the first item on my receipt was Not in the bag. I could see if it was busy-it wasn't -never is. 3.) burned more gas going back to get the burger. 4.) apparently my anger was amusing to them as I pointed out to her She had One job and couldn't get that right. 5.) I ordered a plain patty for my dogs- they wouldn't touch it. 6.) for (3) THREE of the LARGEST SOGGY ONION RINGS THEY CHARGE $8.99! Face it the best thing about an onion ring is the crunchy coating. That Was not possible for these things. Bigger is not always better, I don't know Whose bright idea it was to make them like that. Had I known I would've Taken them back when I had to go back for the burger! 7.) for (2) TWO BURGERS, 1/2 ORDER OF FRIES, ONE PLAIN PATTY, THREE GROSS ONION RINGS AND A 15 oz. SODA the GRAND TOTAL OF $46.06 WAS TOO MUCH. WE WONT BE BACK. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This place is a fast casual chain that operates in California. They are known for their farm-fresh food with high quality ingredients from local sources. Their staff are always friendly and do a great job with customer service. The food here is delicious! They have a variety of burgers, salads, sandwiches and sides to choose from. Would definitely recommend!

I would of given no stars except for the young man that gave me the ranch was doing a good job. The food however was just pathetic. How do you ruin a grilled ham and cheese and why did it cost me $10? This place needs a new manager and a better cook seriously. $40 and you can't even put napkins in the bag? Every other location I've been to is great but this location needs new management and a better cook period. What kind of cook puts brown clearly bad avocado on a sandwich it's disgusting bro. You're lazy and I want my money back Farmer Boys!

We were introduced to Farmer Boys in SoCal on the way to the casino and I tell you ever since then, we have been HOOKED! Found out that we have one in Lodi and we also get to pass it up before we go home. So of course we stop by there and of course we literally order a bunch of food. We initially went there for the patty melt because that's what we first had when we were in SoCal, but it wasn't in season. No big deal, burgers and fish and chips it is. When I tell you that everything here is cooked to a perfect crisp, I tell you now you will get hooked. All 3 of us had our own burgers and fries and as well as the fish and chips. We honestly LOVED our food as well as the Fish and chips. I honestly have not came across any fast food joint that cooks their fish and chips exactly how you like it and wanting more. I usually have to go to a hole in the wall to get some decent fish and chips, but Farmer Boys was perfect. Ambiance is diner like with silverware and I honestly love it like that. They also serve breakfast, but that's going to be for another time. Service is A1 from the cooks cooking your food and to those taking your orders and helping you on what you may or might not like.

I saw the big window poster advertising a 3 Egg Breakfast Burrito, so I picked one up this weekend. It cost $12.50+ with tax, so not cheap. I admittedly am a breakfast burrito snob and have yet to find one single place in Lodi, other than Avenue Grill, that makes a good one. Not Rancho San Miguel, not any of the taco trucks, not even La Campana. First thing I did when I got home was to unwrap it and cut it in half to see the ingredients inside. Much to my surprise, there was barely any egg and seem to be mostly potato. There was some bacon but even less cheese. The Heinz hot sauce that they provided was horrible. Thank God I had some Taco Bell packets in my kitchen drawer. I was highly disappointed. There is no way there was even two eggs in that burrito. I will not go back for a second, and I recommend that you don't either.

I ordered a Fried Chicken Sand n zucchini sticks, but they were more like logs too big to eat. The chicken sandwich was thin for a fillet.

Trusting in Yelp reviews, we headed to Lodi's highly rated and popular Avenue Grill. Service was wonderful. Our server (blond lady with glasses) was friendly and chipper and had a very nice demeanor. She was on top of everything. Food came out quickly too. Seemed like the rest of the customers there were local regulars, who knew one another. Cozy, family-friendly vibez. I got the chicken fried steak with crispy potatoes. Good country gravy, seasoned potatoes, and chicken fried steak was delicious. Big portion, enough for leftovers. My husband got the steak & eggs. The steak was a little too dry and under seasoned to my husband's liking. He always orders medium-well, but it was more well. I did agree that it didn't have much flavor. But I had it the next day for leftovers and thought it was good mixed with my gravy and potatoes. So if you're looking for a good traditional breakfast diner, this is probably your spot. I don't think it was worth a drive from Sac, just because there are a lot of similar restaurants, but if you are already in the Lodi area, definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant is a bit upscale and pricey-although many restaurant prices have increased-so it is reasonable just a matter of what you order and are expecting. We did a couple appetizers for double servings. There also was a cast iron bread which I highly recommend-we didn't find it on the menu but another adjacent table had ordered it -we asked, ordered and we demolished it. I even forgot to take photos of the bread. For the main dishes the fish and chips was worth it, I didn't get any positive feedback on the ravioli that many of the people in the group had ordered. Tonight, we returned for another birthday, but the experience was nothing like before. We arrived at 6:10 PM for our 6:15 reservation. Upon entering, the hostess walked right past us with another party, without so much as a "I'll be right with you." Another employee eventually asked if we'd been helped; when we said no, she said she'd find someone. We were finally seated, and our server, Monica, was the bright spot--attentive, friendly, and kept us updated on our food. That food, however, took nearly an hour to arrive, and we watched several tables who were seated after us receive their meals first. When our dishes did come, they arrived in stages--the succotash and salmon first, then the pork chop and gnudi about seven minutes later. Worse, nearly everything was cold and overdone. Pork chop: Unevenly cooked--some parts dry and overcooked, others undercooked. The potato purée was gummy and overworked, though well-seasoned. Salmon: Overcooked and bland; I had to ask for salt and pepper just to add flavor. The corn velouté underneath was unpleasant--the corn kernels were dried out and rock-hard (I circled the pieces I had to spit out in the photo). The beans were burnt, not charred, and tasted bitter and inedible. The succotash was flavorless and had 1/2 cherry tomato poorly executed. Gnudi: The lobster was chewy and overcooked, and the dish was dry--it desperately needed a sauce and a bright note like lemon to bring it together. The only course that delivered was dessert. For the price, the quality was disappointing across the board. Needless to say, we'll be looking for a new spot for our future celebrations.
