What a cute farmhouse vibe! Totally feels like I'm out in the country! Service was quick very attentive. We went for brunch and had the classic mediterranean omelette, it came with the topping/fillings separately which was a nice change. French toast was delicious with that crisped yet softened bread. Steak and eggs were made perfectly. Gooey all over my steak, yum! Cannot wait to go back and try other items! Oh the hot coco?! SO FREAKEN TASTY!

Cute place in downtown Westwood. Lots of different options with a unique variety with breakfast and lunch items. They also have a great coffee selection. Service was a little slow but it was a Saturday so a bit busy.

The food and service was food. They have a nice selection on the menu. The frozen mint lemonade was amazing.

For whatever reason I thought of this place last night that I really liked but haven't been to in a few years so I came this morning to have a nice breakfast. It was much quieter than I remember it shortly after 11 AM on a Saturday which was good because I was ready to eat. Service was attentive and kind. I ordered a coffee, which I was thrilled to see came in a large mug and salmon eggs Benedict. Although I prefer a biscuit over an English muffin, not for this. I felt that it got too mushy and that was even with me ordering the hollandaise on the side. The home fries were very good. I have enjoyed their other breakfasts quite a bit so I'm looking forward to coming back for those.

This was a very cozy, comforting restaurant, or I should say Café eatery. Some of the items on the wall is pretty cool and it's very like I said cozy and a rustic format. The food was good. Nothing wrong with our food. It did taste fresh. It was a nice afternoon to the point that they didn't even bother us to leave which in some places if you're sitting for too long, they're already like OK. You got the check what's up? What's going on? They were very it was very laid-back and maybe at the time we went there's not so many people there Which again I tipped my hat to that place. Definitely a place to check out if you're looking for a brunch place also I would assume that if it's earlier hours highly recommended a recommendation because it does seem like that place can get busy because when we went, it was somewhat busy. Note that I have two different pictures for the eggs and it also explains what was replaced and why yes this place is pricey but also the restaurants in the same square are pricey or equally the same amount. Just know that it's worth it maybe once in a blue moon you go there I feel like it's not going to be a hit or misplaced.

Food is solid and well presented, with mostly fresh ingredients. Service is solid and professional, and the ambiance is rustic and inviting. The main issues with this location are the prices and the hours of operation. They are better during the Summer Hours, but still not enough for the full dinner rush.

Seemed like a great local place as the interior setup is great looking. We were seated quickly but the waiter seemed timid in taking our order. Nice menu and when I asked about the breakfast menu I got a flat no. The Shepard pie was really far from an Irish Shepard. The pastrami was a bit dry and stringy and way over spiced. The chicken wrap was just okay. Service was just okay. Waiter was a nice guy but not overly personable. Great idea and location but needs some work

Very nice place! Atmosphere is rustic, friendly staff, food is good, nice menu variety, prices are fair, loads of parking.

Every time I'm here they make multiple mistakes with the food. It would be ok if the food was good, but it's not.

To be fair, all she orders is the chicken salad sandwich and she has order nothing else. Today, that changed as we ordered the Apple Cranberry Crisp à la mode along with her Chicken Salad sandwich and that dessert was delicious! It wasn't too sweet and it had me thinking "what kind of apples do they use for this?" It even got reactions from everyone who dined nearby us in the restaurant. So the ambiance was very friendly as while it appeared like they were regulars, they were not because they've never seen the Apple Cranberry Crisp in person. We took our four month old infant and the place was accommodating to that as well. The decor was very traditional but very clean, like you were in the dining room of the golden age of your grandma's house (I hope that makes sense like it does for me). Anyway, I had the NJ Sloppy Joe and that was also delicious - especially with the sweet potato salad that came with it. I also had the cappuccino and the affogato because I had no coffee yet by this point of the day and I had to double down on my espresso intake lol. The Rolling Pin looks like it's been around for the past 75 years and I hope it sticks around for ever. Please give this place a try if you're nearby looking for lunch. You won't forget it!

This building has been around since 1700s and was formerly a general store and tavern. All of the menu items are freshly prepared in house using organic ingredients directly from the farm. These are a couple of the lunch menu items I explored: Homemade Hibiscus Iced Tea: This herbal beverage has a reddish color; its appearance is different from an original iced tea. The drink was very refreshing with a slightly tart taste. Farm Burger: This ounce angus patty includes lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and a secret sauce. I also added yellow American cheese for a $1 up charge. I cannot identify the ingredients of the secret sauce, hence the name. It was really tasty and I requested a small extra cup on the side for dipping. For the most part, this was a tasty burger. Next time, I will request to have the patty cooked medium well because I feel a well done burger compromises its flavor. This cafe also serves as a farmers market; they sell grocery items such as homemade honey and farm fresh eggs. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend dining in so you can take in the country atmosphere. #farmcafe #abramdemareehomesteadfarm #farmburger #hibiscusicedtea #closternj

At first I got stressed because our food was taking longer than expected and I had a doctor's appointment, so I started complaining, but when it arrived it was so fresh and well worth the wait. I realized the owner himself, a sweet man, was the one in the kitchen that prepared our meals with care and made them fresh that's why it took longer. All other diners I visit serve you mushy and dark fries and chicken but these frieds and fried chicken had a perfect light golden color and were crispy and fresh and for sure NOT cooked in oil that was not dark and rancid. My husband loved his omellete as well. Also I asked for extra tzatziki sauce and the waiter was kind enough to give me 2 extra ones without complain. If you haven't visited this diner in a while I recommend you pay them a visit. If it takes longer for your food to arrive, please do not complain, as a cook myself I know that good things (and fresh food from scratch!) comes to those who wait! If you want fast, cold and mushy food go then definitely go somewhere else!
