Unfortunately all of their tables only seat 4 people, so if you have a large party you will be split up. We had 5 people and were able to add a chair at the end of it, but it was a tight fit. The food was average. In my experience the food at the Troy location is much better. My order had the wrong burger in it, and there were no straws or silverware (which was requested). There were no refills on our fountain drinks, which was understandable as they are only $1 in the app. I am glad that we were able to take advantage of multiple offers within the app, and were able to order $1 fountain drinks, $3 fries, and $5 shakes. On Sunday you can also get a free chicken sandwich. I appreciate that you can combine all of these offers! The customer service was sparse. One woman was friendly and greeted us, and everyone else just seemed to be dissociating. Maybe it was just bad timing but it seemed like all of the employees were taking their breaks at once. By the time we were leaving the was a line at the front door, and multiple people waiting for carryout orders. In the future, I will return to the Troy location.
