Wings went to s***. I give them 4 stars because this has always been my favorite burger AND wings place to go on lunch. The food continues to be great except the wings; They recently changed the chicken, going from small wings and legs that were small and crispy yet excellent to a larger piece of meat that is soggy and disappointing. I would recommend either switching back to the tiny wings that were great (kind of a rip off) or finding a new way to these larger wings the way they were previously. I am definitely a Fatburger fan, but this place is not the type of Fatburger that you're used to. I went for lunch on a weekday and the service was weak. Obviously, service at a burger joint isn't a selling point, but the lady didn't smile and was not very nice. The best part of my meal were the French Fries, which, for all intents and purpose, are pretty darn hard to screw up. The burger, which I was most excited for, was dry and I had to compensate for the dryness with Ketchup. This Fatburger is a franchise, and not a very good franchise. After reading the reviews the food was ok it seem it needed more seasoning but the combination of under season and the pickle relish made it ok to eat. I got the onion rings were ok kind I only wish their ranch wasn't Hidden Valley ranch dressing you out on your salads but ranch in little containers I ended up putting some on my burger. Every single time I've come here, the food is fresh and the staff is nothing but friendly! They do their best balancing online orders, phone calls and in house orders. It's small like most locations but never dirty. I love the light dash of seasoning on the onion rings and the variety of beverage choices. Quite possibly my favorite one by far. First off the staff was amazing. The cashier warmly greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She did a great job walking me through the menu. I came to the store tonight for boneless wings. I've never had Fat Burger wings but I was craving some wings and didn't want to drive all the way to BWW. This was a huge mistake. I got home, opened my bag and instantly thought WTH is this? They look like they were cooked in dirty oil. I hesitantly took a bite and gross. The flavor was horrible. I tired Asian sesame and lemon pepper. Let's just say I wasted $18 and won't be back. Outstanding Fatburger Location. Very friendly and efficient staff. Service has been top notch. The kitchen cooks the items they way Fatburgers are supposed to be done. On weekends 12-6pm they have a reg size Fatburger for $3.99. For those who use them, they take EBT cards. I met the manager today, and I now see why this locale is so exemplary. Oh how sad that my favorite fastfood joint has gotten so rude. After getting my order wrong (hey okay things happen) they accused me of never placing the order in spanish thinking I wouldn't understand them. I eat here often for lunch. While other fast food places I also frequent make no effort to be personable, they always do. And the food is great and tastes fresh each and every order. Last week I ordered on a very busy lunch hour, and I could not stay to wait a longer time than usual and had to leave. The next week I was remembered by the team and given a meal and apology and they remembered my name. Great people and great food, and you can order on line if you are in a hurry. This Fatburger is a prime example of excellent customer service. It's kind of strange to see some of the other earlier reviews. jesus... i got the xxl. ...christ. the meat was bomb. i was reluctant to visit this location just cause i'd never been to a fatburger before and didn't think this one would do the others justice. maybe it's the pollo campero right across , or the vallarta, i don't know. but that didn't matter. that burger was bomb. i like the selections of teas to drink. i didn't like the cold ketchup, even though it was nicely prepped in plastic containers. i just hate cold ketchup. read more

I miss the char taste, but so have learned to adapt. I can't get enough. I think the main thing is that they cook them fresh. Not pulled from a warming tray like fast food places. I went there it was crowded I order a large cheese burger with grilled onion and my burger medium rare .It took 30 min to get my burger and when I bite into it tasted like I bite a tire it was way over cook and had no grilled onions The wait was so long I didn't want to complain because I know it would take another 30 min to get another one so I just threw it in the trash and oh yea I order a banana shake and they couldn't even fill it to the top. My advice hire better cooks and have more people working so I don't have to wait 30 min for a burger read more

This is a franchise with a mom & pops feel. The customer service is outstanding! I'll come here once a week because it's close to work and the workers here have always remembered my name and order and have always been very pleasant. Food is always amazing and is made fresh. If you want fast food, don't go to fatburger - it's not fast at all. But they do have a good veggie burger. I once saw them making onion rings here, it was like art. I don't imagine a fine dining restaurant (that for some reason serves onion rings) would take more care than the employee I saw crafting these fine concoctions. read more
