I highly recommend Féria Appliance! My dad's refrigerator stopped working and based on all of the other fantastic reviews others have left I called him first! The reviews described Edmundo as super professional, does top notch repairs, very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy. After talking to him I confirmed all of that is true! My dad's fridge was a Kenmore from Sears which now out of biz so we didn't know what to do. Edmundo had all of the answers! He talked me through finding the model number and told me it was an LG product that Sears called Kenmore. He helped me find the warranty section of the owners manual to see if there was anything benefits there. Because of the age of the fridge the warranty covered parts but not labor. Edmundo was very honest with me on what he was able to do giving me a reasonable quote. However the time for getting the part was too long for my 93 year old father to wait so my dad opted to buy a new fridge. I had the BEST interaction with Edmundo! He was so helpful! Super-knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He fixed both our washer and dryer -- the new machines are too deep to fit in the wash closet, and he literally made them better than new. The dryer, when new, made a ton of noise -- he found a roller that had not been properly installed, and it quieted right down. He also fixed the oven's broiler -- the vendor said the whole unit needed to be replaced -- Edmundo sent the internal computer board in for a special repair, which was key because the part is no longer available from the manufacturer. Patient and thorough -- now the dryer vent doesn't leak, the refrigerator door closes, and life is less of a hassle with everything working the way that it should. I had a problem with my washer and was getting ready to get rid of it. The washer was showing two different code errors which I looked up on youtube and it showed it was the filter which we had very recently cleaned. After I did this, there was no improvement on the washer and I wasn't able to wash. I called Mundo and he came over to diagnose it. He pulled some parts out and was able to tell me that the drain pump needed to be replaced. This was pretty much the problem and when he installed a new pump in, it fixed the problem. My washer is almost 10 years old and I'm glad I called Mundo because otherwise I would have had to invest in a new washer. I highly recommend Mundo's Services. read more

Wish there were more stars to give! Edmundo is the most knowledgeable repair person I've ever used. I was having a problem with my 19 year old Miele dishwasher. I called and he responded that same day to schedule an appointment. After trouble shooting all the possible problems, he discovered a leak in the motor. The cost of new parts and installation made the repair of this old model not cost effective. Even though I wanted to pay more, he would only accept the $95. fee for investigating the problem. Emundo is very knowledgeable, friendly and walks in the door with a bucket full of likely tools needed. He not only fixes the problem, but has always fixed the root cause (thing that caused the problem) which is usually something different that needs repair so the annoying problem I called about won't happen again For example when my washer machine was leaking water from an internal hose, he notice that one of the shock absorbers was completely broken causing the excess vibration with caused the hose to rub against something causing the hose hole and water leak. read more

In a hurry and not knowing who to call, I called FERIA to find out why my washer was not draining properly. I was contacted By FERIA shortly after I had left a message for them to call me back. And I was scheduled for service the very next day. The service fee was reasonable. It turned out that the service man determined quickly what the problem was and was able to fix it in a 1/2 hour.He also showed me how to use a function on the washer that I hadn't been able to find out on my own. What a first rate experience! When Asien couldn't service our Beko frig for more than two weeks, Edmundo fit us in within a couple of days. He spotted the problem(s) right away, disassembled the freezer area and corrected the faulty design by removing unnecessary parts that had failed. He then stayed for 20 minutes or so to test the temperature in the frig and freezer compartments and make sure things were working.
