Good food. Salsa is really good. I have had breakfast and lunch here. Both meals were tasty. I had a breakfast burrito and I think it was the taquitos meal for lunch. My wife had chilaquiles and she really liked it (she's mexican). One thing: the salsa is really good. We will be back. read more

We love this place but sooo disappointed that they took away the happy hour food specials!! We use to love that they continued their happy hour specials on the weekends too but new owners did away with that! So sad! I love coming here for breakfast. They open early and if I'm in a hurry, I call my order in and its ready when I arrive. Today I had the chicken machaca burrito. It had just the right balance of shredded chicken and scrambled eggs. I love their salsas! The pico de gallo and the green salsa are just right for me, but there is a hot, hot red sauce if you like to feel the burn. Highly recommended. Service is polite and spot on. read more

Average Mexican food. The low stars is for packaging and service. We placed an order for pick up, when they tied up the food it was in bag with the handles tied in a slip knot. When my husband got to the car the slip knot slipped, food went to the ground. He took it back to the restaurant and the attitude was basically too bad. So he had them duplicate the order when they wouldn't replace and basically paid for average mexican food two times. Will not be coming back here. read more

So, I have eaten at this place for four years now. Today was the first time that I got extremely disappointed and mad to where I will never eat there again. The quality of food has gone downhill. I got the Camarones a La Diabla ( which I have gotten many times). I got my food to go and by the time I reached my house there was a hole in the bag and the juice of the food was all over my car leaked all the way into my room and onto my bed because I did not notice it until I picked it up. What had happened was the container they put it in was so flimsy it broke inside the bag. I paid $15 for this plate of food and I expected to make it all the way to my house with out a mess. Either way I was going to eat so what was left in the container I want to head and started to eat it and come to find out they have changed the recipe for their food and I'm wondering if it is from their new management team. I called to let them know about their containers are too flimsy for the food and The manager seemed like he could care less about his products and guest. Before I would've told everyone that this was a good place to eat a little expensive but good but now I would not ever send anyone there. So disappointing - they have taken away a lot of stuff that originally brought us in. The salsa bar is gone and now you have to ask the servers to bring salsa to you. The happy hour food items are gone and replaced with overpriced regular menu items. Next to go will probably be the taco nights. The fish burrito was so salty that you couldn't eat it. The rotisserie chicken is dryer than a desert. The California burrito was dripping with grease. The one shared bathroom is dirty. The wait staff make mistakes all the time, especially on the bills, so make sure you get an itemized receipt if you go here which I wouldn't suggest anybody to do. Growing up, alertos was my store for Mexican food. However, after discovering this store, it's my place for Mexican food. The staff is wonderful here. There are half off appetizers on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's from 3-6. I love their carne asana fries and California burrito. read more

I signed up on Yelp just so I can write this. They treat their regulars like CRAP. I had been a LOYAL customer of this place for a while but recently they did something that has turned me off. Their food is okay. Good bang for buck in my opinion. However, they frequently mess up orders. Just today, I went in and got my normal order of Carne Asada Fries with a side of Carnitas also included. First of all, they charged me more than they usually do. Money was not an issue for me as long as it was the right order. Got all the way home, and the order was wrong. Had to drive all the way back to the place and get the Carne Asada that I had ordered. Then I ask if I can get some cheese melted on the meat they had to add for me because there would have been melted cheese on the correct order. However, the waitress that I have seen for a long time had the audacity to say to me, "We're going to have to charge you for extra cheese." Are you kidding me? I'm going to get charged for a mistake that YOU GUYS MADE? I had been a loyal customer for a long time but this mistreatment has seriously turned me off from this place. It's disappointing really. This place is bomb. My friends and i have tried every mexican resturant in a 40 mile radius. Its our thing we do and it was excellent. We travel around and try everything. My coworkers ate here the other night and were still talking about it days later so I decided to check it out. I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, potatoes and cheese. On my way to pick it up, I was worried it might be a grease bomb and I may be ruining my day eating it, but I couldn't have been more wrong! It was the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! Everything was cooked to perfection, it wasn't greasy at all, I don't know how they pulled that off either, and it was the perfect amount of each ingredient. I topped it off with the chili verde salsa and wow was that the perfect addition! I can't wait to try everything else on the menu! My coworker had a steak fajita salad and was impressed with how top quality and cooked to perfection the carne asada was and how fresh the veggies were, and it was huge! And the prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the quality! I am a new loyal customer! Oh and I loved that they cut the breakfast burrito in half so I can eat half now and half later! Came with a party of 6 for taco Tuesday. It was pretty empty inside when we got there and we sat right away. The tacos were really good, the rice was excellent. The street taco was seriously packed with meat. My dad got a asada burrito that was so big he could only eat half. The only complaint I have are the "hidden costs" we got on our check. First, the chips and salsa aren't free, which we had no idea when we ordered 4baskets, I was annoyed even more when the last basket was nothing but crumbs and we didn't touch it but still paid for it. Second we asked how much for a side of beans and rice. The girl said $1.75, but when we got our bill it was a $1.75 each. We were all taken back when our bill was almost $25 more due to beens and chips. Now we know how this place operates and wont make the mistake again.
