Additionally, one of their employees kept calling me after the purchase, asking me intrusive personal questions. I told them about the issues, he offered me to pay $800 for warranty and that if I wait a week or two their mechanics can fix it with a $500 deductible per service. Sounds like a good deal until you realize their mechanics will mess up your car more. The employee who kept calling me, who claims to be manager, would even call 9pm, 10pm, 11pm. Send text to check up on me. Shower me with compliments and even offered me a job(?). Made me uncomfortable to even bring my car to them. They have no morals or pride in their work.

Motors took all the stress off me. They sorted out my hire car and went above and beyond what you would expect. And here's the payoff. When I picked up the car it looked like it drove off the showroom floor! I am getting fed up with people making compliments on my car now. It looks stunning and I must admit I had a tear in my eye when I got it back. These guys are magicians. To match a 22 year old paint job is astonishing. I am an artist and I know that this is a skill that not many have. The insurance was covering it. I could have gone to some Jaguar approved shop. But so glad I went here. They came in a day or two ahead of the deadline.
