The lobby had plenty of refreshments and was immaculately cleaned. We purchased a pre-owned Toyota RAV4, and were offered an incredible deal for the value! Happy there is a Mazda dealership again in Henderson. Wife has a 14 cx-5 close to 80,000 on it has a few wear and tear issues. Our buying experience was very unpleasant. The dealership made several mistakes and miscommunicated key information with us over and over. The sales manager would talk to my wife like she was incompetent, but he would completely change his tone when speaking with me. The finance manager Yvonne was rude as well and made several snarky comments to me and my wife. Lastly they told us that we were financed under one bank and when we tried to make our first payment it turned out to be the wrong bank since we told them multiple times that we wanted to finance with a certain bank which resulted in our monthly payments being substantially higher than agreed on. We have purchased many vehicles and this has been one of the worst dealerships that we have done business with. I would not recommend doing business here. read more

We also recently purchased a new CX-5 from Julian. He went the extra mile to not only get us a great deal but worked with local Mazda dealers to get us the exact car we wanted. He personifies customer service. The only issue we had was getting the check cut for our trade in payoff. The lady who cuts/sends out checks basically lied stating she had sent the check and in reality did not until a week later. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle and I had visited 3 different dealerships and sales person lack of knowledge on the vehicle I was interested, automatically thought I will not qualify and will show me pre-owned cars and others will just leave me waiting for a while at the table. When I walked into Mazda Dealership Darell greeted us right away, I was very surprised. Darell asked questions in what we were interested, NOT on what he needed to sale, I explain to Darell what I was looking for and he went ahead and showed me Mazda CX-3 and CX-5 both were in the showroom, when I requested to see a different color, but I didn't wanted to walked outside as it was very windy, Darell went ahead and brought the car to the main entrance the way I could get inside the car for a drive test and I didn't had to walked in the windy weather. The sales person at Mazda Dealership was totally different, was honest about the price, safety of the car, and consumers had voted Mazda number #1 on reliability. I didn't believe it and Darell proved to me, I was speechless. At no moment did Darell push the sale even though I went to the dealership at 7:00 PM to the opposite it took the time that was necessary that I needed to ensure if that was the vehicle that I wanted. I ended buying the Mazda CX-5 2022, I LOVE MY NEW SUV! Before I was given the keys of my new SUV the following day Darell went to work early to have to have my SUV ready. My SUV was was & clean, Darell went the buttons on the keys, over the technology on the dashboard and more, to put the CHERRY ON TOP DARELL HELP ME INSTALL THE APP THAT CAN START MY CAR IN CASE I DO NOT HAVE MY KEYS. This App can be find on the Apple Application store or Androi store it works for both, most amazing is that Darell knows how it works. Also your keys have only 4 buttons, you will be amaze what those buttons do and Darell has the knowledge, if you go to Mazda Dealership in Henderson and you get Darell as your sales person, ge5 all the information that you can remember of the vehicle that you have an interest on it as is a lot and Darell knows it and takes his job as what it is a professional sales person, to any of you that will go best of luck and I wish all of you the same positive experience as the one I had. Disreputable and dishonest!!! We were in on Saturday 5/16. There we 3 cars we were interested in. I texted Paul, the "saleman" on Saturday and told him which car we agreed on and that we would be in on Monday, as we had scheduled. I texted him at 12:20 to say that we were running 10 minutes late. He came in at 12 and our appointment was 12:30. I checked my text when I got there. There was a text from Paul saying the car was sold. Not even the decency of a phone call, but a text. Been looking for a late model (2019 or newer) Mazda CX-5 for about a week. Talked to a lot of sales people, visited a number of dealerships, and test drove a number of CX-5s. The end result at all those dealerships was the same old "tack-on" BS meant to get every penny they can from you. I get they have to make money but to charge for "anti-theft registration?"....give me a break!. Anyway, its Friday night at about 11pm and I see a new posting on the Findlay Mazda website advertising the exact year/make/model/trim that I was looking for hundreds of $$ less. I clicked on the vehicle and asked for their "best price" and the price went down about $500 more $$s. I sent my contact info to them and on Saturday morning, I was contacted by Salesperson Garth Wall and made an appointment for an inspection and test drive. When I got there, I met Garth but I had to wait because someone else had already taken it out. Finally, the car came back and Garth gave me the FOB. I asked Garth, "Are you coming to?" He replied, "you know how to drive....right?" He didn't have to tell me twice but I just drove around a large block and tested everything that was on my "check list." The test drive confirmed what I was hoping and for $1,600 less Out-The-Door (OTD) compared to what I've been seeing with other dealerships, I thought, "where do I sign?" Garth initial OTD price was higher that what I received via email. I showed him that price and Garth did some checking and corrected the OTD price to match what I received online. I know most companies would honor the lower price but not all do....obviously, Findlay does. Garth didn't pressure or try to upsell me which I appreciated. All the paperwork was done within one hour to include meeting with the Finance Manager and I was out the door around 90 minutes after entering the dealership. I admit, it helps to do your "homework" and know as much about the car your are considering and the sales "tactics" being used before you enter. I appreciated Garth and the Finance Manager for explaining "options" to me without playing those stupid sales games. I'm glad I used their Internet Sales portal, I'm happy and very satisfied with my purchase and would go back and buy from them again. read more

A total waste of time. I have bought numerous cars from the Findlay Group and this was the worst experience that I ever had. I told the salesman was I was looking for and that I wanted to drive their small light color SUV. After waiting more than 15 minutes outside in a cold he showed up with a DARK color SUV,that had no gas in it and therefore was not able to be taken for a test ride. He parked the car and stated that I could look at it!!!!! Furthermore he NEVER offered to get a gas card or to go and find another car!! Needless to say that I told him "Thanks but NO thanks" and left. first time ever that i had a bad experience with the Findlay Group of Dealership.
