I was taken here by my sister and brother In law for the first time. Seemed cool when we walked in we ordered and sat down rite in front of the entrance to wait for our order. 15 min later still waiting which is fine then a family walked in approached one of the girls working I guess she was on her lunch break cause she was sitting there eating, long story short her family ordered and got their order shortly after while we are sitting there 45 minutes later still waiting! I get it it's fam or whatever but your customers should be priority, if she was on her break she could of got up and and cooked her family's huge as order they place instead of having paying customer wait that long. I can tell other customers were getting frustrated and no I did not complain, I didn't want spit in my food ! The food was alright giving 3 stars cause of that experience I had. read more

Fire wings Pinole kicked out me and group of friends because they wanted to close an hour early. There was no sign that they closed the dining area 10pm instead of 11pm. It was not on their door and nor did they have a sign. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I will be calling to complain to the manager. read more

Came in today and ordered 2 things- one order of boneless wings and one order of bone-in. Our order was brought to us because we were dining in and we quickly noticed they got one of our orders wrong because all the wings were boneless. I got up and went to the person we placed our order with and told him and he confirmed that he had noted one of our orders as bone in and the kitchen must have made a mistake. He asked if I wanted to wait another 15 min so they could correct my order. Given that part of our order was already ready and would get cold while we waited I asked if we could get a refund instead and was told yes. I waited at the register for a number of minutes while the staff person tried to figure out how to do a refund on the register. He couldn't figure it out and after asking other staff for help, told me we needed to wait for a manager who wasn't there but should be back soon. I said OK and went back to my table. 20 min later the manager shows up, comes to our table and summarizes her understanding of what happened with our order and immediately goes into how they don't do refunds. I asked why the other person told me I could get a refund and the manager said "oh because he's new and made a mistake". Then the manager proceeds to tell me we could have gotten our order remade but that's the only option they offer. She then looks down at our food and says "but since you've eaten some of it we can't do that either now". Ummm, wow, amazing customer service skills! I don't blame the new person for making a mistake, that happens to all of us, but I do blame the manager for her horrible customer service skills. The food is good but the last few times I've gone they've gotten my orders wrong. If I pay for extra seasoning, crispy, all flats that's what I expect. Sometimes they'll finish the pick up order early they may or may not send a message saying your order is ready for pickup, so your food gets cold by the time you get home to eat it. So it's alright service could be better in that sense. read more

Really poor customer service. I got a text that our order was ready at 2:00. I arrived and was told that they messed up the French fries and are re-doing them and that it would take a couple of minutes. Thirty minutes pass and I was asked again what was my order number and she realized my order was sitting on the counter. Awful. read more

Today I got the chance to try this place. I actually never knew we had a wing place this close to where we live. So I got the 40 wings fam combo and it came with 2 sides and 4 dips. Ranch dip is usually what I go for when I eat wings. For thebsides we got seasoned fries and garlic noodles. My parents loved the garlic noodles and they were surprised at the size of the garlic noodles because it was big. Kind of disappointed at the season fries because it wasn't crunchy or hot. The wings were another story though. We ordered original Buffalo, mango habanero, malaysian curry and garlic parm. For the mango harbanero I thought it was going to be spicier like the other places but sadly it wasn't. Even though it wasn't as spicy like I wanted I still really enjoyed the taste of it. Malaysian curry was really delicious and on the spot. Super fragrant and just an amazing flavor. Garlic parm was actually really good too because this time you can actually taste the garlic and the parmesan. Everytime you bite into a wing it wasn't just grease so I am happy that I went and tried this place today. It will be my go to spot for wings now. read more

Tasty wings, a bit crispier than the main competition. The basic Buffalo sauce recipe is closer to the butter & Louisiana Crystal recipe that I prefer, so that was a win. I'm disappointed that the website doesn't give descriptions of the wide variety of sauces and dry rubs, but the paper to-go menu does. We were surprised and impressed with how much we liked the Cajun dry rub. We also liked the fries much better. This used to be an awesome place with the most delicious wings ever. The quality has tanked. My favorite used to be the peanut butter wings and thai wings. the peanut bitter wings had delicious flavors with actual peanut bits for garnish and green onions. now it is just a syrup laden garbage fried in stale oil. First, I would like to state how excited my husband and I were to try this place because it is right by our house and have been waiting months. Got excited looking at the menu online and when we walked in, half of the menu wasn't available. Okay, fine. I figure may be it's a soft opening so every thing isn't available yet. After I ordered which was around 7:30PM, I walk to the cashier to ask if they will be calling my name because I left my cell phone at home so wouldn't be able to check my text message. With the way they were shipping off orders I walked up a couple times to ask if my order was ready and they said "a few more minutes were waiting on the chicken" OK. This has been 30 minutes at this point. Waiting on chicken? What else is everyone coming and going ordering if not chicken? FINALLY at 8:15PM, they called my name. To top it off, I knew when I got home the text saying our order was ready was sent at 8PM. They didn't call my name to pick up the food until 8:15PM but sent the text 15 minutes before. Even though I walked up twice to ask. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I cannot believe we waited that long for food that would have been good had it not been cold and spent this kind of money on one meal to have this experience. The sad part is we would have been coming here often had they got it together and made the quality better since it's a brand new spot.
