Plenty of hot sauces to spike your sub

I have been to this location a lot and it is seriously a hit and miss. I haven't received my order as of yet and the managers attitude is horrible. Her employees are jumpy and nervous to answer her or ask for assistance. I have heard her loudly belittle the sweetest cashier for what seems like a minor problem with the meatballs. Then become confrontational with a customer that she could have defused easily. The irony is I'm here today because I received a free sub card for poor service in the past. Our sub was so wrong that after my survey the main office called me. update now employee is getting feed up with above manager! Not a comfortable environment. Really glad this order is to go! I will update how the sandwich comes out Update..... Well here is how the sandwiches went. We ordered three subs. The Cuban was a big hit! The Ranch sandwich was great and all the special requests were done. Unfortunately the large club was not. There was no cheese, no mustard, no bacon, and the decided that he need peppers or at least that's what we think they were. They were chopped small. This at one time was a great location that took pride in their product.

Haven't had Firehouse Subs in years and forgot why. I guess I was a Subway person due to the $5-Footlong being a thing. We decided to go because my SO is name Christopher. We went during the Free Sub Promo when his name was announced that day. It's an interesting campaign to get people to come in to personally receive a Free Sub based on their first name on their ID. It's not explicit that it more like BOGO. Ordering was easy and fast because you just pick from their set menu and 2 kinds of bread. Wait wasn't long and everything comes out hot. I ordered the Italian Sub and SO ordered the Firehouse Meatball Sub with a side of jalapeños. Any extra toppings are a surcharge. Overall, I'd recommend because it tasted really good.

We had a hard time finding the place but once we did, we were rewarded with the wonderful flavor of a Hook & Ladder sub.

Just elbow macaroni with breadcrumbs on top. Bone dry. Guy is supposed to be "The Boss of Sauce"... where's my sauce at?! The fried chicken sandwich was good, so you get 2 stars.

We ordered: The Crazy Cuban Sandwich The Chicken Guy Classic Sandwich Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger Flavortown Fries Chocolate Whiskey Cake My favorites were the fries and the cake. The fries have this incredible seasoning and are cooked perfectly. The cake is decadent and tastes a lot like a coke cake, very moist and velvety. My husband enjoyed the Cuban and Bacon Mac N Cheese Burger a lot! I tasted the Bacon Mac N Cheese burger and there was just too much going on for my taste. There is lots of everything on it, but the meat tasted chargrilled which I liked. The one let down was the chicken sandwich. I've been into chicken sandwiches lately so I was really looking forward to this one and it was way over cooked to the point of being super hard and dry. I literally took two bites and threw the rest away. Overall it was a good experience, it is quite spendy for fast food but I figure it's worth it for fast food done right!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting, and the service was genuinely outstanding--friendly, attentive, and the kind that makes you want to come back. I ordered the stuffed cabbage and the "Russian roulette" pierogies, and both were fantastic. The stuffed cabbage was rich, hearty, and perfectly seasoned--clearly made with care and tradition. The pierogies were a fun surprise, each one a little different, and all packed with flavor. It's the kind of dish that keeps you engaged with every bite. Even the black coffee stood out--smooth, bold, and exactly what you want alongside a satisfying meal. Altogether, Red Rock Deli delivers not just great food, but a genuinely enjoyable experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for something a little different and truly comforting.

The brats were delicious - whatever herbs are in there are delicious. The schnitzel was also good and there was enough we were able to take it and eat half of it later. We also ordered meat pierogis and sweet pierogis. They were all very small. For$16-$20 I would've liked them to be more than two small bites/one large bite each. There are no fountain drinks only cans/bottles. All that said, like I said, the meats were delicious. The potato salad with dill was delicious. The Eastern European market stuff was fun and I saw a lot of things I want to go back and get. There's a lot of cool polish stuff on the walls.
