I gave this spot a try. I paid $20 for a sandwich a drink two bags of chips. I don't mind paying for a good sandwich. I ordered the club and the sandwich was hot. I don't want a hot sandwich and they never asked if I wanted it warm or cold? I thought it would be cold. The cheese was melted the bread was soggy. Ughh! I gave most of it to my dog. A sad and pathetic sandwich place. You would have a better time staying home, eating a loaf of white bread and you'll have a better experience. I ordered the sandwich and side pair. Turkey bacon to be exact. The sandwich was alright, but it instantly fell apart as soon as I picked it up so I couldn't consume it's full potential. I also ordered wheat bread, and of course they got that wrong and gave me white. If you don't eat the sandwich quick enough it will become soggy. My side was the potato soup; well I wouldn't call it soup. It was freezing cold and grainy. My friend also ordered a sandwich and a side. She got the mac-n-cheese - it was runny as water. This place is bombbbb..I got the turkey ranch sub or whatever it's called on honey wheat bread minus the bacon(crazy I kno loll). First off the large is huge and half is so filling . The ranch on it just really makes this shine . I usually take the veggies off my sandwiches but either I was hungry or it just tasted so good all together that I just said eff it lol. Love the fire department decoration when I first step into this sub restaurant. The restaurant is clean, warm, and inviting with music you will want to dance to while waiting for your order. The menu looks pretty much the same as any other sub restaurant except for the name of their sandwiches all have firefighting related names. Unlike other sub restaurants they have a big selection of hot sauces rating from 1 to 10. My greatest impression was that everything was higher in quality, yet at just a few bucks more than other competitors. The bread was exceptional and had a chewy factor to it. Sandwiches here are really good and they have a variety of different sizes depending on how hungry you are instead of a foot long or 6 inch. However, they are usually understaffed for the lunch rush so be prepared to wait a little to get your sandwich. Just tried Firehouse for the first time and really enjoyed the subs we ordered. I went with the medium Firehouse Meatball, which i would actually consider the best in our immediate area! The meatballs were well-seasoned and complimented with a tasty marinara sauce, blanketed in a generous portion of provolone cheese, and toasted to a crunchy-on-the-outside-but-soft-on-the-inside goodness. My wife had the medium Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket, which I found equally tasty - so much so that, had I not talked her into splitting them beforehand, I would have insisted after my "teaser taste." The cheddar flavor was enhanced by the barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's, which I do love already) without bing overpowering to the beef. The bread on each was fresh (choice of white or wheat - we went with white on both) and there are a variety of add-ons and sauces to help customize to taste. There's an awesome selection of hot sauces of varying strength, if you like an extra kick, by the way! We enjoyed our sandwiches so much, we even brought home a $4.99 special turkey sub and a kids' meal grilled cheese for our two boys! We have gone to many of Firehouse subs because not only are their sandwiches delicious but most firehouses are known for their cleanliness. Yesterday we went to this location, the girl that took our order had her mask pulled down to her neck. Sorry but now a days EVERYONE working with or around food should and are suppose to wear a mask. She was wearing gloves, after taking our money she turned around and started handling food with the SAME gloves You should NOT have to be told to change your gloves or wash your hands after touching money chick DISGUSTING!!!! Then when we got our sandwiches the bread was stale (definitely not like a typical Firehouse sandwich). To top it off the soda machine was so dirty and sticky, it had red soda splashed all over. Like really how could management not realize how gross it looked. We will continue to go to Firehouse subs but definitely not this location. Also the employees had zero customer service. read more

I would have give this place 4 stars for the food but I had to take away a star for the 20 minute wait to get a small N.Y. Steamer to go! It's supposed to be fast food and I was getting annoyed at the long wait for something so simple. Granted it was busy at lunch today but something was clearly off in the 'flow' when the orders were being prepared by the crew. Staff seemed confused about whether tickets were already completed and couldn't locate certain orders. When they finally gave me my sandwich there was no apology given for the wait. Everyone in front of me left grumbling saying the same thing - the food is good but you have to think twice with wait times like today. Oh my goodness! I just ordered from this place fom Postmates and I am really happy with my purchase. I got their BBQ Brisket sandwich and it was Beyond amazing! One or the best sandwiches I've ever had the honor of eating. The meat was super tender, the sauce was amazing with so much balance and the bread was a soft little pillow they kept it all together. First time ever coming here and I will NEVER come back here . We came in 25 mins before closing and the staff visibly rolled their eyes at us . When we ordered the one girl went in the back and when someone else walked in she complained to me and the girl that they came in late . She called her to help her and she sighed as loud as she could . Then as we went to get ice she yells across the store at us sorry we close in 20 mins so you can't eat it here you need to take it to go. Then the ice machine ran out of ice . We asked if she had any in the back and she says we barely have ice . I said can you check please and she said fine went back and I watched her open a huge chest of ice full to the brim! When I went to get her name of course she doesn't have a name tag but she has pink hair and a butterfly tattoo on her chest so I pray her boss sees this because this girl is hurting there business. I'm horrified at her attitude and her distain for her job. I wonder how many other people come here and never come back . Way better than subway! Came in and tried 2 sandwiches with the bf. I got the turkey ranch and he got the Italian! Wow was each sandwich great and filled with flavor! The turkey ranch was very juicy, filled perfectly with meat, cheese and the bread was moist! Most sandwich places have crappy bread but theirs was amazingly fresh! The customer service was great and since we got our order to go, they were very quick with our order and we paid less than 20$ for both sandwich's, chips and a cookie! What a great deal!
