The woman taking the drive-through orders was extremely rude from the beginning. While I was ordering, she kept rushing me and seemed irritated for no reason. When I got to the window, I asked to add one more item to my order, and that seemed to make her even more upset. She immediately started yelling at the other employees, telling them to hurry up because "this lady needs her food." I had literally only been sitting at the window for maybe one or two minutes, and there was only one car behind me, so I'm not sure why she was acting as if I was causing some huge inconvenience. Her attitude toward me was rude and unnecessary, but what bothered me even more was the way she spoke to the other employees. No employee should have to be yelled at or spoken down to like that, especially in front of customers. I asked for her name, and I believe she said Jesse, Jess, or Jessica. I couldn't hear clearly. She had very short grayish hair. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what the issue was, but there is no excuse for treating customers and coworkers that way. I genuinely love the food here and would absolutely come back because of the food and prices, but management really needs to address the way this employee speaks to people. One person's attitude can completely ruin an otherwise great experience.

My biggest problem with this place is they are way too slow. You can come late in the afternoon after the lunch rush-hour and they are still way slow with only just two or three tables with people. Seriously too slow. No excuse for this other than management is NOT on top of their game. They need to step it up or they or they are going to lose business. You can't operate like this let alone in a downtown environment.

Obviously, nobody wants that to happen, but when you're serving hundreds of people and handling food all day, an occasional mistake like that can happen. One isolated incident doesn't necessarily reflect the overall quality of a restaurant. I also saw a reviewer accuse the staff of being racist because the restaurant was busy and the reviewer felt they had to wait too long. That's a pretty serious accusation to make against someone's character based solely on having to wait for service. Being frustrated with slow service is one thing; publicly accusing employees of racism without anything more to support it is another. It's disappointing to see a business and its employees hit with a one-star review over an accusation like that. Based on my own experiences here over multiple visits, the staff has always been great, and this location deserves far better than some of the reviews suggest.
