Something to consider if you do have to wait for your services to be completed there is a very nice walking trail that is literally steps away from their location , and if you walk a little further we're talking maybe 50 yards you're able to take advantage of the Birch Street area and where there's Coffee shops, and several very different restaurants which are we all great. There's also a movie theater , the walk and vibe of the whole area is great. This is not a normal situation available to you when you are going to be waiting for services to be completed on your vehicles So take advantage ​

My passenger side back tire had a nail in it, and I would get a warning every 3 weeks to check my…read moretire pressure, and I would put air in it, and it would be fine. It was a very slow leak. I took my car in to get a patch for the nail after the third time I got the warning. I saw the nail, and it was packed deep into the tire. Evan said no problem and they took my car in. Evan then called me to show me a crack on my wheel he said needed to be fixed, and it would cost $400 to weld it. I told him I'll wait on that, but for now, I just want the nail taken out and the tire patched. He said no problem. I tipped the guy who worked on it and left. The very next morning was my son's graduation from 6th grade and I was in a rush to get there when I walked up to my car and saw the tire they worked on was flat to the ground. It was a very unpleasant surprise, to say the least. I had a portable compressor, and I used it to pump the tire enough to drive it to a gas station and complete the inflation. I arrived to my son's ceremony late, which was very upsetting. Afterwards, I went to see Evan and explain to him what happened, but another man interrupted me and told me when they took the tire off the wheel it's very possible they made the crack worst and there is nothing they can do about that. They offered to put my spare on, and I tipped the guy again and left to take it to my usual tire guy in Anaheim. When we looked at the tire, the nail was still in there, and they never took it out. In addition, I was informed the story about making the crack on the wheel worse while taking the tire off was not a reasonable explanation. The nail was taken out in Anaheim, and the tire patched, and it hasn't deflated in the four days since. I was also quoted $120 to weld the crack on the wheel, not $400. I called community tire, and I was told it was probably a different nail, and they stuck with their original story. I told them I don't buy their story and will stop by after a family post ceremony lunch. When I stopped by, Evan was on the phone and simply took out $40 out of his wallet and handed it to me, and I left. I was willing to let the whole thing go, but now the side of my car they worked on has sunk in and sitting low on the tire, and my car is tilted to one side, which has never happened before I took it to community tire for a simple patch, so I don't know what other damage they could've caused to get more money out of me, and I'm having to take it to a mechanic to have it looked at. I have pictures but they would not load on the review. The whole experience was unpleasant, disappointing, and costly.

They were a bit busy at the time so they said it would be at least 40 mins to 1 hr before they could actually check on the car. While we waited we walked to downtown Brea and back. About 1hr 15 mins after checking in, the car was ready. Thankfully they were able to fix the tire, but it was a bit surprising that it was $45. They didn't mention the price before that point. I wasn't expecting free, but I also wasn't expecting $45. Overall it was very convenient and were able to fix my tire.

I really appreciated how easy it was to select my tires online, secure a same-day appointment, and take advantage of the store's convenient location near my job. The service performed on my car was completed well, and I was satisfied with the work. My experience started off on a disappointing note, however. When I arrived for my 5:30 p.m. appointment, Jose greeted me and seemed frustrated that my appointment was so close to closing time. After asking for my address, he also made what came across as a condescending comment about the city where I live. As a customer, that initial interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. To Jose's credit, his demeanor improved as my visit continued. He kept me informed with updates on my vehicle, explained additional service options, and became much more respectful and professional throughout the remainder of the appointment. While I appreciate the quality of the service and the convenience this location offers, first impressions matter. I would encourage Jose to treat every customer with the same level of respect and professionalism from the moment they walk in the door. I would like to return for future service because overall I was happy with the work performed, but I left feeling disappointed by how I was initially greeted.
