I really needed an oil change and tire rotation and chose Grease Monkey on Bell based on Google & Yelp reviews. I was greeted right away, explained what my needs were, and Thad did his best to reassure me that I would be well taken care of, they would show me all parts before replacing, and would not try to upsell me. He also said they have bays in back with mechanics to do other work when I need it. I did need a few other things (rear brake light, wiper blades, cabin filter) and each time someone came in to get my approval. I had no idea my wiper blades would shred in the heat! If it's raining, I'm more likely to be standing outside letting it hit me in the face than going for a drive. They were very patient in getting me every discount they could. Coupon codes from the website AND a senior discount! In and out in less than an hour, including wait time to get my car in the bay. The website did mention a carwash, which they don't have at this location, but that was not a deal breaker at all. I highly recommend this location and will definitely go back when I need anything else done.

Trash everywhere and you can tell no one has paid any attention since the last time I was here. That's because the employees are sitting around a round table smoking and joking. There's no time to clean the place when that table clearly needed someone to hold it down. Parting thoughts; this place is a joke. My thought is, if they pay that little attention to detail would I trust them to change my oil? The answer is nope. No worries though as I won't be back unless I hear it changes ownership to someone who gives a damn about their business. P.S. during the 45 minutes I was there no one took the time to hang new "No soap" signs. I question the honesty of the employee that informed me of said signs.

I had an A/C issue that has been going on for a couple years and I kept putting it off and putting it off. Finally decided this is the year. My car is a Camaro so I started at the Chevy dealership...big mistake! The problem I was having is that in order to get to this part that needed to be replaced, they had to remove the windshield. I was terrified that my windshield would get broken and it was a fairly new windshield that I just had tinted! Chevy was going to charge me over $4,700 and keep my car for over a week! So plan B...started at Google....Kerry's popped up and I trusted my gut! Called, made the appointment for the next day. I got in and my service advisor was extremely helpful and kind. He actually cared about my feelings about my windshield and that alone made me feel better. So after explaining to me exactly what was wrong and explaining to me what needed to happen, it made sense. Still worried about the cost and time without my car because I have my son that I need to take to school and back, I was once again blown away by my advisors' next response...the cost was nowhere near Chevy and my car would only be with them for 4 days! I got my car back with the coldest A/C west of the Mississippi! No seriously, my A/C works great!!!!!! A few days after, I picked up my car, the manager James called to follow up and make sure my car was up to my standards and asked if I had any questions. It's nice to see great service in the world of GO-GO and no care for others. Bottom line Kerry's cares!!!! See you in a few months for my breaks and rotors!
