I've been managing properties for over 20 years and Owen Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company I have worked with. The original reason why I reached out to him was because my normal go-to plumber (big company by the way) wasn't getting the job done. As a local resident in Yorba Linda, I gave Owen Plumbing a call and they resolved the issue! Not only that, it's been good ever since (knock on wood) while previously it was a repeat headache. They have come out multiple times for other issues since then, and every time they have been punctual and respectful. Their office staff is also very kind and patient on the phone, email, and in person. Recently my neighbor, an older woman who lives by herself, had her main line back up. She called out a plumbing company she found online and they quoted her THOUSANDS of dollars of work and scared her to near death with all the things "wrong" with her house. She asked me my opinion, and instead got Owen Plumbing out there the next day or so. I don't know the details of the work but boy was she so happy and ecstatic. She just told me the pricing was very fair and most importantly she said she felt they were trustworthy and transparent, all we can really hope for when meeting service vendors.

Had a clogged toilet that wasn't fixed with a 6' toilet auger. Called Iron Mtn at 10am and someone…read morewas here before noon. James and Ty arrived and I explained the problem with the toilet. They used a camera to check the pipes. This one was a little tricky because the toilet drain pipe had a lot of 90 deg turns at the beginning. The camera showed gunk clogging up the pipe. In this case, they had to cut a hole in the wall to access the vent pipe to cut into it and put in a tee fitting to give better access to the drain lines. They hydro-jetted the pipes, first passes with a stronger pressure head, followed by several passes with a smaller head. They then stuck the camera back in and showed that the lines were clear. Since they had the camera in, James snaked it all the way to the front of the house where it meets the city sewer line, just to make sure there were no other blockages. James and Ty were very nice and friendly. They answered my questions as they did their work, and let me see the camera video as they did it. They laid plastic sheeting along the path through the house to protect it as they were using a hose run from a pressure washer in the driveway to the bathroom in the middle of the house. They always used shoe covers and cleaned up everything when they were done. James also texted me the camera video of the pipes before and after the hydro-jetting for my records. Price-wise, I don't know how good of a value it was, since they were the first plumbing company I contacted for this problem, based on their good yelp reviews, but since they came within a couple of hours and I really needed it to get unclogged, I went with them. I am very satisfied with their service. Will definitely use Iron Mtn in the future for my plumbing needs.

The owner Kevin was great and scheduled appointment quickly. Tayler came the next day and used the snake to go about 5 feet into the drain and pulled out the clog of hair/sludge. She filled the sink with water multiple times to confirm it was draining fast and no leaks then cleaned up nicely. Cost was $175 which was the quoted price from Kevin and I felt was reasonable. Overall experience was efficient, clean, and professional. I would recommend and use them again.

He looked at my sink and said it was draining properly but that I needed to use my garbage disposal more frequently so food did not get stuck and slow down the sink draining. He replaced the garbage disposal, installed our new kitchen faucet, replaced the leaking main valve for the refrigerator water line, changed an old outdoor faucet, and also thoroughly cleaned the kitchen drain line with an air jet system. He took the time to explain everything clearly and showed us the debris that came out of the drain. The next day, I got quotes from 3 different plumbing company. Ramon from West Wing came at 8am followed by the other after 2 hours. Our decision to let Ramon and his crew do the job was easy. He is prompt, honest and knowledgeable. They work exactly how a pro does--efficiently. Using some boring machine, they carefully replaced the rusted mainline avoiding the sewer and gas lines and with a lot less digging than expected. He recommended we call someone with a camera. We called OCD&S. They said the pipe is too small and too many right angles for a camera so they tried other methods. Following a camera inspection and receipt of a competitive estimate from Bert, I hired First Option Plumbing to remove cast iron drainage pipes concealed in the walls of my home. In the absence of any complications, the job was expected to last around three days. QUALITY. On the day of the re-piping job, Bert and his team of plumbers arrived on time and wearing professional uniforms. After placing protective booties over their shoes, they immediately placed multiple protective coverings on all floor surfaces and taped large plastic tarps along the ceilings and walls to minimize dust and debris. Then they removed the cast iron drainage pipes from several bathroom areas, laundry area, work sink and kitchen. After each cast iron pipe was removed, a brand new ABS drainage pipe was installed in its place. When they were done with the work, they cleaned-up each worksite and didn't leave any of the old cast iron pipes or debris behind. TL/DR: Bert and his plumbing team completed all of the re-piping work efficiently and very quickly. VALUE. I was very satisfied with Bert's plumbing services - highly recommended - thank you!
