If you want to save your credit and yourself, DO NOT do business here. I know applying for financing is already stressful as it is and the business here just makes a 1000x worse. I was told I had approval of 3 banks, and I ensured that it was an actual authentic approval and NOT a pre-approval or else I wouldn't have made th drive from Kirkland and having the fact that I had to drive to puyallup after. So I asked over 20 times (not exaggerating) if it was legit all of the extra, and I was told yes. Never got followed up upon request, and their staff doesn't have a filter. Unprofessional liars, on top of being told theres a 4K processing dee on top of the price of the car. And suggesting and fighting me about knowing my situation. The manager was great and all, but it takes a team, I've never been so frustrated over something so little. Though if you love the feeling of being "belittled" then I definitely recommend coming here! I would suggest to have this place to not even be your LAST resort. Save your credit, time, and money. Do not come here, take your business else where. They will rip you off and plus after you sign they will not turn back and look at you. Just walk in to the place and see how dirty it is. They gave me a single key for the BMW and promised me another key but never gave me one no matter how many times I called asking about it. I bought a car from them in 2018. The car is great - I love it. The problem was that I sold them my old car as a trade in. Well, they failed to register the car and I am currently chasing down several hundreds of dollars in tickets from whomever they sold the car to. One and a half years later. Their office manager also told me "don't read the paperwork, just sign it". Hard NOPE. Then told me I had to apply for a loan and list my SSN even though I paid CASH. Hard NOPE. Let me start by say if you're looking for the sleazy used car salesmen feeling. You know the one were you feel like you've been pressured and bought a huge hunk of crap for way to much. Well don't go to First National Fleet and Lease. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone there was very friendly and quick with a hand shake and even looked you square in the eyes while doing it! The vehicle I purchase was well under blue book and to top it off, a very nice in good condition truck. My salesman Ahmed was top notch. When I first meet him his first words were "I'm not going to BS you in anyway". At first I was skeptical, but to my surprise and relief he didn't. Very up front, first thing he did was show me the few flaws the truck had which weren't many. Usually a dealer tries to hide those from you by pointing out the shiny rims or something. I drove down to FNFL one day to look at a 08 Hyundai Sonata they said they had in stock on their website. When I arrived however, the car was no where to be found. I was told if there are NO PICTURES OF A CAR ON THEIR WEBSITE, IT LIKEY IS NOT IN STOCK. I wish knew this before I had driven down from Lynnwood, but the salesman was nice about it and showed me a couple of other cars similar to the one I was looking at. He also told me that Sonata's are great cars and that I should look at getting one even though they had none in stock at the time in my price range. So overall, I don't really think FNFL was trying to pull anything, and they seem like decent people to buy a car from, but their internet department certainly needs an overhaul. read more

Interesting, I explained I was told I could not purchase a warranty and JOHN told me I would need to speak to the person I signed papers with because everything is "hear say" (even though the person they hired told me out his own mouth the car jerked because of stick shift and the woman who signed my papers told me out of her own mouth I couldn't purchase a warranty) Okay. Whatever. I SPOKE WITH JUAN THE FINANCE MANAGER, and he was of zero help. I have to say there are pros and cons to buying here. The employees (Paul and Terrill) were really a joy to work with! The car I purchased runs great, clean, and beautiful. I am happy with the (PURCHASE). However, The service is terrible. I was told I could get my services done at the Everett location, which is where I bought the car. Then 4 days later they closed that location without any notice. I then had to take it all the way to Seattle to have it fixed and pick up my plates. The dealership as a whole is VERY disorganized, slow, and unhelpful at times. It takes forever to get in to have your car worked on or fixed, mine took me almost 3 months from the date of purchase. Make sure to check the loaner if your given one, as the one they gave us had a flat tire, then took another 30 minutes to find a new one. customer service there is not the best. Most people act as if they HATE their job and are only there for a paycheck. makes me uncomfortable and not welcome. We have poor credit and he did a great job at explaining everything and getting us a loan. It's not some random bank it was through capital one. We went a couple other places like northwest motor sports and all of their customer service sucked. Ahmed answered the phone and gave us a quote so I wasn't driving an 1.5 hour to waste anytime. Found van 7500 sent many emails and emails finally called 20 before closed, spoke with a Russel, who assured me first thing at 10 am would locate car and call. Noon came and nothing. So I showed up at 1240 to national for The Hyundai entourage, they did have this. I was helped by Steve, when I asked if russell was in he asked why I thought you said you didn't want to deal with him. I responded no I don't but curious why he didn't call. His response was they sell over 500 cars annually, and that he and his car salesman are not Hungry. I said well as someone who has history of sales experience hungry or not you make every customer feel important. He said he saw my point and would talk to Russell and Gani. I loved car told Steve just needed to have my mechanic take a look and then if all good back at 330 to buy. I also gave him 3 cars my partner wanted to look at buying as well so we could do both all same day. Van key would not come out. Driver side passenger door would not open. Called Steve told him problem been happening last hour and half. That I had kids and would be securing them in our vechile with my teenage daughter and would need to meet him out front to quickly have him take over car. He was not out front but about 6 other sells people out front. I asked where Steve was. They said inside. I said we'll I have kids in car in next parking lot and keys won't come out please tell him to call me when problem fixed. The one man said now you don't want to dissapoint Steve come in and talk to him. Like I am there to serve their needs and not that they are there to provide a service. Gani on phone laughing. Steve laying back in his chair with hands on head laughing with employees. I frantically inform him kids in car, it's a hot day need to go. Long story shorter Steve just casually lounging in chair no care it seems from one parent to another, that I don't have time for straight BS. Hey came to Van tried to take keys out that wouldn't budge I asked that he have his guys look at it. He said sure. But as you can guess he never bothered. STAY AWAY. Unless you want a car that reeks like a diaper. This has been a nightmare through and through. After finding our car listed on Craigslist, we called the location on Aurora, and they said the car was not actually on their lot, but was down in Tacoma. We really wanted to see this car, so we drove down to Tacoma to find a dinky little trailer office painted bright green. Incredibly dirty and tacky. Our "salesman" had never been inside this car before, had not reviewed anything about this type of car, didn't know the CarFax, and didn't have any idea what was wrong with it. The air conditioner wasn't working and he seemed completely oblivious to why it wouldn't be working or why that would not have been disclosed. When we started talking about price, he put out his first offer at $2k more than the car was listed for on Craigslist and on their website. We eventually got them to come down, but he had to first check online, call the Aurora location, and consult with his boss at least four separate times. We closed the deal with the agreement that they would fix the air conditioner and bring it up to the Aurora location, which was closer to us. They did not file the paperwork to transfer the tags from our old car to this new car like they were supposed to. When I picked the car up and removed the protective film from the floor mats, I was hit with the STENCH OF URINE AND FECES. It was the most disgusting smell, and I was horrified that instead of detailing the car they had tried to cover it up until it was in our possession. I have contacted both locations, and was given empty promises of them cleaning and detailing the car for us. Now, none of my phone calls are being returned, and I'm left with a disgusting smelling car and no customer service. read more

Overall a VERY frustrating experience. I came to First National to trade in my car. I had seen a beautiful VW passat online for $3,000 and wanted to ask about it and I spoke with an associate on the phone about coming by to look at it. He said the car was no longer available, and asked me some questions about my budget. I made it clear that I have a car that should trade in for around 4,000-5,500 and I would be interested in trading it for a car and that I would not want to go much above the trade-in value. I had about 1,000 in cash and in this area 4,000 to 6,000 can get you a decent older car. He said that they had plenty of cars in that price range that I could see. He kept pushing me to come in that day, but I set up an appointment for the following day. I came by with my car to get it appraised. The inside of the dealership was a little dirty and smelled like smoke. The paint on the pillars was cracked and layered and even the art above the TV was totally stained and the TV was playing so loud I couldn't hear them talking to me. Keshawn was really nice at first and he was very professional. He looked at my car, took it for a ride around the block, and checked my title to make sure it was legit. However, when he went back in he did not bother to lock my car. I am a Seattle native and this area is not really the best, and it is just common courtesy to lock a car in this situation. He quickly handed me off to Muhammed, who did not listen at all to what sort of car I was interested in. Things went downhill from here. I told him my price range, that I had seen cars advertised online for these prices here. He told me they sell nothing in that range and asked if I would be interested in financing. I said no, I would prefer to just trade my car depending on their appraisal value, and to find something close to that price to trade it for. He told me that they would have something a "little" more expensive. He went outside for a while and looked at the cars and came back suggesting cars nothing like what I wanted. Firstly, I had said the cars I liked were German made but I also like certain Toyota models. The cars he suggested to me were an overpriced Civic and some sort of Kia. I asked him how much the cars cost and he kept trying to get me to ride in them first. Finally he told me the prices and I was shocked. He said they were in my price range, but they were almost triple that! He also tried to get me to fill out paperwork so they could get me approved for a loan--long before I knew the prices of the car or the price they would offer for my car I was trying to sell! He gave me a long and humiliating speech explaining to me how credit works.......I know how it works, I work in the financing and insurance field. Finally I just told him that I wanted to think about it and asked for him to give my keys back. He kept pushing me into trying to agree to a financing plan and to test drive the overpriced cars that I had no interest in. It finally took my boyfriend telling him that we needed to go for him to back off and get my keys. We were joking on the way home that he was holding my keys as ransom. The weird thing is they had VWs and Audis in the lot and I may have even considered a payment plan for one if I actually liked it a lot, but he was pressuring me to look at a Kia or Civic. Overall the experience here was very unprofessional. Reading the reviews on here made me glad I trusted my gut instinct to leave before they could get me to sign any papers. read more

Worst dealership I have ever been to they sold me a car with a branded title which means the insurance paid a 100% to have that car totaled which means the price dropped 50% automatically they sold it to me at full price and never disclosed it had a branded title and that there was frame damage. I love these people! I bought my RX8 there in October. They took my protege as a trade in even though it had some serious body damage. It was a painless and fast transaction.. After three months the engine blew and I was fighting with the warranty company who didn't want to pay for it or a rental. After calling Jennifer at the dealership in a panic she fixed everything. She assured me that I wouldn't be responsible for any of the cost and they even gave me a loaner to drive while my car was being fixed. She stayed in contact with me the entire time and even gave me her cell number while she was on vacation if I needed anything. As a circuit race track driver, I was looking for a daily driver that I wouldn't have to bash on; Saw this Infiniti G35 well in my budget and wanted to check it out. I had to work very soon and had errands to run and was told by a guy that he'd make a trip here with the car to "test drive the car" (Knowing that I had to work soon), so I was eagerly waiting for the arrival. I got the call that the person arrived... to my surprise... it was a poor kid that was sent in a Prius all the way to my home to "pick me up and to go THERE for a test drive" which was not what I had in mind, so he called the dude named "Gokul" and put me up on the phone. As soon as I explained that I wasn't going to have the time to go there, he blew up on me on the phone and was very angry. SO. I told him I was backing out of the deal because it was starting to waste my time. I would have very much drive to the dealership myself when I had the time. 1/10 I am very disappointed in that adult and his service and I feel very sorry for the poor Prius guy. read more

Found a car on car gurus and called them and asked them if they had in-house financing.Talked to a guy he told me the car is there and they can do financing. Made an appointment at 3:30 and went there the guy didn't had any clue what car i was talking about so i showed him on his website he told me the car was in tacoma as it had some problems. Then talked about price went away told me wait came back told me he has another car stick shift if i want to test drive it and was trying to convince me the feeling was same. The car was priced 6999 and then we went away again for 10 mins told me nothing stood up and left came back told me if i want that car it has some engine problems i should care about it. Then went again somewhere and came back after 5 min told me they can sell me that car for 9000 as they paid 11000 for the car. Hahah the price increased 2000 as i asked for in-house financing and the loan interest was 29% hahah i was laughing and told him with respect i am good with the car i cant afford that much. He told me let me figure out something and again went for 5 min and told me thats the offer and i told i am good i don't want the car and after i kept on telling for two three times he told me okay and have a nice day. My wife and I received their "you may be a winner" BS in the mail and need to buy a new car, so we decided to check them out. BIG mistake! Our actual salesman was tolerable, but that's about it. The problems: - No prices actually on the cars. This is a common tactic, so prices can be boosted "on the fly" for customers with deeper pockets. Nor am I willing to wait as individual cars are brought up to the office; are you f*cking kidding me?! Who has time to look at multiple vehicles like that? How hard is it to maintain a list (that I know you already have, anyway)? - Complete failure to listen to customer requirements. "$13,000 or under" is NOT unclear. - Ridiculous foot-dragging and a snotty attitude, once the sales manager realized we were not going to buy. It took 10 minutes and a threat to become "extremely loud" to recover our current vehicle's registration, which they'd been using to check for trade-in value. He then illegally denied us copies of the credit report they had just run (and promised us copies of, in the 1st place). Stay far, far away; "shady" isn't the half of it. Despite insisting that I would come back tomorrow, I was "rushed" into the purchase. I made sure that I had 24 hours in which I could have the car inspected. Best thing I could have done. Despite appearing to be in good condition, the car had MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUES. It cost me $200 to find this out when a little bit of honesty on their part might have gone a long way. Repeated questions on my part were met with assurances that this car was a bargain, but clearly they were being less than honest. Juan, the finance guy, was very nice. While I found the sales staff at this dealership OK to deal with, the clerical staff was horrid. This was a cash purchase and I clearly told them how I wanted the car titled. They messed up the paperwork and then assured me they would fix it. They gave me new paperwork showing the correct titling but then filed all of the paperwork with the state with the wrong information so the car title and registration was incorrect. After contacting them numerous times, I finally got a call back from the woman who was supposedly handling this and she once again assured me she would take care of it. Two weeks later, I get a document in the mail from them that I need to sign in order for them to fix their mistake. I sent a letter back with the signed form expressing my dissatisfaction and asking for someone to call me to discuss. Needless to say, I never heard from anyone. Now I have finally received a new registration and it is still wrong! So now I have a title under one name, a registration under another name and will probably have to spend most of an afternoon down at the Licensing division fixing this problem. We had a variety of other problems during the process as well but the registration and titling issue has now being dragging on for almost 3 months and they still didn't get it right. Went there to look at a few cars. The first one I wanted to test drive wouldn't even start and after jumping it a few times, kept stalling then dying. He said he was going to have the battery changed then proceeded to leave me outside for 30 minutes. (not checking in once). I left, irritated. Sales man decided to call me a day after to see if I was still interested in the car and if I wanted to drive down again to test drive. NOPE. I do not recommend this place. read more

I will explain why I would prefer customers to shop somewhere else for a reliable vehicle. After I purchased the vehicle, 20 mins later it shut down on me on I5 right in the middle of rush hour. I call the sales man who sold me the vehicle and he had to come a give me a jump, this happened at least three times before we made it home. You can ask him to confirm. He swore it was just the battery because the car has been sitting a long time. Which he was wrong, I had to purchased a 248.00 dollar alternator, plus labor. Then come to find out the battery wasnt secured properly in the car, had to spend another 35.00 on a battery hold down bar, plus firestone had to replace the battery wires and posts because of they were worn and decay Plus loose from the battery bouncing around under the hood. Also the oil regulator sensors or the oil pump may be bad. Now you understand? I want tell you the tow cost from when the car stopped on my wife and children. I will also like to add the car I wanted to buy , your salesman told me it was mechanically unsafe, wven though it was advertised. If you are advertising an unsafe vehicle and sold me a unsafe vehicle, what does that say about your "certified mechanics " and your moral value. Putting unsafe cars on the road could cause death, my life is worth more than three thousand dollars. read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with used car dealers and I have bought about 8 used cars in my lifetime. First of all as someone else has already mentioned the cars are filthy. They have trash on the floor, windows so dirty you can't see out of them, sticky door knobs etc..... Secondly, the made promises to fix things and didn't follow through. They promised to fix some problems related to thermostat and EPC lights coming on. When we came to get the car on Saturday, they said they had done the work but couldn't produce the paperwork because the secretaries weren't in. Not more than 6 hours after driving off the lot, engine warning lights, EPC (Volkswagen), and brake lights were coming on. Took the car in and ended up paying $500 dollars worth of work to include: thermostat, and a lot of electrical work because when First National replaced the stereo the messed up the wires. Had to replace the battery, it was on its last bit of power. Oh and did I mention....THE PASSENGERS SIDE WINDOW FELL INTO THE DOOR WELL THE FIRST TIME WE TRIED TO ROLL IT DOWN! As if they wouldn't know that was a problem. We have now put over $800 dollars into this car in less than a week of having it. If we had known all the problems it had we would not have purchased it. They were very dishonest in divulging info on the car and because of that we paid way too much for the car. The salesman gave us a written promise that some work would be done to fix the cruise control and then when we got there the "big boss" Kali said that the salesman had no authority to promise that and they could not honor the promise.
