Melissa was our server. She was very nice and provided good service. Our drinks took a little while to get to us, but the watermelon drink was delicious. I loved the French toast. The açaí bowl was great but didn't know it came with peanut butter bread but it was a nice touch! Our omelet came with salad wasn't told about that. But overall it was good food. Very disappointed! I've been to other first watch's and they were much better. The service was terrible, from the host not even greeting us to our apathetic waitress who barely reacted when my husband found a hair in his potatoes. No apology at all. I asked for my poached eggs to have a runny yolk and they were raw, runny whites! I know that's a risk, but surely an egg place should be able to cook eggs. This was my first time trying this place & I can definitely say it was AMAZING. The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was great. I had the farmhouse hash which was really yummy and super filling. It comes with a side of toast and seasonal fruit which was very refreshing. I also had the avocado toast which was loooooooaded with avocado so if you're a fan of avocado, i recommend you check it out. The bill was pretty cheap, so well worth the money. On vacation with a girlfriend. We wanted a place to eat that seemed healthy and inexpensive. We were greeted by the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. Our waiter was so sweet. The food was absolutely awesome. We had the Healthy Turkey breakfast omelet and the avocado toast. There was enough avocado for four sandwiches. We were so impressed. They did not skimp. We also had fresh fruit and coffee. They left the pot at the table. We had a hard time leaving because the staff was so friendly and talkative. I am new to South Florida so I've been to First Watch in Longwood Florida near Orlando. First Watch is always my favorite but I realize that no matter how good a company is South Florida ruins their reputation. South Florida has customer service issues. The food was great but the service was terrible. They were very polite but my service was not comparable to the other tables around me. Customer service is important to me and with thousands of restaurants in the vicinity I can spend my money elsewhere. This is very close to me and I've noticed that it's a new restaurant so I decided to try it out. I put myself on the waitlist on the yelp app (very clutch) and showed up on time. I was seated immediately. I noticed that the restaurant is very clean and the decor was simple yet subtle. My waiter was very polite and knew the menu very well however the time it took to receive my food and the check was unbearably long. To the point where I had to ask for my check numerous times. It was an inconvenience to me when I noticed that I was charged for the wake up tea drink that I never got. It was taken off but what if I hadn't noticed it on the check. The breakfast sandwich I got was very basic. It wasn't worth how much it was. The potatoes as you can see in my pic had burnt pieces in it. Also the chocolate chip pancakes were also burnt. That all seemed to go well. We ordered our child's meal first and then the server came back and took our order. We waited about 35 minutes for our food to arrive. In that time the tables on both sides of us were sat, orders taken, and they finished their food before we received ours. Was only given two water glasses for four people. Had to ask multiple times for additional items(napkins, hot sauce, water glasses) I ordered the elevated egg sandwich with extra bacon. When the food finally arrived the yolk was popped and all over the bottom of the plate making it difficult to pick up and eat. Potatoes we very under cooked, did not eat them. Such a great place to start your day! Our breakfast here was very enjoyable. My husband had the AM Superfood bowl, it was filing and you have such a good conscience eating it too! I had the Lemon Ricotta Multigrain pancakes which were so delicious light and fluffy. Our turn around time was only 10 minutes or so and every server was kind and welcoming. The wait was like 35 minutes but even once we ordered the food took about 35-45 min to come out and all we ordered were like eggs, waffles and potatoes. We used the no wait app but still had to wait about 20 minutes when we got there because the larger parties didn't want to move. Food has been inconsistent, each time I've been there some of the orders at the table were served incorrectly. I return only because I truly enjoyed The Elevated Egg Sandwich. But no more. It's never been as good as the first time. They also have a hard time accommodating nut allergies, like substituting real butter for almond butter. I liked the food here a lot. We came for breakfast on a Thursday around 8:30am. We were seated right away. I liked that the menu was different, as I mostly visit bagel/breakfast type shops when I'm in the area. I ordered the market skillet. I wasn't in the mood for breakfast meat and when I saw goat cheese I was sold. I signed up( the day before) on the website and received a b1g1 free coupon. I began eating my skillet and while it was super tasty, I did not see the goat cheese. I mentioned it to the server and she told me that they were out of goat cheese. Really? Why wouldn't you tell me that before you served me, to give me the option to change my order. She asked me if I wanted some feta and brought it to me, after I finished my meal. The one thing that I also didn't enjoy, was the way they scrambled the egg. I don't care for bits of white to show. They didn't scramble them well enough before cooking. Minor issue, but an issue.
