Absolutely idiotic management and terrible service. We were a party of two and arrived during a busy time of day, put our names on the list, told a ~20 min and waited. And waited. And waited. 40 minutes later and after seeing a slew of parties who arrived well after us seated before us, we asked and were rudely told those people probably showed up earlier and put their names on the list or app and just came back. Problem is that's a lie. At least a few of the parties were seated next us waiting and discussing how they just showed up, etc. What a total waste. Very nice and comfy decor. But services is slow . Hostess doesnt know what she's doing , keep talking to other co worker. Some busboy took the drink and didn't tell the server and the server not being told he has a table and only until we call him over then only he realizes that we are there. Drink took 10 min to get here . Way too long . There is 5-6 tables with 2-3 servers at that time. Food was seating at the food counter and the server kept talking to other customers. And we have to ask the server to check on our food then only he stop talking and bring our food over. Unacceptable. Food portion is small. We spent total of $30 for breakfast and left hungry . My First time @ First Watch... Nice place very comfortable. My Waitress was very nice and promptly served me. Coffee wasn't bad and my order was almost perfect. Several workers stopped by and said How are you? and I replied that I was ok but I needed to speak to my waitress. No one ever asked if my food was correct. After I asked two different people to send over my waitress still She never returned to my table to check if my order was correct. Someone even shows up with a bill and it was not her. There is nothing like waiting 45 minutes on your Sunday morning to eat somewhere. Then when you sit down waiting another 45 to NEVER get your food. Yep !! That is exactly what I said, " I never got my food." This place was a nightmare the manager kept seating large parties and moving people offering complimentary drinks to put tables together to seat even larger parties to back the kitchen up even more. The waitress was super sweet she even bought out complimentary muffins after 45 minutes of waiting for food. WE were a party of 5 and I had my 2 y/o daughter. So, you know how it is they mentally check out after they never get there food. I literally after 50 minutes of the WRONG food coming to our table. Picked her up and walked out of my party. This place did not open yesterday and it is a corporate restaurant you should have your act together by now. Stop seating large tables and let your kitchen get some food orders out. Went to this place for the first time this morning with my girlfriend, after not seeing her in awhile because of traveling. It was busy, but still pleasant. Great food, and it came quick too. Would recommend for anybody trying to have some good breakfast in the area. Only thing I would say is that the waitress kept asking us if we're ready to order and then gave us the bill as soon as we ate which made us feel rushed, but it was expected given the amount of people coming in and out. While the food is good most of the time, the staff was really unorganized the one day that I ordered curbside pickup. I arrived at the estimated pickup time and received a text saying they'd let me know when my food was ready, but they never did. After an hour of waiting in the parking lot, I went inside to ask about my order and found out that it had been sitting there a while. The first time the service was not up to par and we waited for a ridiculous amount of time for our order. This time the service was great and our waiter, Bryan, was very attentive and friendly. The food was great. I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich which is an egg with avocado, cheese and bacon served on a brioche bun and a side of potatoes. It was prepared perfectly. My daughter had the Avocado Toast which she enjoyed very much and had a very generous serving of avocado and a basted egg. I'll be sure to return. read more

I ordered the Bacado Omelette while my son ordered (1) Multi Grain Chocolate Chip Pancakes and some Smoked Bacon. The food was served in maybe 8 minutes. My omelette was fluffy (no brown) lots of bacon and Monterey cheese and the avocado was perfect. My sons pancake took the whole plate and was not thick but still fluffy. He was in Bacon heaven. My omelette came with some artisan toast and this homemade jam: I was licking the jam from the soufflé cup (I wanted more and wish they sold it individually to take home) why I have it a 4 stars; I had ordered a large chocolate milk and after 3 times telling my waiter he finally brought my son a small kids size one (my son is 12 years old 5'2" 120lbs- that was a sip) otherwise this place is pleasant, clean, good HEALTHY food and worth the wait. This chain was highly recommended to me but alas, the reality was not worth the trouble. There were so many issues it's hard to know where to start. We had to ask for silverware and napkins which didn't arrive until after we'd received our long-expected food order. Part of our breakfast was cold. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to have a one-course Sunday brunch. Waitress kept wanting to take away our plates and interrupting us to ask, until she'd taken away so many plates we were without silverware to finish our meal. And, be VERY careful if you need to eat gluten-free. I had to return first the toast, which was clearly not gluten-free, and then even the other diner's sandwich arrived on the wrong bread. (By this point, we'd waited a very long time and had had several conversations with the waitress about the gluten-free issue, the level of allergy and the issue of cross-contamination.)
