I went here on a Friday late morning, not really expecting it to be busy, but it was. When I checked in, I was told 25-30min wait. I could sit at the bar of seats became available. After 30minutes passed, I walked up to the hostess to check and she said I was 4th up and it would be maybe 15more minutes. I noticed the patio was pretty empty and there were some empty tables, which just tells me they don't have the staff to fill those tables. Understandable if you've worked in restaurants before. We were finally seated and the waitress was very nice and attentive. Food came fairly quickly, which I was not expecting. Food was very good, did not lack flavor (seasoning). I think the prices were very fair as well and even had some leftover potatoes to take home! I will definitely be back, but will plan my timing better and get on the waitlist quicker. I have eaten at First Watch in Delray Beach Fl many times and came away feeling great. Good food, good service. I convinced my friends to have lunch at First Watch on Craig Road North Las Vegas and it didn't live up to my praise. Service was slow. Food was mediocre and just warm. My eggs benedict was the biggest disappointment because the bread used was hard as a rock on one side of the slice. The waitress apologized and gave me a $5 coupon to use towards my bill. Amen. But today I went to the Blue Skillet in Las Vegas on Nellis and had eggs benedict and what a difference! Viola! Hollandaise sauce was excellent - tasty and creamy and the eggs were larger plus the hash browns covered the rest of my dish. What a great meal for less than First Watch. Don't bother with their online waitlist. They don't even put you on it until you arrive. Says 5-15 minute wait initially , go to enter your name and it changes to 20-30 minute wait. Sign up. Food was OK, I'm not a fan that the food came out late and cold. And then when I asked them if I can get it redone, they literally just reheated it and it was a bit burned. It was extremely packed when I was here. The check-in process was a little bit complicated because I checked in online to get reservations. On the website, it said that it's about a 40 to 75 minute wait. I got to the location. And I was standing there for about 30 minutes. When I noticed all these people who came in in person were getting seated before me. I asked the guy what was happening, and then he told me that I failed to check in in person once I got here. It was our first time at this new breakfast place on Craig, and it was such a nice experience! Big and clean place with modern decor. The food was surprisingly good. I had the "Works" omelette and appreciated the 3 kinds of meats and loads of mushrooms. The fried potatoes came out warm and crunchy, and the wheat toast with apricot(?} jam was yummy. Hubby got the huge chocolate chip pancake with eggs his way and 2 sausage patties. I am so glad that such a nice sit-down place opened on Craig instead of the typical fast food joints. This place closes after lunch, but there was plenty of staff around to wait on you. We will definitely be back and bringing our family. read more

I've visited here a few times and today of all days the service was terrible. I can ten as soon as the waiter came to take the order I wouldn't enjoy the service, not very welcoming, short answered and didn't seem like he cared about servicing today. I ordered my food it came out wrong, I asked for bacon he said I asked for sausage. I know I didn't because I don't eat sausage, that off back him being argumentative with me telling me what I said rubbed me the wrong way. He also brought me two slices of French toast w/ out even asking me if that's what I wanted usually they'll say do you want one or two he assumed. My friend never got her potatoes. I just knew he wasn't listening to the order anyways. He was a fat wyt server and I asked for a manager because I didn't like his tone. The manager was nice about it and tried to rectify the issues but at this point I was disgusted I told them I didn't want anything and left. RUDE General Manager, Ms RICHI BROWN. This was our second time visiting the restaurant. The first time was a very good experience friendly staff, good service and good food. The second time on Monday Dec 1st was not a great experience. We had a breakfast business meeting. The initial waiter took our order, One order was for the Traditional breakfast with over hard eggs, but received scrambled eggs. The second waiter bought the breakfast out whereas we kindly told her that we order the eggs over hard. The second waiter quickly got irritated and proceeded to "raise" her voice giving me a complete summary/education of the difference in how they cook eggs. We all couldn't believe it. To top it off the second waiter was the General Manager, Ms RICHI BROWN. This was RUDE and totally unnecessary. No apology was never extended, as she simply went on to the next table, rude business as usual. read more

I really wanted to enjoy this experience we never saw our waitress the section she was assigned too other tables were waiting and 30 minutes before finally someone did say she take our order. Food was just ok. We were there waiting quite sometime before we got our bill. No manager ever came by to check up on the tables that were waiting or at least offer some reprieve or assign a new server. That would've made a difference at least in our experience we wont return. read more

We came 9/21/2025 at around 11am. The hostess at the front made a big deal that we had a baby included in our party. I put that we had 6 people but I didn't think to add the baby (1 year old) as a person because she would sit at the end anyways in a high chair. The hostess told us "if it has a heartbeat, it needs a seat" and ran around talking to different staff members seemingly trying to rearrange us. At the end, she ended up seating us where we were originally supposed to sit and put the high chair at the end. I feel like it didn't have to be such a big deal and at 1st left a bad impression. Top 10 worst service of my life, we sat at our table for 30 minutes as numerous servers walk by and no one bothered to ask if we have been served. then we had to flag down a waitress and ask if we could be served. Finally, after another 5 minutes we got served. Food was decent, had half a tree next to my omelette. Only got checked on once and only got 1 refill for the coke we had. When we went to pay, we were told we couldn't use a gift card because there was a military discount already applied, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Ok place just opened so had to try it. Food was blah, They only had stevia as a sugar substitute and the sugar packets didn't even dissolve in the iced tea. My son ordered cold brew coffee and they served it as iced coffee so don't know why they had separate menu options for that. I got a chorizo omelet that had very little chorizo but probably a full onion worth of grilled onions. The omelet was about half the size of other places.
