I love the lavender lemonade. However, my overall experience with this place was disappointing. I visited three weekends in a row because the food was good the first time. The kitchen staff has a long way to go in terms of getting the food out promptly and not being burnt. The next two visits were unfortunately not that great in terms of food. The biscuit was overcooked and drenched in gravy. The million dollar bacon that was ordered as an appetizer always came late. We waited so long the first time that the lady next to us who came after asked where our food was. Fortunately , the manager took care of the bill that day. Upon my last visit, we were told this location is still struggling. The waiter on our first visit suggested we go during the week. Was so excited to have a First Watch in Vegas after we had visited one in Arizona over the summer.(Amazing time at Arizona location) Our service here was not great. The lady at the counter wasn't very friendly and seemed overwhelmed. We had Kelsey and she was not attentive at all. She made a snarky comment when we had mentioned that we had been seated for quite awhile and hadn't received our food yet. My mother said, "We've been waiting for a long time for our food." To which she said, "No you haven't, it's a full house." Not the correct way to talk to a customer. Regardless of it being a full house, had she stopped by to ask if we needed anything or refill our cups or even say that she'll check on our food, we got nothing. The food nonetheless, was great. What a waste. They had us an estimated wait of 30 min and then took over an hour just for them to tell us it's over another 30 min wait. Just cause they had a party of 15 people taking over half the restaurant. If you have that much of a party, close down to the public. Or at just let us know. This was a waste of time. Walked into first watch in the middle of the work day for a late breakfast/early lunch. The restaurant was pretty packed with patrons; I was greeted promptly by the hostess who advised I could self sit at the coffee bar. The restaurant is pretty spacious and sitting by the coffee bar is as able to watch the employees prep their in house coffees and juices. I ordered the chia seed pudding entree which came with an almond butter toast ...10/10! I also ordered a side of their chicken and apple sausage patty....15/10!! The hostess was amazing. The wait was long more so because of the lack of urgency when cleaning tables than it being busy. We got sat at 1:10 approximately, ordered a mimosa and didn't receive it until 1:30pm. We received our food but couldn't eat it because we didn't have utensils. They ran out and we had to wait to get plastic utensils. How do you run out of utensils? Food was good though I'll give them that. Service was so-so for no one being in the restaurant. -last time again did wait list. Again said 15-20 minute wait with 15 ppl ahead. Came in 20 minutes later and went to the host stand to be told it's a 40 minute wait and guess what 15 ppl ahead. I guess the host and app are trained to say the same thing. First time here this weekend. Great food, but the service was disappointing. Our server, Marvin, didn't check on us unless we flagged him down. We had empty plates and cups sitting on our table for about 15 minutes with no attention, and we never received drink refills without asking. He also didn't ask how our food was or if we needed anything, and he failed to mention that we had to pay up front when he brought the receipt. There wasn't much friendliness from him either, no smile or sense of hospitality. He seemed more concerned with chatting with other servers then checking on his guests. Everything at First Watch was amazing - from the customer service to the food! I ordered the Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos and my fiancé had the Biscuits and Gravy with seasoned potatoes. We came in as a party of 9, host said an hour and a half wait with multiple empty tables inside and outside. We waited because we have been looking forward to trying this place. Everytime we checked in he acted like he didn't know who we were. We waited the full hour and a half and I think the only reason we got seated was because we came up to ask, and suddenly the table could be ready in 2 minutes. No apology, no thanks for waiting. Host seemed like he just didn't want to seat us. Overheard someone tell him our table was ready, and he still waited like 5 minutes to seat us. Also noticed multiple parties coming in and getting seated with no wait. Asked for water for the table, did not come, had to ask for it again 20 minutes later. When the water came they brought us enough water for 2 people. Dirty cups, with lipstick stains on them. Missing so many things we ordered. Seemed like the server didn't even know what we had ordered. Food was good, but not worth the hassle. One person didn't get their food until we were pretty much done eating. Drinks were ok. No one checked on us while eating. Ordered a side, asked for it twice, it never came, and they still tried to charge us for it. read more

The GM bought us our plates whereas we kindly explained that we ordered over hard eggs. - She sarcastically gave us a summary/education on the difference of over easy eggs to over hard eggs in the middle of our business meeting, We were all stunned!, Then she proceeded to go to the next table then rudely waited on them. This GM needs hospitality training and common sense training for common courtesy. This problems obviously carry's over to the staff since there is a high turnover for waiters in the restaurant. Once we were seated by the host, the services ended there. We stayed seated for over 20 minutes. No one came to greet us thereafter; not even offerings of water or coffee. So we sat. Lots of staff walked past us as if we were invisible. Granted the place was packed with customers so we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. So we wondered who was in charge of this section? Other customers were eating their meal but each time I tried to tried to get attention of the blond waitress, my signal failed. The server suggested the potatoes over the greens that came with my omelet.. strange, greens with an omelet.... Her suggestion was spot on! Very good! I had the Works omelet. It was just ok. The "works" (meat) was cut into large pieces so you didn't really get to taste the goodies with every bite, some bites were only mushrooms or just sausage. Ham was just a small quantity. The onions were just clumped in the middle and not across the omelet. I won't have that again. The coffee was string for me, but I'm sure others will enjoy that. I didn't complain due to its a new restaurant and they are in the learning stage. After finishing our meal we get our bill it was $46.75. Two waffles, two sides of bacon and two coffees. I had to apologize to my BF for spending his hard earned money to such a small meal. I paid the tip because I couldn't see another penny coming out of his pocket. Don't go! I first want to say I was completely WOWED by the food that I got! I got the Smoked Salmon Frittata and my boyfriend got the Chorizo Chilaquiles. The frittata came with a side of greens, which I would normally swap for potatoes, but the greens added a nice fresh touch to it. The frittata itself was super flavorful and the portion size was perfect! We also got the Million Dollar Bacon which was a 10/10. On the other hand, there were some downsides. The chilaquiles tasted good, but the portion was pretty large, so if you're looking for something very filling, that's a good choice. We also ordered the Mint Mocha Iced Coffee, and for some reason, it honestly tasted like someone put Bailey's in there, and for a sober couple, it was not our cup of tea (or coffee lol). The ambience was great, very brunch vibes, but I will say the service was a bit slower than I'd prefer, the server wasn't super attentive, and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper AND paper towel. Prices were appropriate, though. Overall a 7/10 experience, I'll be visiting again to try more of their menu. read more

I ordered the Carmel pecan latte and like she said, it was delish! We each got the 2 for $12.99 special. Half a sandwich with soup or salad. I got the Ham with Guyere cheese on a parmesan crusted bread , my friend the turkey avocado. We both got the honey pecan salad Absolutely delish. Ambiance was acceptable, lively. We wanted to check out the vibe and we were not too hungry. We had free coffee since it was the opening week. First off, any place that serves pancakes should have warm syrup, and this place does!
