I love the lavender lemonade. However, my overall experience with this place was disappointing. I visited three weekends in a row because the food was good the first time. The kitchen staff has a long way to go in terms of getting the food out promptly and not being burnt. The next two visits were unfortunately not that great in terms of food. The biscuit was overcooked and drenched in gravy. The million dollar bacon that was ordered as an appetizer always came late. We waited so long the first time that the lady next to us who came after asked where our food was. Fortunately , the manager took care of the bill that day. Upon my last visit, we were told this location is still struggling. The waiter on our first visit suggested we go during the week. Was so excited to have a First Watch in Vegas after we had visited one in Arizona over the summer.(Amazing time at Arizona location) Our service here was not great. The lady at the counter wasn't very friendly and seemed overwhelmed. We had Kelsey and she was not attentive at all. She made a snarky comment when we had mentioned that we had been seated for quite awhile and hadn't received our food yet. My mother said, "We've been waiting for a long time for our food." To which she said, "No you haven't, it's a full house." Not the correct way to talk to a customer. Regardless of it being a full house, had she stopped by to ask if we needed anything or refill our cups or even say that she'll check on our food, we got nothing. The food nonetheless, was great. Walked into first watch in the middle of the work day for a late breakfast/early lunch. The restaurant was pretty packed with patrons; I was greeted promptly by the hostess who advised I could self sit at the coffee bar. The restaurant is pretty spacious and sitting by the coffee bar is as able to watch the employees prep their in house coffees and juices. I ordered the chia seed pudding entree which came with an almond butter toast ...10/10! I also ordered a side of their chicken and apple sausage patty....15/10!! I've had chicken and apple sausages elsewhere (apparently it's a trend) but these by far were the best I've had. read more

Barbacoa chilaquiles were absolutely terrible! This was my first time here, and it definitely will be my last. They used chips from a bag, and then they added some nasty red sauce on top of them. They even put avocado on top to make it look pretty. Please put effort into the taste of your food, not just the appearance. That's what I get for trying new places. Everything at First Watch was amazing - from the customer service to the food! I ordered the Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos and my fiancé had the Biscuits and Gravy with seasoned potatoes. The barbacoa meat is absolutely to die for, and the seasoned potatoes were perfectly seasoned. Kaloni was an amazing server who made our visit even better. We came in as a party of 9, host said an hour and a half wait with multiple empty tables inside and outside. We waited because we have been looking forward to trying this place. Everytime we checked in he acted like he didn't know who we were. We waited the full hour and a half and I think the only reason we got seated was because we came up to ask, and suddenly the table could be ready in 2 minutes. No apology, no thanks for waiting. Host seemed like he just didn't want to seat us. Overheard someone tell him our table was ready, and he still waited like 5 minutes to seat us. Also noticed multiple parties coming in and getting seated with no wait. Asked for water for the table, did not come, had to ask for it again 20 minutes later. When the water came they brought us enough water for 2 people. Dirty cups, with lipstick stains on them. Missing so many things we ordered. Seemed like the server didn't even know what we had ordered. Food was good, but not worth the hassle. One person didn't get their food until we were pretty much done eating. Drinks were ok. No one checked on us while eating. Ordered a side, asked for it twice, it never came, and they still tried to charge us for it. read more

The GM bought us our plates whereas we kindly explained that we ordered over hard eggs. - She sarcastically gave us a summary/education on the difference of over easy eggs to over hard eggs in the middle of our business meeting, We were all stunned!, Then she proceeded to go to the next table then rudely waited on them. This GM needs hospitality training and common sense training for common courtesy. This problems obviously carry's over to the staff since there is a high turnover for waiters in the restaurant. Not impressed with customer service. All smiles no service at our first visit to patronize this new restaurant. As true foodies, we often look for new restaurants in our area. Once we were seated by the host, the services ended there. We stayed seated for over 20 minutes. No one came to greet us thereafter; not even offerings of water or coffee. So we sat. Lots of staff walked past us as if we were invisible. Granted the place was packed with customers so we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. So we wondered who was in charge of this section? Other customers were eating their meal but each time I tried to tried to get attention of the blond waitress, my signal failed. The server suggested the potatoes over the greens that came with my omelet.. strange, greens with an omelet.... Her suggestion was spot on! Very good! I had the Works omelet. It was just ok. The "works" (meat) was cut into large pieces so you didn't really get to taste the goodies with every bite, some bites were only mushrooms or just sausage. Ham was just a small quantity. The onions were just clumped in the middle and not across the omelet. I won't have that again. The coffee was string for me, but I'm sure others will enjoy that. I didn't complain due to its a new restaurant and they are in the learning stage. After finishing our meal we get our bill it was $46.75. Two waffles, two sides of bacon and two coffees. I had to apologize to my BF for spending his hard earned money to such a small meal. I paid the tip because I couldn't see another penny coming out of his pocket. Don't go! I first want to say I was completely WOWED by the food that I got! I got the Smoked Salmon Frittata and my boyfriend got the Chorizo Chilaquiles. The frittata came with a side of greens, which I would normally swap for potatoes, but the greens added a nice fresh touch to it. The frittata itself was super flavorful and the portion size was perfect! We also got the Million Dollar Bacon which was a 10/10. On the other hand, there were some downsides. The chilaquiles tasted good, but the portion was pretty large, so if you're looking for something very filling, that's a good choice. We also ordered the Mint Mocha Iced Coffee, and for some reason, it honestly tasted like someone put Bailey's in there, and for a sober couple, it was not our cup of tea (or coffee lol). The ambience was great, very brunch vibes, but I will say the service was a bit slower than I'd prefer, the server wasn't super attentive, and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper AND paper towel. Prices were appropriate, though. Overall a 7/10 experience, I'll be visiting again to try more of their menu. read more

My friend and I really enjoyed our brunch on yesterday. Meleta was an amazing server with an awesome personality. She expressed knowledge of the coffe drinks as well as the food. I ordered the Carmel pecan latte and like she said, it was delish! We each got the 2 for $12.99 special. Half a sandwich with soup or salad. We arrived at 7am, when it opened. We were immediately greeted and seated. We ordered pancakes, donut holes with 2 types of dip, and a breakfast sandwich. We wanted to check out the vibe and we were not too hungry. We had free coffee since it was the opening week. First off, any place that serves pancakes should have warm syrup, and this place does! I went here on a Friday late morning, not really expecting it to be busy, but it was. When I checked in, I was told 25-30min wait. I could sit at the bar of seats became available. After 30minutes passed, I walked up to the hostess to check and she said I was 4th up and it would be maybe 15more minutes. I noticed the patio was pretty empty and there were some empty tables, which just tells me they don't have the staff to fill those tables. Understandable if you've worked in restaurants before. We were finally seated and the waitress was very nice and attentive. Food came fairly quickly, which I was not expecting. Food was very good, did not lack flavor (seasoning). I think the prices were very fair as well and even had some leftover potatoes to take home! I will definitely be back, but will plan my timing better and get on the waitlist quicker. I convinced my friends to have lunch at First Watch on Craig Road North Las Vegas and it didn't live up to my praise. Service was slow. Food was mediocre and just warm. My eggs benedict was the biggest disappointment because the bread used was hard as a rock on one side of the slice. The waitress apologized and gave me a $5 coupon to use towards my bill. Amen. But today I went to the Blue Skillet in Las Vegas on Nellis and had eggs benedict and what a difference! Viola! Hollandaise sauce was excellent - tasty and creamy and the eggs were larger plus the hash browns covered the rest of my dish. What a great meal for less than First Watch. I can ten as soon as the waiter came to take the order I wouldn't enjoy the service, not very welcoming, short answered and didn't seem like he cared about servicing today. I ordered my food it came out wrong, I asked for bacon he said I asked for sausage. I know I didn't because I don't eat sausage, that off back him being argumentative with me telling me what I said rubbed me the wrong way. He also brought me two slices of French toast w/ out even asking me if that's what I wanted usually they'll say do you want one or two he assumed. My friend never got her potatoes. I just knew he wasn't listening to the order anyways. He was a fat wyt server and I asked for a manager because I didn't like his tone. The manager was nice about it and tried to rectify the issues but at this point I was disgusted I told them I didn't want anything and left. On the website, it said that it's about a 40 to 75 minute wait. I got to the location. And I was standing there for about 30 minutes. When I noticed all these people who came in in person were getting seated before me. I asked the guy what was happening, and then he told me that I failed to check in in person once I got here.
