This place to me is bougie. The food was good and lots of it, but the selection is limited. They have seasonal menus with had interesting items worth trying. Service was not great. Server asked if we wanted maple syrup or regular syrup and was taken aback when I asked the difference. The answer. They have syrup like what you'd get at the grocery store and the have real maple syrup. Don't be fooled though. They charge almost $2 for the real stuff but they don't tell you that. read more

I never look to leave bad reviews but this left me truly un happy as someone who works in food service. We were seated and took some time for the server to come over, when she eventually did we felt extremely rushed to order our drinks and food at the same time... food comes out in a great time management but unfortunately nothing was hot every was lukewarm at best, flavor and presentation was awesome and the food was good but the entire meal we didn't get a refill nor did we get checked on at all, i ate my entire breakfast without a refill, she comes over asks if everyone is okay and we politely asked for a refill after we were already done eating. She comes back with a refill and the check and tells us have a nice day..... i expected to ordered food to go also but i left and went else before going home. First off this place is decorated so nicely. Finally not a trypical breakfast spot with predictable items. They have fresh juices with a season menu of delectable. Staff was super friendly and on par. We order the bacon/avocado omelette (insane amount of avocado), breakfast tacos, and kids chocolate chip pancake. Everything was AMAZING. All super fresh. And don't skimp and order up the million dollar potatoes- they are to die for. So good. Only downfall was their iced coffee. I got the honey crunch latte- wayyyy too sweet, just not for me. We love this place! We didn't know it closed at 2:30pm and we arrived at 2:05pm. The lady at the cash register was a waitress and not a hostess and she was upset that we were asking her to seat us. She said that she was cashing out and then the hostess walked up so nice and bubbly and sat us at the bar. At the bar is where we met Chalena and Andrew!! The best servers! They were very attentive and prompt and were so nice and friendly to us!! The food was amazing and the drinks were delicious too!! Thank you to your two servers who made our day!! They need a raise!! The food overall was fantastic! The part I did not like was the tall busser with dreads. Me my wife and 2 young daughters sat inside by the door that leads outside. Waiting for our food the tall busser with dreads kept using very vulgar language like it was so loud I'm pretty sure other people heard it. Words like the B word and the N word and it was constant. I found that very disrespectful to my little girls and very unprofessional! He shouldn't be working talking like that. I watched him during the duration of our time eating and he was constantly playing laughing and being loud while the other guy who bussed was working. Beverages were $4 for coffee. The portion size was great - not too large that it was overwhelming, but I didn't leave hungry and had a to-go box. The flavor was wonderful. I was so excited to try First Watch . I was disappointed. We ordered 3 meals to try . First a hot chocolate and Morning Meditation juice -but the server said we are out of the juice -even though you recommended it ? Huh ? Ok I then requested a speciality coffee with oat milk . Sorry they can't do that as the speciality coffees are pre made ok a Coke Zero please /they had that! We ordered speciality food items that were going to be changed next week . This was on the recommendation of our server. Ordered the Chimichurri Steak and Eggs Hash, Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast . Also ordered Monterrey Club Sandwich with Tomato Soup . Ok soup was good , nothing to rave about the sandwich .The hash was a plate of potatoes and cheese , with pieces of steak and I requested over easy eggs. Well the sandwich , soup and French toast came out but had to wait for the Hash for a bit. That's ok -that means it's going to be delicious -not. The eggs were fried hard and where was the steak I only found four pieces. I had to flag a busser to get our server. She said ok she will bring me eggs and some steak. The food comes out and I put the eggs on top and processed to cut into them and they were practically raw. once again I told our server and she said you are right -let me get the manager . The manager comes over -never introduced himself , looks at my eggs and he also concurs . He said I'll take this off your ticket. That was nice of him considering I did not eat it. I took the pieces of steak home I figured I would make my own eggs and steak meal. Also we never received water or a refill of soda. We waited for the server to come by and I gave her my card she said you just go up to the counter and pay. How were we to know that? First Watch opened about three weeks ago and we've already been in three times- once during their Friends & Family event, then to use a BOGO coupon for my birthday, and lastly to pickup takeout. Both offers are available to loyalty club members on their email list -you can join on their website. FW has locations in Texas where my mom lives, so I was somewhat familiar with the brand when I heard they were coming to NLV. The location is spacious and clean with a farmhouse decor scheme and a large patio. Staff are friendly and service is attentive, and they have been busy - join their waitlist online before heading over, or they also offer takeout. So far, we've tried the following dishes: Chickichanga - Chicken, chorizo, eggs, peppers, onions, and cheese, rolled in a crispy tortilla and served with breakfast potatoes. This was our favorite dish by far, lots of flavor and protein, potatoes were crispy and well seasoned, too. Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos - these were my pick, and so good. Trio of tacos with a side of black beans is a good portion size, protein was tender and flavorful, they're topped with pico de gallo for a little kick. Salmon Benedict - not my favorite but good portion size, comes with side of dressed greens. Salmon was a little limited but eggs were perfectly poached and the bread they use is a good size so this is still filling. Trifecta - traditional breakfast plate with your choice of eggs, sweet/carb option (we got a waffle), and protein side (go for the Millionaire bacon). It's basic but good, this was suggested by our server. Biscuits and gravy - a side order is quite large with one halved biscuit and a ladle of turkey gravy. I ordered this for my toddler and she liked it more than expected, ate more than half of the portion. The use of turkey makes the gravy a bit lighter but it still had good flavor. Pancake Kids Meal - large pancake is an easy option for kids, just add syrup and cut up. This comes with a side of fruit and a protein choice, but we subbed more fruit, all of which was fresh. I would suggest they cut the grapes if this is intended for a kids plate since they are a common choking hazard. Cobb Salad - solid if safe option for a healthy lunch, this was fine, and I like that it came with a breadstick. Chicken Pesto Bowl - Sort of a hybrid breakfast and lunch dish, another of their lighter lunch options, I should have asked for the sauce on the side though. Service has been great, they brought out a large, fresh muffin for our daughter when our order was slightly delayed, which was a nice touch. Patio seating is a nice choice with misters running and some shade. Their house coffee (hot) is solid, with several cream and sugar options at the table. Portions are decent, prices are okay - def join their mailing list for promotions and discounts. Two of us went today 9/25/25 for breakfast at 9:30am. This is a GREAT restaurant to add to the area. As you walk to the first door there is a greeter to let the hostess know how many in your party. Then you are taken to your table. The decorations are a modern Farm House vibe. Everyone is friendly and smiling. They have been open for 2 weeks, now and the menu is impressive. Our server was great and we had good service from her. Nice presentation of the food and on nice green plates, not your usual restaurant white. The portions were just right. I had the Bacado ( Omelete with bacon, cheese & avocado). My husband had the Biscuits & Turkey Sausage Gravy with Eggs. Everything was tasty and we will return! She also helped us choose what to order and she nailed it. Loved their bacon. It was a steady flow of people coming in and the turnover was quick. It was nice and quiet and very clean. First impression of the restaurant is very warm and welcoming. Staff was friendly and design of the restaurant itself is very nice. Went to order from their Holiday menu, the Double Bacon Parmesan Hash to be told they do not have potatoes currently. I am not sure how you don't have potatoes at a restaurant that is known for breakfast and your Holiday menu features a dish with potatoes but they're not in stock. Went ahead and ordered Cheesecake Holey Donuts with Nutella along with Million Dollar Bacon for my apps. Donuts were very delicious and packed with flavor as was the Million Dollar Bacon. The bacon had a little kick to it as if it had hot honey on it and was sweet. I would highly recommend these two apps to start. For my main dish went with Elevated Egg Sandwich and changed the bacon on it to Million Dollar Bacon with a side of grits and also got the Chili Chorizo Omelet. Both of these dishes sadly were mediocre, neither really wowed me and the omelet was lacking flavor. The grits were bland and drenched in butter to try and make up for their lack of flavor. I expected a lot more from this place considering it is known for its breakfast and also all the hype that it was getting. I probably wouldn't go back as there are many other breakfast places in Vegas that easily out do First Watch when it comes to breakfast. read more

I placed my order for pick up ,the hostess was the only person that I asked if I had a pick up order then the girl behind counter didn't bother to pass me my order I had to go and get it myself. I just opened a few days ago and was running a 45 minute wait. The restaurant has easy access getting two and plenty of parking available as we enter the building. We got on the waitlist, but my sister took a look to see if there was space at the counter and there was so we didn't have to wait the 45 minutes they were quoting. The atmosphere was pleasant. Music was at a good volume, and everybody seems to be moving around with a purpose . Aliy was our server , pleasant, and very cheerful disposition . Food was amazing as we ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, and the Cobb salad. Both were very delicious full of flavor and pleasant to the eye . We have visit other locations and other states and are happy that first watch is now in Las Vegas. Can't wait for the other openings so that we have options when visiting the establishment . I wasn't to happy with this place it was over priced and the food was terrible. I got runny eggs i asked them to make me better eggs and they brought me new eggs. I'm so glad we got a new breakfast spot in north Las Vegas! This place recently opened up literally around the corner from my house. My mom, sisters & I came here during the grand opening week. We arrived around 8 am and were seated right away. The restaurant was clean, open, and bright which I loved! Service was amazing everyone seemed happy & ready to help. We ordered the waffle meal w/ the million dollar bacon and scrambled eggs, and my sister ordered an omelette. First Watch @ Craig 11:30am First impressions - First days of opening .. hectic, as expected. Joined the wait list enroute five miles away, had our party of two @ #8 on the list and #2 upon arrival .. good timing! We waited about three minutes to be seated, but a walk-in behind us was seated immediately at the counter and another walk-in couple ahead of us was told of a 25 minute wait, so dunno how that works. Early lunch crowd, lots of customers but still open tables. Big, bright, clean, comfortable dining room with booths, tables, counter seating and large covered patio seating and large parking lot which was full! The hostess was smiling, cordial and seated us at our table. We sat for about 15 minutes before being acknowledged, waiting for water, coffee. Lots of busy servers and bus staff moving about. Our waitress finally came, greeted us with a smile and upbeat enthusiasm. My wife asked for an orange juice, the biscuits and gravy plate and I ordered the chorizo omelette. Another five minutes pass before we had our bottle of water, 6oz orange juice and (free for opening week) urn of coffee. Twenty minutes more wait and our server comes to our table to explain that my omelette was not prepared to her liking and she asked for another to be made. Another twenty minutes and our much awaited food arrives! The biscuit and gravy plate was excellent.. soft open faced biscuit covered with hot turkey sausage gravy with spiced hot home fries .. very good! However, my chorizo omelette was not as hot as it should've been, cold, in fact. Served with a single slice of whole grain toast, halved, and a bed of field greens. The chorizo, onions and topping of sour cream made the omelette cold. Didn't return it because I was hungry and didn't want to wait another half hour while my wife ate alone. The items tasted good albeit nothing special, really. I've eaten many times at First Watch in Ohio and was looking forward to First Watch coming to Las Vegas .. this first visit didn't compare but I understand the challenges of opening and will return. The First Watch app offered a free juice, a discount offered when checking out and also has an area for 'Past Orders' which the hostess explained would show on the app after our bill was paid; it's been over 18 hours and the app does not show our orders. As well, when asked if I could use the discount for the juice, the hostess informed us the juice needs to be a premium juice .. which was not mentioned in the discount. Disappointed but will visit again when the frenzy of opening dies down. read more
