Spiked lavender lemonade & classic mimosa

11/10 brunch spot! First and foremost the prices are super reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. PLUSS absolutely delicious!! I had such a hard time choosing, they even had a lot of healthy alternative options for those with restrictions or diets. My beef chiliquiles were sooo flavorful and that barbacoa was so tender. My date got the spiked lavender lemonade and I usually am not a fan of lavender flavor but this was actually perfect. The decor, the vibes and the service were also top notch. Cute little place for-sure

This is our new favorite breakfast spot! Wish there was a location in the northwest but it's worth the drive for now. Everything is very fresh and not your typical soggy breakfast food. I'm obsessed with the million dollar bacon and potatoes. This place can definitely get busy on the weekends so make sure you plan for that or get on the waitlist ahead of time. The service is good, no complaints. The environment is also very open and a good spot to bring a group to without worrying about a loud atmosphere.

Nothing short of fantastic. I got the steak and eggs and shared the blueberry cornbread. Really delicious food and gorgeous presentation! We put our name in before getting to the restaurant because it was the weekend/busy, but we got seated really quick. The service was great too. We got seated with enough time to look at the menu and didn't wait long before our food came out. I highly recommend checking this restaurant out and get that blueberry lemon cornbread.

The reviews don't do this place any justice. Let me start by saying my. Chilaquiles were a big sized portion I would personally love it to have pinto beans but the black beans worked well. The drinks were delicious and very refreshing. The million dollar potatoes were amazing and our server was top notch she came and checked on us a decent amount of times.

This would have been 5 star but... let's start with the things that did not go well. And move on to the good things. First off attitude. I don't appreciate snide comments from staff. That alone will give you a loss of my business. Then here comes the dirty restrooms. Huge pet peeve. So here's is my experience. We came in about an hour before closing to grab a quick bite. No waiting 1/3 of tables with people so no big deal. The host a guy about mid 20's with glasses started making snide comments in a joking tone about his afternoon and having to work. We get seated. Our server took a bit to come over. I asked about the limited time Pineapple Express vs the purple drink. Couldn't get much more info besides it has lavender in it. We ordered water and a Pineapple Express. Which I wouldn't recommend unless you like very subtle flavor. We had questions on bread options for the club and the server couldn't be sure on if we could change the bread. We both ordered the 2 lunch special. He ordered the club sandwich with whole grain bread and a Cobb salad. I had the beef and havarti sandwich with the honey Dijon salad. The food was good. It's a very trendy menu and my bf is a very simple man so it was hard for him to order. When I say simple I mean white bread simple. I don't think he wants to go back. I liked the food but clean bathrooms and upbeat professional service is a must.

First Watch never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. I decided to try the multigrain pancakes for the first time, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I figured "healthy" pancakes couldn't be that good--but wow, was I wrong. They were fluffy and flavorful! We also ordered the chilaquiles, Million Dollar Potatoes, and the Egg White Turkey Omelet, and every dish was spot on. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. It's one of those places where every item that comes to the table makes you want to steal a bite from everyone else's plate. And the fresh juices? Absolutely amazing. You can really taste the freshness! Honestly, they're worth ordering every single time. I'll definitely be back--probably sooner than I should be... maybe even next week!

My family & I frequent here quite often since it is right around the corner from our house. The establishment itself is brand new, very clean, and the service is always great. I'd suggest to use the app to check in online to shorten the wait time, as it does get quite busy especially on weekends. Big open space with ample seating which I love! My go to is the works omelet, the delicious warm donuts, and the sandwich salad combo always hits the spot! If you want fresh hot affordable food, definitely check them out

. Would love to see your First Watch in Summerlin, but also would like to see customer service. We love coming here. The food is great. We travel all the way from Summerlin to go there. I think the biggest issues is the service. We waited for someone to even approach over five minutes before we when we sat down after the food was dropped by the runner the server never came back with a flagger down just to get a check. Would love to see your First Watch in Summerlin, but also would like to see customer service.

I've been to First Watch before in other states so I had an idea of what to expect to see on the menu. This time around I had a really nice experience at First Watch overall. I knew I had to order one of their fresh juices because they're bright, flavorful, and tasted truly fresh. The menu offers a few standard options, but I opted for the Pineapple Express which was a seasonal drink. It was very refreshing and I'd order it again. The Million Dollar Bacon was the star of the show for me though. Perfectly cooked, sweet, savory, and absolutely worth ordering. The Floridian French toast was also really good. Technically it was regular French toast with fruit on top, but I'm picky about my French toast. The bread was fluffy and not soggy. The fruit could have been better. The bananas were on the mushy side but the strawberries and kiwi were fine. The food quality felt fresh and well-prepared, which really stood out. They also served the syrup warm which I absolutely loved. The service was friendly and welcoming once we were seated, and our server was attentive throughout the meal. However, when we first arrived, it did take a while for us to be acknowledged and seated and it wasn't busy, which was a bit disappointing. After that initial delay, everything ran smoothly and the rest of the experience was enjoyable. Despite the slow start, I would definitely come back for the food alone, especially for the juices and that Million Dollar Bacon. If you sign up for the emails you'll likely get a BOGO entree around your birthday which is a nice perk too!

I heard good things about this place, so thought I'd give it a try. I'm going to start with some things that can improve. My friend and I arrived around 10:05am on a Saturday and put our name down. The hostess said the wait will about about 10 mins. It was hard to believe because a lot of people were waiting at the waiting area and outside. At about 10:25, we decided to check if our table was ready, and the hostess said it was going to be about 10 mins, or so another 10 mins. Needless to say, our total wait time was about 30 mins. I don't know why the hostess kept saying 10 mins when she could've just said the wait would be about 20-30 mins. I ordered the steak and eggs hash with chimichurri. The flavor was good; however, there was very little steak with this dish. I felt like I went on a treasure hunt to find the very few and small pieces of steak, which was very disappointing. There was hardly any steak at all and a lot of potatoes and onions with the eggs. Million dollar bacon has a unique sweet and spicy taste to it. I love how huge the pancakes are. 1 pancake is shareable between two people. The blueberry pancakes were delicious. Also, I inhaled the honey caramel crunch iced latte. It had the perfect amount of sweetness.

I've been seeing First Watch pop up all over the valley and finally got a chance to check it out with some girlfriends yesterday. What a clean and beautiful restaurant. We tried the Mint Mocha Iced Coffee, Cold Brew with Oat Milk, and Honey Caramel Crunch Coffee, and all were divine! Both my friends had the Chimichurri Steak and Eggs Hash and I had the A.M. Superfoods Bowl. AND, we got the Blueberry Lemon Cornbread (the answer is yes, you must!) for the table. We loved everything we got. And as if the experience could get any better, the service was impeccable. Looking forward to bringing family when they're next in town.

Came here on a weekday around 12pm. The place was busy with several groups waiting ahead of us. We were able to add our name to a waitlist through their site. Brightly lit with a clean look and lovely decor. We opted to sit outside to shorten our wait. Being beginning of January, it was a lil cold, but there were was a heater keeping us comfortable. There was a bit of a wait between being seated, being served our drinks, ordering, receiving our food, etc. We were very happy when the food arrived. It all gave that farm fresh taste without being too heavy on the herbs. You still get that clean classic taste of each ingredient. I chose a seasonal bfast dish, their bacon hash with cheese n egg with a nice runny yolk. Considering all the extra bacon, it was not at too salty at all. I asked for their sausage gravy on the side and it was *chef's kiss* their pancakes are huge, fluffy, and tasty.. their million dollar bacon was regular size strips of bacon with a yummy sweet glaze. I thought the prices were actually pretty good considering the ambience and food quality. Most dishes being about $14ish.

5 Stars - Worth the Weekend Wait! What a bang to end the month of January! I finally had a Saturday off and decided to check out First Watch in North Las Vegas off East Craig Road, and it was absolutely worth it. From start to finish, everything about this visit was top-tier. The food was outstanding. I tried several of their most popular breakfast and brunch items along with a few drinks, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. This is easily one of the best spots for breakfast or brunch any day of the week--but if you can go on a weekend, the experience feels extra special. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a spacious layout and a really nice patio. It's great for both small and large groups. Just a heads-up: expect a wait on weekends due to bigger crowds, but the service and food make it completely worth it. Our server, Jesus, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, mindful, and consistently checked in on us. His customer service was outstanding, and I would absolutely request him again on future visits. If you're near East Craig Road, I highly recommend stopping by First Watch for amazing breakfast and brunch, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Drinks: FINE, YOU?: It's an Old Fashioned and it was delicious. PIPER'S CHOICE: My wife likes her Espresso Martini creamy and a little bit on the sweeter side. This has more of a stiffer espresso forward taste which kinda put her off. Apps: CRISPY CHICKEN SKINS: Fried chicken skin with honey dip? Who knew that would work!? My wife and I loved it. "DEVIL'S" EGG: First time trying caviar and I think it pairs pretty well. BACON BURGER: My daughter finished it I'd say she like it! Main Course: BACON BURGER: My daughter got this and it was a thumbs up. No notes. COCOA-ESPRESSO NY STRIP: Nice sear crust with a perfect medium-rare. Great flavor with no burnt after-taste from the crust. SHORT RIB STEAK: The meat itself is very tender but with the pepperoncini it got my head scratching . When I think of pepperoncini I'm thinking of Italian subs or pizza? Does it work? I guess? They put the check inside a softcover novel which is pretty cool. In the pages were notes/comment from patrons. Could't help myself and got in on the fun!

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives...to...eat...their...bacon." Beatles, 1968

It was super filling and exactly what we needed to recharge. Service was a bit slow, and our bride-to-be didn't receive her food until several minutes after everyone else. We also waited quite a while for the check and were met with a little sass, which felt off. Overall, the food was great, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

The menu here is massive with so many great breakfast and lunch options. They close at 4pm, but you can still order "dinner-ish" items; like burgers and burritos. We settled on machaca, which is eggs mixed with carne asada and peppers and my wife got the eggs Benedict. Both were delicious and my wife loved her bennies. I sampled the some, and her eggs were perfectly poached and that hollandaise sauce was so rich and creamy. Could have used a side of it for dipping! We also shared an order of the lemon ricotta pancakes. These were ok. The pancakes themselves were light and fluffy, but had very little lemon flavor. Kind of a bummer. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive the whole time we were there. If you're looking for a solid, delicious brunch spot in Downtown Las Vegas, put this on your list!

My new favorite breakfast place in Las Vegas!…read more This place is a gem if you're looking for breakfast and brunch in downtown vegas. It's just down from the Fremont Street experience by perhaps one back. Carson St and Las Vegas Blvd. I've been here several times (I have a pretty detailed review on Google reviews from six months or so ago. As was the case in that review, I had the machaca, which again was totally delicious. The Mexican rice and refried beans were great too (they make their refried beans from scratch...not too salty - hooray!). Our waitress Emily was wonderful as well. Very attentive and great personality. I believe the manager stopped by a couple of times to check on us as well. My friend got the meat lover's skillet, and enjoyed it. His only negative comment was he thinks it should come with toast. The regular coffee was excellent as well. Honestly, while visiting Vegas (I'm from LA), I'd like to get breakfast here every morning.
