I loved First Watch from when I lived in Georgia for a short time. The food & customer service were just as great if not better. Though they're extremely busy, all of the staff were still so attentive & helpful. So happy to have a new breakfast spot to go to for North Las Vegas that's actually GOOD! I enjoyed the Farmhouse Hash (pictured) with their "Million Dollar Bacon" & a "Morning Meditation" fresh pressed juice. Highly recommend & coming early as it was pretty packed. You can join a waitlist through their app or online. Great ambiance with good lighting from all of the windows. Nicely decorated. Loud inside but you & your party still can hear each other. Another favorite brunch place! Our server, Madison, was very attentive and our food was served quickly even though the place was packed. You don't have to worry about refills because the coffee pot and water carafe stay at your table. The food is delicious and portion sizes are perfect. My husband and I each ordered the Pick 2 lunch, which is only $12.29 (as of 3/22/26) and has a variety of sandwich, soup, and salad options. Going to Kansas City every college break meant breakfast at First Watch, a KC institution, with Mom, a highly-anticipated treat. I would splurge on calories with the Bubba Benny (biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs). The sum of the whole was much greater than the sum of its parts. I was therefore delighted when the chain expanded to St. George, UT, but am really thrilled now that a restaurant has just opened down the street. While it is a chain, it's a really good one. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable, both for quality and quantity. I was disappointed a while back when management upped the avocado offerings and did away with some of the higher-caloric, comfort-inducing offerings, like my beloved Bubba Benny. Today, I finally got my First-Watch fix here in Vegas, as it has recently joined many other chain restaurants installed in North Las Vegas' new "restaurant row," of which I am frequently critical for being ALL chain driven and not an exciting local, culinary center, focused on presenting some of the many great local chefs and talent. This morning, I made my own Bubba Benny by ordering the "classic" biscuit and gravy and eggs. The biscuits were grilled and baked to crunchy, flaky and savory perfection; the scrambled eggs were fluffy and flavorful and the gravy had deep flavor without being too heavy. I was immediately transported back to Kansas and with my Mom. Malia, my server, had a delightful morning-person attitude, as did the other servers who assisted in keeping things humming along. She was engaging and attentive, even though the Sunday-morning crowd packed every inch of the front of the restaurant. The place was reminiscent of the popular Overland Park KS location. It was no surprise when the wait time rose to more than two hours, so I downloaded the First Watch App and finally, after several attempts, got on the wait list. Do this essential step, or prepare to wait! The wait time never abated, nor did the steady stream of patrons willing to wait 120 minutes. Take note those that like to dine al fresco, there is a lovely patio with views, sadly of Craig Road. But those diners willing to sit outside did not need to wait. With so few restaurants here that offer an outside dining option, it is a welcome alternative. I brought home the roast beef and havarti sandwich for my husband, who declared it a symphony of flavors, and made two meals out of it. He said the horse radish sauce was not overwhelming, which he feared. We shared the homemade donuts. Unlike some chain' s offerings, these were light cake offerings, neither doughy nor greasy, and the dipping sauces were likewise fresh. Sometimes our recollections of favorite, past memory-laden restaurants can overshadow the reality and present you with a disappointment. That did not happen here. My husband and I went here for the first time the other day. It feels like a trendy breakfast and brunch spot with some gluten-free and vegan options. It was busy but comfortable when we went. The staff was really nice and friendly. I got the the Tri-Fecta, two eggs over easy, a very large multigrain pancake, and two chicken apple sausage patties (although you can also get bacon, smoked ham, or turkey or pork sausage links. The pancakes were described in the menu as "light and airy," and I found that to be absolutely true. It was very good. The eggs were made perfectly, just the way I like them, and I enjoyed the chicken sausage as well. I also ordered a Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee, which was terrific. Really well made and delicious My husband ordered The Works Omelet, which consisted of ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream. Topped with all-natural sour cream. He seemed to enjoy it. The price was reasonable. I think we'll be back. Heck, I'll be back just for that coffee. They have a Mint Mocha Iced Coffee, too, which I'm interested in trying. The only reason I did not give five stars is that our waitress didn't ever come back to ask my husband if he wanted a refill on his soda nor did she ask if we wanted anything else; she just brought us our bill, assuming we were finished. The new place in town . Obviously it is clean and tidy. I like the outdoor seating option. The menu has many items that I cant wait to try. The staff seemed friendly although there was just a slight delay in getting seated. I was alone and the restaurant was nearly empty at that time. I understand different servers may have different sections but I like it when they give me seating options within those sections instead of just picking for me, as they did here. I had avocado toast which comes with 2 eggs. I added the side of smoked salmon. They did not ask me how i wanted my eggs, but I was happy with the over easy eggs they served me. Also, not that i was disappointed, but I don't believe the bread was toasted. I was fine with that. It seemed to be a healthy grain bread which was filling and substantial, just not toasted. Bathroom is clean and there is ample parking. They dont seem to have accommodations for huge parties so check first. But a table of 6-8 would be no problem. Im looking forward to returning . Arrived so excited to try this new place. Greeting was exceptional, wait time was zero and seated right away. The first seating was a table between tables that share a bench seat. A little too close to the customers for my liking. I asked for a booth. There are many choices of food and drinks. I ordered the trifecta. I asked for the eggs to be cooked hard. I'm not sure they understood because it had the wet yolk. That was disappointing. The Belgian waffle was warm not hot enough to melt the butter although tasty and the pork sausage links were thick and yummy. The food isn't bad it just did not meet my expectations. Let's talk unkept bathroom. Toilet paper on the floor, empty toilet paper rolls and dirty sink. Hmmm it was 9:45 in the AM. I tried using the app to pay which did not come up. We got a text our table was ready and we went up to the host we got told it's not ready in a rude way, she got loud with my mom and honestly we just wanted to try a new place. A superior example would be to toast and butter the bread in a skillet, then add the avocado. Place seasoned green with a fried egg on top. My husband had a flat hard Belgium waffle. I enjoyed the flavored drink, morning meditation, I had 2 of them. The service was excellent. Had to wait 30 minutes for a table after downloading the App and put on a waitlist . The hostess, an African American woman, had a very nasty demeanor and was not very pleasant nor personable compared to her counterparts. Definitely, have never experienced this demeanor in the Nashville location where I was first introduced. My waiter was super nice and brought exactly what we ordered that was hot and tasted amazing. I went to First Watch for the first time about three weeks ago and everything was amazing. I was so impressed, I took my son for brunch but the experience was not the same. The pancakes were tough/cold, the potatoes were salty, and the grits were cold and extremely lumpy. I am not sure what happened. I will visit again, but was a little disappointed the experience did not match our expectations. read more

Usually when I go in and sit down, the wait is ridiculously long to the point where I honestly don't even want to be there even when I put my name on the list. This time, I placed my order at 9:45 while I was still at the gym. I arrived around 10:10 after receiving an email saying my order would be ready at 10:00, and it still wasn't ready. I been to First Watch couple times. I recommend NOT to go there around 2ish. The service there is horrible. The servers takes so long to get your order and they never come back and check up on you.
