If you arrive in Miami this restaurant is just 10 mins away from the airport. Staff is wonderful, there is always a line but it goes by quick. We ordered the avocado toast, French toast and the breakfast tacos. Plates are large and can easily be shared. Price is reasonable, food is always fresh. First off we had a horrible night stay in Miami and had to leave the hotel to find decent food. Found first watch and a young waitress named Soukeyna that made our breakfast even better. I am so glad I came across this place and tried it. The atmosphere the place, the food and the service is Amazing We got the market hash with side of avocado, I got the triathlete comes with toast fruit, and I had to try their chocolate chip pancake. Keep in mind when ordering they bring you a lot of food. The hash had so much flavor In it all the veggies were so fresh. The triathlete was so good the mushrooms were done so perfect. The pancake although I had no room it was so good I ate half of it. Everything was so fresh and so good. One of the best brunch places I've been to in a long time! The waitress was very pleasant and friendly. The food was amazing! The crab omlet is a must! MY EXPERIENCE: I am disappointed with First Watch and I need someone to address this ongoing issue. This comment is in reference to an order that was placed on 5/29/2022 at your SANDLAKE restaurant in Orlando, Florida. After speaking to different employees and the manager several times about not receiving my shrimps and grits, I still haven't received my refund. This order occurred well over one month ago and I feel like First Watch employees are thieves. The manager of this store apologized for the discrepancy and promised me a 20-dollar coupon or a free meal. I have not received anything. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I do not understand why it is so hard to refund my money. After I discovered that I did not have my shrimp and grits, I called the restaurant immediately. Staff asked me to leave my name, number, and order number. They stated that the manager would have to call me back to issue the refund. He never did. I called a week later after not hearing back and again was promised that I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 days. Then I called 3 weeks later and was fed all these false promises due to the ongoing issue. Now after almost two months, I checked my bank account and you all STILL haven't refunded me. Are you guys purposely holding my money or do you have incompetent staff and a manager who cannot properly issue refunds? I suggest making this right by refunding my money, disciplining the manager for failing to properly address this issue, and retraining your staff on how to process refunds. My husband and I come almost every Sunday. My absolute favorite pancakes are the lemon ricotta pancakes and I love the farmhouse skillet hash. I always love trying their seasonal drinks because they are delicious and festive! so if they have any while you're there, I suggest you try it. I highly recommend you try these options. I also recommend that you get there early because around 10am there is already a 1-2 hour wait, you can also get in line by logging on to their website to avoid the wait time at the restaurant. read more

The coffee was burnt and the pot was only enough for half a cup, we had 10 flies circling our table, the service was terrible and did not want to help us with reseating. About a mont ago I went on my lunch break with a coworker, we got the table and after 40 minutes no food on the table, the server said its coming now, few minutes after she came back saying its still 8 more minutes, basically they had us there without even starting our order, we had to go back to the office and left the place , the waitress looked at us like "Im sorry, ok bye"... she didn't even try to stop us or call The manager or nothing, we were very excited to go and try it but it didn't work out. We have always loved first watch. The food is delicious and the ambience is welcoming. There are definitely some concerns with COVID precautions. We saw 3 cooks wearing the masks below their mouths. My wife and I literally said "Imagine if they have covid, everyone in the restaurant would be contaminated because they're the ones preparing the food we are eating". Let me start by saying I WANT to give this place five stars. Every time my fiancé and I come here, it ends up being around 2 hours or so due to how slow and inattentive the service can be. Our last visit we were sat and waited about 15 minutes before a waiter finally approached us to take drink orders. If they could address that, this would be a solid five stars. That being said. The food is absolutely delicious. I alternate between the Chickichanga (my favorite), Avacado Toast, or the Pancakes. The fiancé orders the Farmhouse Skillet Hash. Big fan of this place, as we frequently eat at the locations in Northern Virginia. Once we found out a few opened up in South FL, we were excited. This review is getting 4 stars simply because of the great tasting food. If the service improves, I'll adjust the star review. The food here was delicious and the restaurant itself was very clean! I ordered my usual dish, the salmon and egg frittata with potatoes and toast. The flavor is always an absolute smash. It keeps me full for hours on end! My mother ordered the Belgian waffle which came with an absurdly delicious strawberry compote. The table was very clean and I love that because the last First Watch we went to had an extremely sticky table (very gross)! My only complaint is the service. We came here at 7:30AM and there were only a few people. Our server brought coffee and then forgot about us for 20 minutes or so. She didn't bring creamer or anything so we just had cups of black coffee and no water. We were finally helped out by another server. I was there waiting for my food after they closed. The toast was mediocre at best, definitely not worthy of an HOUR long wait. My eggs came cold and the toast was hard as a rock. Our server, Melissa came over offered us drinks, coffee. We ordered coffee, which was delicious. Had two carafes even before or meal arrived. We ordered -The Traditional Breakfast, -Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos, -Trifecta, and The Works Omelette. Food was fresh, hot, tasty. Homemade jam was a bonus, very good which was served with their whole grain artisan toast. Restaurant environment was clean and very well lighted. I love the design of this restaurant. It's very modern and hip. They have dairy free and vegetarian options as well and a waiting area in case the restaurant is busy with self serve lemon water and free coffee. I tried the egg sandwich and it was delicious, but I was expecting it to be more lemony since it's supposed to have a lemon mayo in it. The food took a little bit long to come out, but it was probably because I went during their breakfast rush hour. The morning meditation juice is extremely delicious and highly recommended. I'm a little bit skeptical on whether it was freshly squeezed though because it came out so fast. All in all my experience was great and I feel like this is a hidden gem in this area.
