Amazing food as always 10/10. Service was quick too the only thing since it is a weekend we had to wait a bit for a table but everything else was super fast. I really recommend the million dollar breakfast sándwich!

I stopped by the First Watch in Pembroke Pines to try their seasonal menu, and it did not disappoint. I ended up trying all the seasonal items, and every single one was a hit. The BTL sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. the tomato tasted fresh, and everything came together really well. The blueberry lemon cornbread was honestly a standout: moist, slightly sweet, and that lemony brightness made it feel special without being overwhelming. I could eat that every day. To top it off, the Pineapple Express drink was refreshing and light, the perfect complement to brunch. Not too sweet and super tropical -- exactly what you want. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Pembroke Pines location was clean, welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You can tell they care about quality and consistency. If you're thinking about trying their seasonal items, do it. Totally worth it -- I'll definitely be back.

At first I felt overwhelmed because As soon as we entered three employees approached us and were all talking at the same time. I got to my seat upset because was all that necessary at 9:00 am with no coffee in my system?! lol Soon after our waitress came to our table. I started with the hot coffee they serve at the table, in my opinion it wasn't that great but I didn't have high expectations for the free coffee they offer. I then ordered the honey caramel crunch iced coffee and I thought it was good. My boyfriend ordered an iced cold brew coffee and he did not like the taste at all. He told our waitress about it and she recommended another option. He liked the recommendation better than what he ordered at first. Our waitress was attentive and our food came out fast. I tried an item from their fall menu the honey chipotle chicken hash and this was delicious and a big portion. I would come back every fall season just for this item! We also tried the carrot cake and pecan pancake, this was soooo delicious.I had never seen this option before and I'm glad I tried it! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a great location for breakfast dates and family gatherings.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Usually there is a line going out the door but we were lucky when we went on Sunday and we got right in. There is a wait list you can join online, which helps speed up the process. Overall, this is a great breakfast spot.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Last time I was there, over a year ago, I was disappointed by the time it took to get service and the food, although it was clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was salty enough to be inedible and by the time they paid enough attention to rectify it, my companion had completely finished their meal. I declined another choice. By that time, I lost my appetite! They did take that off the bill and gave me a $5 coupon towards another visit which was redeemed today. Went today with a family member because of proximity and time constraints, hoping for a better experience. We were not disappointed. We ordered the bacon,egg and cheese with pickled spicy peppers on grilled sourdough with nicely seasoned hash browned potatoes from the seasonal menu!We ordered a blueberry lemon cornbread to share for something sweet. It came to the table freshly baked in a skillet with an ice cream scoop sized lemon zest butter ball on top! We both had to take 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 potatoes home with 3/4 of the lemon blueberry cornbread. All great for another meal for 2! Service was great! They have officially redeemed themselves!

I went with the Eggs Benedict--salmon, hollandaise, the whole artery-clogging romance. The sauce was silky, rich, and unapologetic. They serve Coke products (a civilizing detail), and that alone keeps me coming back. Halfway through, the power goes out. Lights off, kitchen in the dark. Lesser places would have folded faster than a cheap card table, but not here. The staff didn't flinch. Plates still landed hot, glasses stayed full, and Sarai--our server--never lost her smile. Friendly, calm, and sharp as hell. She's the kind of person who makes you forget you're dining in a blackout. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathrooms? Clean. I check. Always. It's a thing. And they passed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Million Dollar Bacon wasn't on my order today, but you'd be a fool not to try it--it's basically brunch candy with a side of regret. Eggs Benedict in a blackout, Coke instead of Pepsi, and Sarai running the floor like a pro. What else could you want?

Stopped into First Watch for a late breakfast and went with the Farmhouse hash which is my usual go to. Everything on the plate worked so well together. The eggs were cooked just right, the bacon was crispy, the avocado added a fresh touch, and the seasoned potatoes brought it all home. On my recent visit here I decided to go with their 2 for You in which you can get your choice of two of the following: A half sandwich, A cup of soup or a 1/2 salad. I decided to get the tomato basil soup which was mmm so good and the half Cobb salad. All I can say is if that was a half salad I can only imagine how big the full size salad is. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and my friend who got the 2 for You with the half Monterey club sandwich and tomato soup also really enjoyed her meal. Due to an error with her order she ended up with a half Kale salad as well, which she said was very good. The service was good and our server was very friendly.

This is my first time in a while coming to First Watch and I remember it being a lot better. We got on the waitlist about 20 mins before and only waited like 10 mins when we got there. The service was honestly very good but the food was ok. I got the avocado toast and it was good but not the best I've had. Tasted the ham and Gruyère melt and pancakes and they were also ok. We also had the biscuits and gravy and we didn't like them at all we thought maybe the gravy was old. We did let the waiter know and he kindly removed from our bill. We felt bad but it was that bad. Everything else was ok. Not sure if I will be coming back.

Mother, my sister and I went to First Watch near Walmart (near Pines and Flamingo. ) Our Host greeted us with a bright welcoming smile. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was freezing . Probably due to newly upgrades to the AC[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. We asked if we could dine outdoors. Aikeem Reid moved furniture and placed us In the shade. and could not have been a more accommodating and pleasant. He was helpful and continued to check on us throughout our dining experience. Our server was Marie. She was delightful. The food was delicious. Overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE

They were supposed to be over medium and they were extremely cooked.

I was a little disappointed took my daughter for breakfast on her B-day they took us to our table after a while while many of the waitresses were standing around talking I had to ask one of them if there was anybody available to take care of us my eggs came wrong ask for sugar waited long time the restaurant was not busy and I actually enjoy eating here. I was a little disappointed today. I hope you guys keep up because you're very impressive when customers are acknowledge.

Came to breakfast with my daughters, all long hair, light brown hair, all tied up in pony tails. My 14 year old found a short black hair in side her burrito. A manager was brought over. I asked her to please cancel a pending item that I did not receive anyway. We all immediately stopped eating except my little one. The manager did say she was sorry. The waitress immediately brought the check which still had the items that we never received. She did go back and remove them from the bill. When I went to pay the cashier said "I hope you enjoyed your meal" to which i replied that we didn't because there was hair in our food. He then advised that that was not possible because all the cooks were bald. "They are a bunch of cue balls back there" as he told me multiple times that it was not possible. Every meal is a special meal when dining for a special occasion. I think so! Today is my 17th wedding anniversary and my husband decided to begin our day here. Great choice hubs. This location is new to the area and so far (according to our helpful waiter) they've been doing really well. I remember visiting First Watch in Orlando a few times and my experience there had been mixed. Some times the food was hit or miss. And some times the service was the same. The first time I visited this location, unfortunately, service was slow. I took my daughter here for her 14th birthday a couple of weeks ago and we had to wait noticeably too long for our meal. Our waitress was new, inexperinced, and didn't handle how long we were waiting to be served well. I noticed her standing by the counter in the kitchen just waiting and waiting, while other servers were picking up their table orders pretty readily. Slow is the best way I can describe how long we had to wait, and then when my food arrived my bowl was dirty with food spilling over the sides. Not acceptable. She quickly apologized when I brought it to her attention and replaced it. I ordered the Avocado spread on whole wheat. This is one of my regular dishes and because I love avocado I enjoy the dish. Today, much better! Our server was very good in the way he handled our table. Today's dish, Salmon Frittata. It was delish. I couldn't finish the whole plate but I wanted to. My Husband ordered us some French toast which wasn't the best I've had but it was good. We sat in a little table next to the window. Today is beautiful and so was the Sun shining through the glass, showing us some love. It was a perfect start. First Watch reminds me of an upscale diner. The decor is warm and inviting. I have been to several First Watch (Orlando, Tampa, Sunrise) and now I am happy to add this location on my list! I have always been a fan of this breakfast/ lunch chain so when I saw one being built near my home I was beyond excited! Came here Saturday morning and was able to be seated right away (which I know will be the last time that happens once people start hearing how good this place is it will be packed just like the rest of them which is fine because the wait if well worth it). Out of all the First Watch I've been to, this one is definitely the nicest looking one on the inside! I love the decor and said several times to my boyfriend "This is what I want my house to look like!" The food was amazing. I order "off menu" a crepe with fruits granola toast and an orange juice. The only thing I did not like was the toast (it tasted like hamster food) our waitress (extremely nice and bubbly) took it back and gave me a different kind of bread that was really thick and came with jelly and it was amazing! My boyfriend ordered the turkey feta chess omelet with a side of potatoes and coffee, he said it was really good. The manager noticed I sent the toast back, which I had no idea he was watching, but he came over after my first two bits of the second bread and asked me if it was better. It was nice to see how attentive the manager was even to something as little as the bread. Overall this place has great food, a little pricey for breakfast food, but worth it. Healthy, fresh and clean. Definitely coming back! read more

Love having this new restaurant in my neighborhood. When it first opened we went on a weekend and ended up leaving because the wait was ridiculous. We decided to give it another try during the middle of the week. We sure were glad we did! I never give a bad review on a new restaurant because let's be honest there is a lot of kinks at first and most places don't get their groove til a few weeks. That just me, so giving them another chance was the right thing to do. I like that everything is fresh with most of their ingredients being health friendly. They also have some really delicious drinks like the one I had which was a Kale Tonic. This morning I had The Elevated Egg Sandwich and it was very good. Our server was very, very friendly and was always making sure we were not in need of anything. I will most definitely be coming back to try the other selections for breakfast. Also the lunch menu looked very tempting. I love that they have power bowls with Quinoa, this will be my next try. Just remember they close at 2:30 so make it there early. My suggestion is if you don't like waiting, hit this place up during the week day. read more

From the outside you never expect the beautiful southern contemporary decor... That's one star. Food presentation is ok, but flavorless! To pay your check is the most chaotic experience ever, they use the computer on the check in area, there's confusion with guests coming in and a line to pay, I left the restaurant stressed because of it. The staff is nice - that's another star! Witnessed the manager being very rude to the staff, no one can work in a high level of excellence under stress and pressure! Flavorless food $40 bucks for breakfast without juices - we had a "bacado" omelette and egg Benedict and the kids shared a fruit crepe! - too expensive for the whole experience! read more

I am such a fan of this place and am so glad that a location opened up near me! I have been several times and tried a variety of breakfast and brunch items. I have not been let down by any of the items I have tried; and so First Watch has been elevated to my go-to place for breakfast/brunch/late lunch on weekday. My favorite things about this place is its rotating chalkboard menu of specials - everything has been a winner for me! Additionally, I love the bright and open space of the restaurant! However, it's quite busy so make sure you are willing to wait or come during an off hour. Pancakes, omelets, green juice - I recommend them all. But if you ever see the brisket skillet on the chalkboard menu - don't ignore it! You will not regret this decision and will thank me later. 1. Avocado Toast - I was turned on to this years ago at other pricier brunch places. First watch has the best by far when it comes to value and quality! 2. French Toast - perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft and springy in the center. 3. Pancakes - definitely can't go wrong here. My go-tos are blueberry and chocolate chip. 4. Elevated Egg Sandwich - I get this when I want to feel fancy! Gruyere cheese and dresh avocado will do that to your ego. 5. Farmhouse Skillet Hash - Meat galore! and Yes - you need to have this in your life. 6. Bacado Omelet - All my favorite things wrapped by fluffy yummy eggs. 7. Kale Tonic - Because why not? This is my second time trying out First Watch, but my first time at this location and I am still a fan. The opening craziness of this place, I think, has finally died down and it has had time to settle and find its groove. I've kept track of previous reviews and am pleased that minds have changed about this place. Because I came during the week and not at a peak hour, my friend and I were seated immediately. Our waitress was wonderful. I wasn't able to catch her name, but she made the visit all the more pleasant. She immediately offered coffee and was quick with everything. I ordered the Trifecta. It comes with two eggs, a Belgian waffle/pancake, and bacon/turkey/sausage. The waffle was so fluffy and everything was delicious. There's so many interesting things on the menu; I really can't wait to eat here again! I also want to comment how quaint and home-y the design on the inside is. There's very few breakfast/brunch places in the Broward area, so I'm happy this place is aesetically different and doesn't remind me of home. read more

Wow! I am so happy an organic breakfast/brunch restaurant opened in my hometown. This is exactly what this neighborhood needed. This place is perfect. It's organic and super healthy. They have tons of whole wheat options and unique entrees to choose from. I started with the avocado toast for an appetizer. THIS IS A MUST. I never thought of putting lemon on my avocado toast w/ sunny side up egg. Really really good. My friend and I went in for brunch and didn't want to leave! The whole vibe is open and clean. We were seated right away and in seconds we were poured a delicious cup of coffee and cold glass of water. The waitress was super attentive and helpful. Typically at organic spots the food is so expensive. The prices here were so affordable. We got an appetizer, two entrees, and 2 cups of coffee for a total of $30.00. Without including tip. That's so good for high quality organic food. For my entree I got the granola bowl. It wasn't a huge portion but it filled me up. All the fruit was fresh and the yogurt was super tasty. My friend got the Monterey sandwich. She said it was good but not out of this world. I wouldn't deduct from the experience because of that though. There could definitely be some better options with a second chance. Overall, this place is bound to be a gem because the area really needed a serious bfast place. Word of mouth is going to make this place busy!!! read more

The food and atmosphere are the only redeeming aspect about this particular branch. From a business perspective, it is clear that they prioritize larger parties (4 persons or more) given the "number of tables they must fill" supersedes the order if which your name was taken and placed on the list. As a newly opened branch, I highly recommend a reevaluation of their seating time estimation abilities. Busy or not, it should be a basic concept to be able to at least overestimate the wait time rather than underestimating by more than double. Despite being an avid First Watch customer, there is a slim chance that I will be bring my business here again. read more

Ok it's breakfast but it's an awesome place with awesome decor - modern but casual and pretty comfy. I've never liked avocado toast but it was delicious sprinkled with Maldon salt and EVOO on homemade multigrain breast served with two basted eggs- perfect for a healthy and protein rich start! My husband had the lightest waffle that he or I ever tasted- scrumptious! So needless to say- we will be back and will look for this chain done right for breakfast in the future. read more

Cute brunch place. I've been to this location 3x already but all 3 times was a disappointment. My food came out cold. I asked for them to heat up the meal but it was just annoying to try to get the attention of the waitress to hear a food that should be hot because it was served in a cast iron plate. The last time I went was a month ago and I ordered an acia bowel. Which was probably the best because it was cold can't mess that one up read more

Third or fourth time I have been here. The idea was great but the execution is not. Service is slacking in this place big time. I ordered their Italian eggs Benedict and it came out cold. In addition the eggs are scrambled "on an eggs Benedict?" and the bacon was so over cooked that picking it up just made them break into pieces. Like eating the burn scraps off of a BBQ grill. Delicious brunch/breakfast spot in Pembroke Pines! They don't have many places like this in town so it's awesome that it was actually good. I went for breakfast and ordered the traditional eggs Benny (it's pretty much what I always order for brunch), I would have liked it a little warmer but the hollandaise was still delicious, only thing was that the egg was cooked completely through unlike how the poached egg is supposed to be (runny). I also ordered an iced coffee that was never brought to me, but I did not mention it since I did not really care for it after I was done with my food, but I was not charged. Potatoes were delicious! And the Benedict had so much ham on it which I loved ! They have tons of healthy options and don't even have a deep fryer in the restaurant which is awesome. Costumer service was also great. After having heard so many good things about the first watch in sunrise I decided to give this one a try. I met up with a friend here for brunch. The interior is very cute and has kind of a southern rustic vibe to it. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and it wasn't very busy. It was also a Monday so just keep that in mind. We were taken to our table and the menu was explained to us by our lovely waitress. I really wanted the kale juice but they were out so I asked for orange. About 5 minutes after our order went in she came back out to inform me that they were making some more juice and if I would still like my kale juice instead. I really appreciated that because she could've easily not bothered. The meals are very decently priced. The potatoes could do with a little more seasoning but that's probably just my own preference. This location has very slow service. We have visited three times now and we are always waiting 10+ minutes just to be greeted at the table. The food at this location is fantastic. All three times, I have ordered the Market Hash. It's consistent and amazing. The manager here is so dedicated! She's always running around helping her staff and guests. We will always return because even though they take forever, a smile goes a long way and the food is up to par! read more

This was my first time here. This place was packed so it helped getting on the wait list ahead of time. Once I arrived I told checked in with the hostess and my table was ready in 10 minutes. Great breakfast spot. Key is arriving early to avoid a wait time. Downloading the no wait app is crucial if you're not planning on arriving by 8 am on a Saturday or Sunday. I went here last Sunday and I was completely impressed that such a gem exists in the surburbs of Ft. Lauderdale! I went to school in Center City, Philadelphia and the quality of this restaurant was on par with those top restaurants in a major food city like Philly. Make sure you download the NoWait app and place yourself in line about an hour before you intend on coming. Lines are long and for good reason! The restaurant itself was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had a cute theme. I liked that there were three employees helping with check-in/seating patrons. The menu was extensive and had something for everyone. I ordered the farmer's hash with eggs cooked medium and it was hearty and fantastic! I also enjoyed the Floridian french toast, which was topped with delicious fruit and enough for two (but I mainly devoured myself...). Service was prompt and very attentive, a rarity for South Florida. This is the best place to brunch in Pembroke Pines if not all of Ft. We happily waited outside for a table for 30 minutes. once we got in our waitress brought us water, which was never refilled for the entire hour we were there. after an hour of waiting, she walked up to us to let us know our food order had been lost? very upset that we wasted 2 hours here only to be dismissed & not have management make it right! so disappointed. read more

Gave first watch a second try and this experience was better. Got seated right away, food came out in a timely manner, and Brandon our server did a great job. Brandon was friendly informative and often checked in on the table. My suggestion to anyone who wants to try this place out is to come during the week (not on a holiday).. If you are going to have a display, PLEASE keep it clean. And if you know you will be too busy to clean it, just throw it away. I wish I got a picture of the lamp hanging there but it was also heavily covered in dust. I am curious what else they aren't cleaning. They have different blends for the smoothies including vintage, epic, green and protein as well as some juices. They also serve hot and iced coffees and teas and protein shakes. I ended up getting the mango blend vintage drink which was so good. It's made with mango, agave, Greek yogurt and coconut water and it tasted so refreshing. I think the prices are a bit high but not bad for an occasional treat. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean.

The restaurant feels very authentic to how Chinese restaurants are, the restaurant has a fish tank at the entrance which is very on brand and over all it's a pretty casual space. The food is really good and there are so many items on the menu, that I definitely recommend coming with a few people so you can try all the things you want without it being way too much food. There are a few waiters/waitresses and they all attentive. Even though one person takes the order, the other servers may bring your food, get you another drink, or clear things off of your table. This is also another restaurant I will definitely be back to and highly recommend, especially if you're looking for Dim Sum in Pines.

The same dish at Taj Indian Grill was outstanding. My cousin ordered a chicken dish. When the server asked our preference between thigh and breast meat, my cousin asked for thigh meat. However, we were served breast meat. The worst part, unfortunately, was the dessert. We ordered the Malai Kulfi, which was taken straight from the freezer and served without clearing our plates. I'm from North India, and I've had great kulfi over the years, but this one was so dense it needed a knife to cut, with a powdery taste none of us liked. Service was pretty quick and you just have to work out how to best stagger your ordering so you don't have too much at once or waiting too long since they bring out as soon as it's ready. The appetizers were good and we just sampled a few hot and cold to try it out but wanted to save room for the main event, sushi! The ginger dressing is pretty solid there and the clams soup was surprisingly simple but flavorful. The hand rolls were a good size and well made but the flavors of the spicy tuna and spicy salmon seemed to not blend well in the roll. My favorite roll was probably the sunshine roll for its bright fresh flavor followed by the double J roll. The king oyster mushroom tempura was fire and the others were also good but we like the uniqueness and texture of the mushroom. The biggest con to this AYCE is that the rolls are full 8 pieces per order. Everything else seems scaled down to order individually or to share but not the rolls. We were only 3 people and wanted to try a little of everything so we only got to try 4 rolls and that last one was a struggle. Many other spots like this will do 4 pieces per roll so that opens up some stomach space. While the food was fresh and tasty, I won't be running back as there are many other good options for the price point or less for lunch (and certainly for dinner at around $35 a person I believe ). If you like eating a whole roll vs trying a little of this and a little of that, and you have a big appetite, then maybe this is your spot.

This is the second time visiting this location. I am actually a huge fan of the food as I have been to other locations in FL. The first time it was a ridiculous wait and took over an hour for our food. It was a holiday so I didn't make a big deal about it and didn't complain. I just left the restaurant for the second visit. It was horrible. Even my husband, who never complains, was upset. We decided to grab a quick lunch. I even check the app if there was a wait and there wasn't so we headed over. We got there at 12:45. The restaurant was not busy so we sat immediately. The server came by and got our coffee and drinks quickly. But then she wouldn't come back to take our order. I flagged her and she took out order at 1pm exact. All we ordered was an omelette and two pancakes. My pancakes came at 1:28, which we had to leave at 1:30. My husbands food (an omelette) never came out. We asked for a manager. No one came. I was kind of shocked that a manager didn't even come to say sorry? The server came to give us the check but I guess she decided to just let us leave because I couldn't eat the pancakes. Not to mention one of them was burnt. But that's not even the problem. I work for a restaurant so I know how crazy things can get but it was not even slightly busy. If food takes longer than 15 minutes at my work place. Which is a high traffic higher end restaurant a manager always visits the table to apologize. So why can't a small establishment like this one find the time to just take a quick second to offer an apology. UPDATE: The manager Dina Rao contacted me and was so nice and apologetic about the situation that occurred. I typically don't write reviews, if I like a place I will continue to go there, and if I don't I won't. I have been to other First Watches in the past and do like the food. This time on Wed 1/12/22 I visited the one on 12598 Pines Blvd since I was going shopping by the mall. It was busy which was a great sign, my mother and I did not have to wait long for a table, maybe 20 minutes. This very bubbly and cheerful waitress, waited on us. She had us laughing from the start! So enjoyable. I always order the traditional and did not have to wait long. Food was fresh and hot! The seasoning PERFECT! Compliments to the cooks! They never get enough praise, but Kim, our waitress made it such an enjoyable visit! I did mention we had a lot of errands to run, so she must have put a rush on our food! Nonetheless we were there not even 30/35 min and done! What a meal! What a great waitress! First Watch Mgmt. needs more people like her around! Treat her right, we did. First time ever being in a First Watch this past Saturday. WOW! Amazing atmosphere, very upscale, classy, modern look with a farm kind feel with the tractor seats on the walls. Saw the menu and wanted to eat everything. Kim, my server recommended the Truffle Mushroom Hash and I had to try the Million Dollar Bacon. Kim, by the way was AWESOME, she made my visit that much more enjoyable, very fun and loving personality and knowledgeable about the menu. I thought she had been there for years and she said she just started 2 months ago. WOW! Back to the food! Complements to the Chefs and Cooks! AMAZING! Didn't even have to wait long! maybe 10 minutes after ordering and the place was PACKED. I devoured my food, drank 2 cups of coffee and I was STUFFED! I wasn't even in there for 30 minutes.... This was my second visit to this restaurant. I was there on a Sunday a few months back and the wait was so long I left and went to the Original Pancake House which has always been a favorite. But being this place is so popular I wanted to come back and try it again (just not on a Sunday). This time I was seated pretty promptly by a very sweet hostess. My waitress was just as sweet and bubbly. My House-Made Sourdough French Toast came out pretty quickly. It was great. No, it was terrific! It was layered with ham, turkey, melted Swiss and creamy Dijonnaise, grilled to perfection and dusted with powdered cinnamon sugar and served with dressed greens and a side of raspberry preserves for dipping. What is breakfast without coffee.... an entire miniature pot of their premium, full-flavored coffee - freshly brewed "just for you". I left First Watch with a very happy belly. Went to First Watch in P Pines for the first time. There was a wait which we had expected at 9:30 am on a Saturday. Young hostess was super rude not only to me but others before us. Decided to download the app and wait in the car. Once we got a table- it took about 10 minutes to see a server who doesn't introduce himself. But we introduced ourselves. Food was adequate. Eggs Benedict were cold and artesian toast was rubbery. We were given a pot of coffee that was empty. Lol. We did not give the server any comments- food quality was up to the kitchen. We went to pay on the way out and it was almost "inconvenient" for yet another host to take our money. Worst part was our neighbors went after us- they were told they had a 30 min wait. After 50 minutes- they went to the host who proceeded to tell them- it is what it is. Lol. Needless to say they left without eating and we will not be back a total disappointment. read more

I placed an online order scheduled for pickup at 9:22 AM. Upon arriving at 9:42 AM, my order was not ready, and I was told it would take "10 minutes." After 15 minutes, I inquired again and was met with an unprofessional response from a staff member who identified herself as "the cook," stating she was unable to assist further. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was informed they were "busy" and unavailable. After waiting a total of **45 minutes**, the manager finally emerged, and while they were helpful, my order still took an additional 10 minutes to prepare. I received my food **one hour past the scheduled pickup time**--an unacceptable delay that disrupted my plans. While I appreciate the manager's eventual assistance, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. The dismissive attitude of the staff, lack of urgency, and poor communication reflect poorly on your establishment. read more

I had an amazing experience here at First Watch! We ordered a few items from the menu and everything was on point. I especially enjoyed The Works omelette--I asked them to scramble it instead, with the potatoes cooked well-done, and it came out just the way I like it. I also tried the Blazing Dragon from the Juice Bar, and it was absolutely delicious. Coffee was just okay , but the food more than made up for it. The highlight of the visit was the service. Isaiah took care of us, and he went above and beyond. He knows the menu inside and out, gave great suggestions, and really made sure we had a great dining experience. In a time when good customer service can be hit or miss, Isaiah really stood out. Big credit to him and the team for making this visit such a good one. Not sure what stars to add or take away. I like first watch a lot but I have to mention something I don't like in exchange for my tendered money. It appears that in order to have employment at this restaurant one must look as shitty of a liberal as possible. Disgusting nose rings, the toxic artificial trademark of communists with dyed hair, unkempt demeanor and physique and showing no self respect. Before the other day i had NEVER even heard of First Watch but i just popped by here for a quick bite before errands, really intending to go to walmart. Before my car door even opened fully there was a smiling young lady saying good morning holding the door open for me. I thoughtt that was great lol. Then i went in sat and ended up having the Elevated Egg Sandwich and a Blueberry pancake. It was aaamazing and i was STUFFED. I've been here a couple of times with my family after my sister told about a great breakfast place she had found. Little did I know she was about to bring me to the best place ever. The food is super healthy, the menu has a ton of options to choose from and caters to every palate! First time I went there I had a pretty classic breakfast: two scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and orange juice. Second time I wanted something sweet so I had french toast with bananas, strawberries and kiwi. They were both delicious! I will make it a mission to go there every time I travel to Miami from now on. read more

The food was terrible. We waited an hour for the food after being seated. Once my eggs Benedict arrived, the bread was stale and chewy without any toasting. Cold ham thrown on top with tiny eggs and watery hollandaise sauce. My side of potatoes were still completely raw with raw onions. Nothing was being cooked.
