Despite the food being so far, we enjoyed our entire time at the restaurant and no small part due to our server. It wasn't until we left the restaurant and reflected on the evening that we came to the conclusion that the food was run of the mill and Matt was what made the experience positive. Because Tampa is such a vibrant food city, I don't imagine myself coming back when presented with the option to eat at a local restaurant; however, if I were in an area that only had chain or franchise meal options and I saw a Del Frisco's, I would probably return.

I had an amazing breakfast experience at First Watch! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch, and we didn't even need to make reservations. The restaurant's menu caught my attention with its detailed descriptions and thank you to Tracy for giving excellent recommendations. I opted for the Tri-fecta, which included cage-free eggs cooked to my preference, a delicious banana pancake, crispy bacon, and scrambled eggs. The meal was served on a unique square plate and accompanied by warm maple syrup. It was absolutely delicious. We also tried the healthy turkey omelet, which featured house-roasted onions, tomatoes, spinach, and Feta cheese in a cage-free egg white omelet. We customized the dish by substituting the deli-style turkey with turkey sausage. The omelet was flavorful and satisfying, and it was served alongside whole grain artisan toast. Parking is limited, a few spaces behind the restaurant and a "hope and prayer" for street parking. I found parking behind the building thankfully. The food was divine. I enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros and would totally recommend again. It's not the typical Huevos Rancheros, which is why I liked it. It's filling and I enjoyed the grilled chorizo. The fries in the apps were also delicious. My friends raved about their dishes: avocado toast and the Nate's Plate. I also had the matcha lemonade which was a perfect blend of both. The service was fantastic! Shout out to our server. I wish I remembered her name.

They had a DJ that was spinning all the hits of the 80s however he was struggling with blending his music, but he picked good songs. The daiquiris were flowing and they were delicious and priced just right. They should do this every Wednesday because I would be there. They may not want me there, but I would be there. The patrons were even extremely polite to get us up to the bar to be able to get our drinks and that is highly unusual for most places in the Tampa area. They served us chicken nuggets to keep us a little more, even kilter in the fries and who knew chicken nuggets could be so good. I love how they support their local vendors and give them an outlet to generate some funds while having some drinks and eating some food. Willa's a cool hangout and I can't wait to see what they will do next. I'll be back for brunch, but as for now the drinks are good
